Consulted
Rheumatology
department.
The
doctor
I
consulted
is
a
very
polite
person.
He
looks
into
and
explains
all
the
possibilities
of
our
health
condition.
That
itself
eases
our
mind.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
For
his
diagnosis.
I
even
observed
other
doctors
there
and
noticed
that
all
of
them
very
caring.
As
we
were
unable
to
express
our
symptoms,
these
doctors
showed
a
lot
of
patience
in
understanding
our
problems.
Thank
you
all
for
your
patience
and
caring.
Hospital
is
very
clean
and
hygienic.
Now
the
above
two
⭐⭐
are
for
the
worst
management.
too
many
lines,
complicated
registration
process,
heard
a
patient
shouting
that
security
received
money
for
tokens,
And
EMG
staff
spilled
the
beans
thinking
that
I
don't
understand
other
languages.
They
were
not
aware
of
right
colored
wires
to
use
for
procedure.
They
simply
waste
patients
time
by
doing
it
carelessly.
They
did
it
twice
on
me.
First
time
they
made
me
wait
till
evening
and
as
they
were
in
a
hurry
to
leave
as
it
was
already
time
and
they
said
everything
is
normal.
When
I
went
to
collect
reports
they
said
something
went
wrong.
As
they
used
wrong
connectors.
And
performed
it
again.
That
fat
fellow
(
don't
know
his
name,
no
offence)
is
rude.
Even
the
security
people
keep
shouting
at
out
patients
to
change
their
places,
even
though
they
were
quite
and
took
places
on
steps.
If
you
security
people
have
problem
with
people
sitting
on
stairs
ask
your
management
to
allot
a
separate
waiting
room
for
rheumatology
OPD.
And
stop
shouting
at
patients.
Finally,
We
Request
the
management
to
make
the
registration
process
simple,
cut
short
the
queues.
And
provide
some
proper
training
to
security
and
EMG
staff.
