Nice care required improvement in service

Waste service. Staff treats patients like beggars and as if they are doing some free service to patients. And if patients irritates with staff behaviour and asks anything like it's not free service but its our money cutting every month from our salary. Then immediately staff says they will cut their ESI Card for talking against them and staff scares those patients who opens and asks something to the staff.. Mainly old people suffer as they don't know anything. Not available many medicines.. Blood test lab people comes very late.

Staff should be good with patients..They behave as if they're doing a favour to the patients...

I have full body allergy, can you advise if i can go without clothes ??? Also my kid has allergy on bums can i take the kid without clothes to hospital, doc can see better... please advice mr Suresh surisuri

Very pathetic service and Dr's are very rude and pathetic don't know how to speak with patience and very strange how they became Dr. Very pathetic and idiotic service. Dr are treating patients as they are giving medicine free of cost.

Worst service no proper advice from doctors.no proper Timing for doctors and staff.i have experienced

Doctors don't attend you first .you have to talk to the compounder then you are directed to the doctor.compounder behaves like a Hod here

Good receiving towards the patients and giving good guidelines about the ESI Useful to Insured person & family . All staff members including the Doctor all supporting very nice and politely towards everyone who visited to Dispensary . Keep it up and Good luck to each and every staff ...Thank you very much

Waste of time if patients wear shorts docter was not allowed to treat them if patients having knee problem what would explain them
