Good response

I have took tokai lutina lenses 1.74 high index and john jacobs frame .Frame fitting was not up to the mark and lenses which i have received was cheap china quality (no brand watermark on it). After one month of usage i have started facing 3 problems. Eye dryness/paining. Blurryness due to eye dryness. While bike driving automatically eye vision gets cloudy. Lost 14k on it(2 spectacles). Never ever visit lenskart. Better visit any local shop where you can get n numbers of lens brands. When i went for eyecheckup in top rated hospitals doctors suggested me to change lenses immediately as it will effect my eyes due to this stupid china quality lenses.

Very good place to buy spectacles. But it has only limited pieces in the show piece. Whereas the other big stores of lenskart has very much variety. But the place is awesome and very clean. The eye checkup is free of cost. But ultimately the place is good. But you can also choose the frame online and then you can order it online. It will reach your nearest store for pickup. So please consider my view and join lenskart. The quality of product is ultimate. And maintenance is free of cost. Follow me on Google maps.

I was not satisfied by the service of the female executive but the male executive gave me a quick and good service. I reached the store after 12 I tried a few frames and was waiting for the eye test in the store and then the female executive asked me to leave the store and come back after 1.p.m. I felt insulted by her behaviour. sorry to say this on her, she might not had the intention to make me feel bad in any way but I felt it. I have never been said to leave and come back at a store and that might be the reason I felt insulted thank you

No value for customer's time. We visited the Malkajgiri store today around 3.15pm for a eye test and also wanted to purchase lens and frame accordingly. The person at the counter said we have to wait for 15 mins for the eye test. First I thought maybe they are performing the test for some other customer and hence I agreed to wait. Sometime later we were told that the optician is having lunch and asked us to wait. We were the only customers at the store at that time. We waited for 30 mins but still the optician was not available. Disappointed with this treatment, while we walked out of the store nobody bothered to talk to us as well. Extremely dissatisfied with this approach.

The store staff is very nice and specially Jershon had all the patience and good will for us to select the frames and suggested the best lens for my family! He went out of the way and waited after his shift for us to take the final call! We appreciate his dedication towards his job and prompt service!

The staff doesn't want you to buy from their store. They're always disinterested. When I visited the store at 9 pm the first day, the manager said the optician had left for the day and asked me to come again the next day before 8. Today when I visited at 730 PM and the guy asked me to come before 7pm tomorrow. While I understand that you have online consultancy for eye checkup, I would like to have my eye checked up at a regular store. Can you stop being lazy bugs and behave like professionals?

Liked the attitude of lenskart employees. A employee named Radhika was very very patient and tested my eyes on machine and aksi manually using multiple combination of lenses and suggested me what type of frames/glasses I need to use. Good customer service.

Don't visit this store, Staff are very rude & loud , there are not interested in selling the glasses, instead there argue with the customer and think there are behaving professional but infact it's very disrespectful behavior, especially the North Indian guy in the store he is not fit for sales job.

It was awesome experience as I purchased frames and powered glasses for my parents. My parents really liked the collection. I preferred lenskart malkajgiri as it was near to ky residence Shrikanth really guided us with types of frame but the only thing which was challenge is the order taking time for around 5 days

I visited this store and there were many customers waiting for eye testing as well as to get new glasses but there were only 2 members from the staff who were handling the store. I lost screws for one of my spects and they are not at all available in few of their stores and they are not sure when they will have it. Finally some how this store staff managed to attach screws with some other alternate screw but doesn't seems to be that accurate.

Very bad responsive team at Malkajgiri shop. I have booked online appointment at 11am but staff isn't available for eyecheck up and asking me to wait till12:30pm. There aren't aware of appointment booking and they're asking to contact online team and rectify, very irresponsible to fix the process and finally customer is facing issue no Lenskart is responsible to fix the issue.
