One of the third class experience u can ever imagine. The entire hospital was vacant. There was not even a single patient. We were the only one to visit the hospital. There was only one doctor available who herself needs a doctor. The staffs were so lazy and inactive, you will feel sleepy seeing them. I m terrified by the reviews on Google. Please check twice before u make your mind to come to this quiet, Scarry and lazy center. I m marking myself safe!

Don't ever visit this hospital. These people are purely commercial. I went for my Sleep Apnea problem and they suggested me to get an Dynamic MRI which is an outdated concept. He purely suggested this test for getting his commission. I clearly asked certain questions regarding the test and the assistant never answered the questions and asked me to ask those questions to the diagnostics center lab technician

We had a great experience with DR RAO's with Dr GVK Chaitanya Garu. I had my Chronic Sinusitis, Adenoids and Deviated Nasal Septum surgery here on 27th February. Excellent rooms, room service.. You can totally trust the staff and the doctors here and get your surgery, consultation done. All the staff members including the Nursing staff, Assistants of doctors are very alert taking post operative care for all the patients.. Very disciplined Ward boys, nurses.. They give you very good, breakfast and lunch, dinner in that one night stay! Extraordinary staff, doctors... Totally, very good experience with them.. I have referred this hospital many of my friends and most of them are even ready and took consultation too. Dr Sanjay Sagar, Consultant doctor and the one who did my Nose cleaning is very sweet, humble and highly knowledgeable, efficient doctor.. NOTE FOR THE DR RAO'S: The Receptionists and Coordinators should be more trained and please avoid more of sending patients to one floor to another.. please plan accordingly. Patients and attendees get tired frequently. If there is any drawback, this is it.. Please try improving this.

Dr shree when aproached for ear drum issue she suggested that first she will do surgery for nose may take one or two months then she will do ear drum surgery it means completely she wants to loot patience money. Don't surprise with there hospitality they serve coffee n tea but they loot completely. Completely family doctors. Just making fool and playing with patients.

Dr. Shree Maam responded very positive and treated like a family after and before surgery. After couples of months my problem remain unsolved, it has been really bad. something has happened, I have to recheck with some other doctor or hospital. I chose this hospital based on Google reviews. And I don't regret coming here. It's been more than 4 years since I took a breathe through my nose as my nose always felt stuffed. When I was searching for best ENT hospitals in Hyderabad, I found Dr. Rao’s ENT super speciality hospital. I read through the website about all the achievements and accolades of Dr Rao, Dr Chaitanya and Dr Sree, I was certainly impressed. Dr. Chaitanya is the best.I recently got three procedures done together septoplasty , turbunate reduction and adenoidectomy on the same day. Dr. Chaitanya performed the surgery. Before surgery he clearly explained about the issues and what procedures can be done .Before surgery I had done some research online and found that post operation there will be significant bleeding. But after the surgery there was very little bleeding for me. There was a 24 hour observation period where I was given saline, antibiotics and some medication along with food. After observation was over Dr. Chaitanya sir gave instructions of do’s and dont’s and asked to comeback for follow up sessions after 10 and 20 days. And the best part is he said I can start my work as soon as tomorrow. I can also travel back to US after the follow up sessions . All thanks to Dr Chaitanya and his team for making this such a smooth experience

So we went ahead and got the surgery done. My son was crying in confusion like anything after the surgery. Though we're informed about it the day before the surgery, we are worried like every other parents but it seems to be normal. They kept my son under observation for almost 7 hours in ICU and shifted to the room. My son is doing well except the pain in throat due to the removal of tonsils and fever. Hope he will recover soon. All staff from the parking to nursing are very polite and work minded. Even people coming for OP can get free coffee/tea and masks. These are little little things but that shows how good is the management. Have you seen this kind of attention and care in any other hospital in Hyderabad? May be YES but i have not experienced personally. Overall this is a nice place for your ENT related issues. Little costly but worth every penny and they never force you to go for advanced and costly treatments if you cannot offered.
