This is an absolute s*** of an hospital and is not worthy to be considered as one of the top hospitals in Hyderabad at all. The so called private rooms do not have a phone line, a table for the patient to have food, no cupboards/shelves to store things, no bed for the attender, instead a small sofa is provided. The worst of all is that there is no equipment to monitor the vital stats constantly. When question this the response is that they check the vitals every 4 hours. Absolute pathetic hospital and a waste of space. All this for a private room for which they charge 35k-40k per night for anyone with a insurance. The nurses don't even know what's going on in their floor and what medicines are to be given and when. The washrooms, the cafeteria, all other facilities are an absolute joke. Had to request everything multiple times, like having to administer medicines on time, for which they delayed by couple of hours. Not sure what bunch of jokers are running this so called "hospital" but the government should do everyone a service and revoke their license. Visited many hospitals in Hyderabad, but this is the worst of all. Avoid avoid avoid if you want to keep your sanity.

This hospital is totally useless and ruthless. Emergency department is absolutely heartless, The Doctors up there have only one ultimate goal of exaggerating the bills with unnecessary tests and no effort whatsoever specially when you’re private with no health insurance and by any chance if you have one they ask you the limit of insurance( How disgusting is that). Sanjib sir personal touch and willingness to spend time with patients is a welcome trait. I feel most fortunate to have you as my mother surgeons. I also thanks to Dr M.Ansar Mubeen Baig physiotherapists for relieving my mother"s pain with the best exercise treatment. His compassionate attention and professional care able my mother to stand from bed. That further has convinced me that doctors are God’s representatives on earth, and partners in our longevity. There is no proper food for ICU patients also. They won't allow attendants to get food also and they are not even providing proper cooked food. The curd rice which they have given to patient is very pathetic. Their is no proper response regarding the patient health care what is what. Just simply they need money money 💰💰💰💰💰💰. Nursing team quick response is with in 2 mins when we press the bell. 3. Ontime medication without disturbing attender. 4. Keep the good work of daily checklist on room services, food and beverages. I have been to Prathima Hospital for my Father's consultation with Pulmonologist on July 11th - It was one of the bad experience and felt no value for human life. We have booked appointment with Dr. Muralidhar Reddy and paid consultation fees. Had to wait for an hour. Wad advised to undergo HRCTC Scan which charged INR 4100 (whereas standard cost is 2600.). Along with the HRCTC Scan, they wanted me to get 5 PPE Kits, 5 N95 Masks, 5 Gloves. When I asked why do we need 5. They say, Doctos who will examine the patient have to wear these. My question is - Why patient have to bear expenses and buy PPE Kits and other stuff for Doctors? Moreover, their Pharmacy is charging 1600 for 1 PPE Kit adn 540 for N 95 mask. Is it a Hospital or some loot market... Doctors are so greedy that they don't want to leave patients and wants to get admitted. Surprisingly, on cash treatments are accepted. Really want Govt to keep a tab on these...

Worst hospital , i have seen my friend happily smiling and talking to me..And the next day they did heart surgery and suddenly told us he is no more...HE IS DEAD...we are all in shock ...We paid more than 10 lakhs and they told us pay the remaining 50k and collect the body...They are frauds they don't care about Life they just want money...

An establishment with qualified personnel and very talented doctors, I received the best medical care there, I thank first of all doctor VIKRANT REDDY and doctor PRASAD RAJU of the true masters in their art they made easy all that I believed complicated. And thank you also to all the nephrology team as well as the urology team, without forgetting the physiotherapy team. My wife joined in Care hospital due to heart and bp complications during pregnancy. Doctors treated and did operation and removed premature baby. My wife is doing fine now the baby is in NICU. I liked the systematic approach and availability of all stream doctors at a single place. It was a panic situation only but the Manjula madam and her team and other specialist doctors treatment was appreciable and I recommend this hospital. Of course this is a corporate hospital and little costly only. Insurance is must for treatment in this hospital. I liked the cleanliness, security and attitude of doctors in this hospital.

Covid-19 , experienced been cheated, Doctor was very good explained and enquired everything very nicely , thank you for the gesture and concerns. But but but , the management and staff all 420s.why ?? I will explain. Patient came for covid test , over call they asked us to come by 3 pm to meet doctor and so that Tomorrow test can be done. And told a total cost of 6400 includes , test , consultation , PPE kit. 1. PPE KIT THEY CHARGED FOR 4500 with no MRP print on it, mask they charged for 600 re. MRP WAS HAND WRITTEN. 2. ONE PERSON CAME AND COLLECTED PPE KIT , BUT LADY WHO WAS COLLECTING THE SAMPLE used same kit for all 4 patients. She has not used separate ppe kit. Then why dod they asked us to buy PPE kit. They did not even given PPE kit to patient. 3. Where did those PPE kit used ? It went back to pharmacy for resale. On asking why it was not used for patient. They made excuses. 4.finally after 6hr of wait test was completed. 5 pharmacy , they gave 350 rs medicine and told 1000. On asking how , they said yes thats the bill. Finally on calculating based on MRP it came to 350 rs. What a cheating this guys are doing. We had a very good experience with cardiology team at CARE hospital when My Husband underwent a Bypass Surgery here. The Head Cardiologist Dr. G Ramasubramanyam is amazing and the whole team of cardiology including Dr. Shailaja are very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Also, the whole team of nurses like Rama and others have been extremely helpful and caring throughout the treatment. Definitely recommend this hospital for anyone looking for Heart Treatment.

Blocks - Calcium - Stents ...,...................................................... I went to CARE hospital, Road no 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad , India with my CTAngio( done elsewhere ) report to Dr PLN Kapardhi on 5th Feb.2024. Mr Kamalakar, Dr Kapardhi's manager helped me in obtaining Dr Kapardhi's appointment and also in providing all necessary help for my comfortable stay in the hospital later. The Dr. discussed with me and i was admitted into the hospital. After preliminary tests on the following day, he performed Angiogram on me and explained that i had two blocks, one in the right artery and one more in the left artery which also had severe calcium deposits. He further went on to say that this Calcium must be removed before inserting the stents as otherwise they wouldn't be fully effective and might not last longer. He then explained me that this job could be done by an advanced technique " Intra Vascular Lithotripsy" (IVL) with which he was well versed with, but needed to be done cautiously and carefully. On 7th Feb. he performed this authoritatively and inserted two high quality stents in the left artery and one more in the right one. Later i was very comfortable in the observation( thanks for the affectionate and dedicated nursing services by the sisters Ms Subhani and Ms Shabana), ICU and in private room and was discharged on 9th Feb. For the last one week, in the house under his medication, felt very relaxed. Dr Kapardhi, in my opinion,is an exceptional interventional cardiac doctor and kind human presumably he avoided bypass surgery on me. 🙏🙏🙏 I am absolutely fine now, feeling lighter. I went through heart bypass surgery performed by Dr. Rama Subramanyam garu who has years of experience with lot of success rate. Initially we reached out to Mr. Veera Prasad who briefed me and family the whole surgery plan. From there sister Rama and Mr.Veera Prasad has arranged all the appointments and pre/post surgery counselling sessions for me and family. Dr. Rama Subramanyam explained me and the family members all the details of the procedure along with the health risks I might have after or during the surgery and was addressing all our concerns. I had excellent experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Rama Subramanyam and his excellent team who took extensive care of me during this procedure working around my existing condition. Dr. Vishwak Sena Reddy and Dr. Praneeth Polamuri who actually recommended going with Dr. Rama Subramanyam was also following up with me during the procedure. Dr. Rama Subramanyam’s team members Dr. Shailaja and Dr.Sudheer were also following up and coordinating with staff and me. During my time at ICU I was given attention and had excellent nurses around me. The hospitality of nurses and wardboys was a very pleasing. They were responsible, responsive, patient and took a great deal of making all the patients and their attenders safe during this covid times. Sanitizer stations were available in all corners of the hospital. Hospital staff took good care of sanitisations. Treatment and diagnosis is really good. Doctor Nirmal Kumar sir (Cardiology) has explained the problem very clearly and diagnosed the issue with Clear study and evaluation. We strongly recommend him for treating any cardiotic issues. Nursing care is good. Improvements needed on hospital office staff. In terms of admission guidance to patient attendees. Doctor assistants are always reachable (Ajay) which is appreciated.

Had a great experience with my Mother's recovery at Care for her Asthma Exasperation and her physical therapy for her knee mobility after a muscular tear. Thanks to her pulmonologist Dr. T. L.N Swamy for an excellent diagnosis and treatment. We could count on him for the entire period she stayed there as an inpatient. She also needed physical therapy during her stay and what an amazing treatment was given to her by Dr.Waseem Raja. An angel in disguise. Not only did he give a healing therapy with his excellent manual efforts, but he also motivated and counselled my mom with lots of care and compassion, leading her to an emotional and mental well being. Although very young, his knowledge and techniques seemed to be at par and a total pro at his job. GOD BLESS HIM!! Care is blessed to have such energetic and caring humans with healing hands.

But the problem is Staff, nurses and Ward boys they are so confusing in terms of communication they only speaks telugu not even basic English on the other hand ground floor staff members are good. Hospital lacks basic fundamentals. For an example for all total knee replacement they have only one walker.. they have non functional devices.. very poor response. For sharing room which is around 3500 lacks basic amenities. I guess hospital is surviving due to the good doctors which is why my rating is 2 star. Otherwise this place is not fit place.

Dr. Michael and Dr. Devender, my physiotherapists. What to say about them, when I wasn't sure about myself sitting again on my spine they gave the confidence not only to sit but they helped me walking throughout the corridor that too in the very first session of my physiotherapy. Alot of discrepancy between the customer service and on-site visit to an emergency ward. Initially I, spoke to customer service (Deepak Nanda- Lead/Supervisor) with regards to admittance of my fathers covid situation, when I mentioned CGHS patient are they being accepted?, they said yes with the bed availability confirmation in the beginning, then later when we got my father to the hospital the emergency award, the team denied they don't have any beds, it is just due to being CGHS card holder. This created a choas and landed us to into a different hospital. This might be the best, but atleast, not interms so far i have experienced.

My mother went through an Open heart surgery for valve replacement here and this hospital and the doctors Nurses and all staff are the best one can imagine. Dr. GRS ( Ramasubramaniam) garu is known as one of the best surgeons in the country and we understood why he is so. He was very patient right from the day one we consulted him and explained us the condition of my moms problem, the diagnosis and the treatment options. We right away knew she was in safe hands and agreed to go through the Surgery. He was there every single day since we admitted her and through out the period she was in hospital to answer any questions we had around her surgery and post surgery care. We are ever indebted to him for performing such complex surgery successfully. We are also very thankful for all the Nursing staff especially Sister Rama for excellent care and support. Veeraprasad garu was helpful to tackle any administrative issues around admissions and discharge. Over all the Hospital and Staff are excellent that one can find in Hyderabad and very affordable.

Mr. Muni Reddy and Mr. Kamalakar are very friendly and helpful. Before the surgery, Dr. Rama Subramanyam spent more than an hour in two spells for explaining me and my family members all the details of the procedure along with the health risks I might have after or during the surgery and addressed all our concerns patiently. I feel I am fortunate to get operated with the golden hands of Dr. GRS and his team of talented doctors, Dr. Sailaja Vasireddy, Dr. Sudheer and Dr. Venugopal. They were very cooperative and used to come every day in ICU and in the ward enquiring about my health and recovery and suggesting appropriate medicine for quick recovery. Apart from the nursing system, another great thing which I liked the most and helped in quick recovery is the physiotherapy in regular intervals by the excellent and experienced physiotherapy doctors, Dr. Devender, Dr. Nazia, Dr. Sari Ram, Dr. Sreekanth and Dr. Purnima in ICU and Dr. Michael in the ward, post ICU discharge. All of them have done great job in making me stand, walk comfortably with their exercises and support. The suggestions and exercises given by Dr. Michael are very useful and I am the benefit of following them regularly. Thanks to Physio doctor, Dr. Michael. Sanitizer stations were available in all corners of the hospital. Hospital staff, ward boys took good care of sanitization and cleanliness of the hospital and rooms. Overall, it is a great experience and thanks to CARE hospitals, Banjara Hills and the staff of doctors and nurses for making this surgery successful. I sincerely recommend the needy to prefer CARE Banjara Hills and Dr. GRS. He is the saviour of many lives and I wish Dr. GRS and his team the very best in their future endeavours.

We went through Renal Biopsy in Care Hospitals Banjara Hills. One of the most talented doctor DR.Vikranth Reddy did well. We are lucky we have him. How he treats and explains the answers from patients and attender is awesome. The service at care is improved awesome. Good and experienced doctors in nephrology Dept. Patient friendly and experienced dialysis technicians. Experienced nursing staff. All housekeeping staff keeps dialysis premises very neat and hygiene. Pharmacy staff provide max discounts on medicines to dialysis patients. Billing person is very experienced and makes all billing process very smooth. Over all good hospitality and good treatment by doctors.

Honestly I was very skeptical about the hospital as I had no information about this hospital and have gone on someone else reference and another worry was admitting my father as covid suspect which primarily robs me from the opportunity to be with patient, my worry has doubled . But the staff over there Ms Ranitha who was taking care of facilitating communication through video calls.have actually made us more comfortable..... By talking and counselling my father which was something went above my expectation and administration. Lady Ms Swarna doing her bit. Apart from that being covid Doctors were not talking directly that made me bit nervous but their Councelling which he updated line of treatment. And progress very convincingly by Dr Muralidhar Reddy . I'm sure in these covid atmosphere the kind of service given.was too good .

We had consulted Dr. SK Behera sir for Total hip replacement surgery of my mother. It was smooth experience from the day of admission till the day of discharge. The surgery (Total Knee Replacement) for both legs of my Mother was carried out in Care Hospital,Banjara Hills. I have no hesitation in endorsing this hospital from Nursing Care and the Treatment facilities. The Nursing staff probably are the best in the country given the expenses incurred in the entire duration of treatment. However the cost of package announced and the final billing did throw up some surprises. I would appeal to be more transparent in the billing area though itemised bill was provided as a standard protocol.

We visited Care hospital in December 2021 for emergency CABG surgery for my mother. Cardiologist P. Sudhakar Reddy, was the treating doctor initially, he is an amazing Doctor, he gives time to patients and listens to their queries, always approachable and clears all your doubts without hesitation, a humble and excellent cardiologist. For surgery we opted Dr. G. Rama Subramaniam(Dr. GRS), he's an experienced senior Cardiothoracic surgeon, he has excellent reviews from all over, people say his "hand is good", and it proved right for us. He doesn't use magical words and confuse, or give us false hopes, he speaks to the point and sets expectations right. If you are there for cardiothoracic surgery, you should definitely go for Dr. G. Rama Subramaniam garu. He has a team of doctors and nurses, Mr.Veera Prasad from his team is helpful, Sister Rama from the same team is one of a kind, she's very empathetic and will clear all of the patients and attenders queries, and fears, she takes care of Dr. GRS's patients excellently. Even with the follow up and reviews, Sister Rama and his team are very proactive and helpful.

The experience was good, all the nursing staff, cleaning staff, doctors were very professional. They provided every possible help and guidance. Canteen staff was equally good. The food prepared by the canteen is very hygienic, nutritious, tasty and value for money. The delivery of the food was on time. The management staff was cooperative and helpful. I only had one problem, that they were not allowing my little child with mother, later they allowed after requesting but everytime I have to ask them. May be they were following their rules. I, V. Prasada Rao came here as, Dr Manoharao Garu of Sri Lakshmi Hospital, Guntur said that Dr. Johann Christopher is the only one to have studied Nuclear Medicine in our Telugu states and he would diagnose my cardiac issue as invasive methods are bound to cause some problems as I have some renal issue.I watched his videos and was convinced of his scholarly approach. And my hopes are not belied: he went through my reports and asked me to come after a few months during which I can use medicines. He discouraged me for tests - stress lithium test, among others like angio though I asked for it in my email ( He gave me his email ID and number). He curtly replied, "Meet me at Care Banjara on Tuesday".Within a short span of some ten days, I met him thrice and he received me in a sober way while giving me suggestions and precautions with all empathy. The nursing staff in the adjacent Emergency Room administered the vaccine shot and intravenous iron injunction with care. One suggestion is I entered there in the Emergency Ward leaving my chappals beside my bed as I saw others doing the same. Some protocols of hygiene, which must be chalked out, should be rigorously followed. As Dr. JP Garu has remarked in the presiding over recent centenary celebrations of Dr K. Sadasivarao about Dr Soma Raju Garu's pure passion for everything he pursued for perfection whether it be sports or profession.
