Worst hospital waste of money don't prefer this hospital No proper facilities waiting time is too long and they are not even using their air conditioner (A.C) i think the staff is also rude i.e., Sandeep especially don't know how to deal with the patient's

I was misled by the sweet talk on the screens, advertisements, publicity videos and so on, and I finally decided to visit the hospital 2 months ago. Worst experience I would say. Doctors need to be trained on how they need to treat patients. They need to understand why we are coming to them and trusting them, which is being taken for granted. Few things I would want to highlight out of my experience … • There is nothing called as privacy. • My case was discussed in front of other waiting patients in the same room. Even the scans are done while people are waiting in the same room…which is disgusting. • Doctors & nurses were impatient, taking out their frustration on patients, which is so very unprofessional. • I happened to go to the center at 10:00 am and my name wasn’t called out until 3:45 pm. And yet the doctors had their timely breakfast, meetings, and lunch. I did inform them, I am in pain and unable to sit anymore, which they never cared about. Every visit, the waiting time is at least 4 hours. • It is to be noted that majority of the patients visit the center during their menstruation cycle and is absolutely insensitive of them to make the patients wait for so long. • The doctors seemed to be overwhelmed by the crowd. There was no crowd management, which in turn was taken out on the patients. • Post- procedure, and payment, they never cared about the result. I haven’t got a single call asking if it was a success, failure, if I am facing any kind of difficulty…Nothing @ all.

My first experience was worst in this hospital If you have whole day time then only come to this hospital Totaly money minded faculty If you come at 9.30 am then you'll leave at 3.30pm or 4.30pm time waste Sacnning , medicines , they treatment totally fully costly People with money will only affordable their treatment normal people won't For eg Hmg 75 injection take cost 1000 rs Same injection @1mg. 724rs @apollo. 800rs @koti 550rs @normal shops 850 rs No one wil take care , no proper response ,

We consulted Dr. Sasi Priya and Dr. Jyoti and I definitely say that they are clear with the information and explained with patience understanding individual perspectives. Glad to see doctors who gives importance explaining and leaves patience with clarity and no confusion. I wish if they have gynaecologists as well to continue for every women’s concerns

Very worst cilinic , they will charge very high amounts from the cilents and pay to the advertising and promotions of the clinic . They will be very kind and helpful until we pay amount to the then , once we back a client to that Clinc , they will treat us very wrost . Atleat they will not respond to us . What ever the postive reviews we are seeing in the google reviews , the staff will request the cilent to give reviews , while we are taking treatment , at that time we cant refuse them. Doctors are juniors maximum . Reception staff very very irresponsible, they even dont care of the cilents who are waiting , they dont the process if the treatment to explain the cilents. Dear friends, Jyothi Mam, of ferty 9 is very very Excellent and professional Doctor. I have never seen such a doctor. she is not just a doctor very compassionate and highly dedicated and result oriented. As a personal experience I would like to state she is the best doctor for infertility treatment. Apart from the above comments they are not at all commercial. Very ethical and caring Team. Very badly managed hospital, it's becoming popular only because of advertisements, celebrity talks. It is just money minded hospital, doctors have no experience they just try some treatment on you. If it is successful or failure they don't care. They just want money. The staff here are very arrogant in treating patients, billing section, pharmacy, injection room nurses, lab staff.. All of them are frustrated to talk to patients and treat patients like government hospital patients.common on we are paying money and getting treated and not free of cost. U people are depending on our money, this attitude is not acceptable. Dr jyothi madam doesn't know all this kind of things going on in her hospital I guess.

The reception staff make us sign and thumb impressions on consent papers without even explaining us the procedure first. The consent form is all about No guarantee for success of the procedure, ready for any complications, and expenses. They won't even explain us talk to us about anything. Simply take Id card xerox and sign and thumb impressions on consent form. Never believe the telecaller who says our appointment with Dr Jyothi is confirmed and when we visit hospital, Dr Jyothi is on long leave so visit another doctor. We visited secunderabad branch. It's like a fish market. Washrooms are pathetic. Waiting time is minimum 3 hours.

Ferty 9 Treatment is good, but they are charging consultation fee for every visit. Can you please change the charging the fee for every consultation. if the patient visits today, if patient needs to come for tomorrow it is difficult to afford the consultation fee for the next day. Many people could not afford the fees for immediate next day. please ensure at least consultation fee is valid for 5 days. This is Sincere Request from the many Patients.
