Hi I stayed at this hotel yesterday and it was very good experience like the service and cleanliness, though the rooms were small but for two people it is sufficient. The owner and the manager are really polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good too. I would definitely recommend this place which is at prime location with enough parking too. I had a good and comfortable time here.

We taken by 10 rooms purpose of marriage they given good rooms and very neat and hygienic. Brak fast awesome. Dinner in 1st floor on the name of spice nation food was delicious. And staff was very helpful and good behaviour. Over all we are dull enjoyed this hotel.thanq all.

An exceptional hotel for the location around AS Rao Nagar and ECIL. The hotel was neat and clean. Its a fairly new hotel. The rooms were spacious. I did find spider webs in the bathroom but the bathrooms were well equipped with geyser and exhaust fan. The service is top notch as is the behavior of the hotel staff. I did not know that they provide complimentary breakfast. They called my room in the morning to ask for breakfast but I wasn’t available. So, when I asked them if I can get breakfast somewhere nearby, they said they will get it for me and it is complimentary too. Their restaurant ‘Spice Nation’ is also one of the best in the area and they would deliver it to the rooms as well. I would recommend the hotel to everyone as compared to some of the other options in the area.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room & bathroom were neat and clean. Mr. Nag Babu took good care to make us comfortable. The room is with tv & geaser which adds to comfort level.

Pros - Location is easily accessible, rooms are clean & well maintained and staff were professional. Cons - Rooms are congested, room price is high (i paid Rs 3,200 for two persons), break fast has only three types of items (expected more varieties for this price range)

Towels, bed sheets and linens changed every day.All pure white and clean. Bath room ever clean, geyser working well supplying hot water 24hours. Food orders to the attached restaurant is timely delivery and prices are reasonable in respect of quality of the food. Coffee supplies in the morning is slow.We have to have enough patience and wait for coffee arrival in the morning. Me, being an early riser, have to wait for coffee.Anyway coffee quality is good. In a nutshell, I never enjoyed,before,such a neat and clean hotel. I pray to my Lord Sai Baba for the wellbeing of the all stuff of this 7SEVEN palace.

Situated near to AS rao Nagar. A great market place nearby. The hotel is great regarding taking care for Covid pandemic. They UV sanitize the room along with ur travel luggage in your presence before entering the room. Also they do not allot a just vacated room for 3 days as told. The food quality is exceptionally good , however curry quantity seems slight less as per Hyderabad other restaurent standards.The hotel is very neat and clean.The staff very prompt and well behaved.

Communication by the owner and staff are excellent before check in and during stay. Helping staff are also very helpful. Suite rooms clean, nice and comfortable. Bathroom vent would have been nice. Good location and near to other places. Recommend for short duration stays.

Because what we pay we get it back in the form of excellent hospitality. They provide free packed drinking water, hot breakfast in the morning, upto 10am and all kinds of amenities everyday. Regular housekeeping, room service and absolutely amicable staff make our stay happy and amazing. I love to stay here every time I visit Hyderabad.

Only drawback found is Reception counter is right in middle of rooms, so discussion/noises will be audible in to rooms especially at late nights disturbance sometimes

I was looking for a good place to stay for my in-laws around A.S Rao nagar and couldn't find any hotels as they were fully booked for the dates I was looking for. Lucky enough, I found this place on Google and spoke to Prabhakar(hope I got his name right). The management and staff were very helpful in arranginga non-smoking room that I was particularly looking for. The room my in-laws stayed in was clean and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff went an extra mile in accomodating my in-laws request and they were satisfied as well. Look no further if you are looking for a place away from your home around the area and you won't be disappointed. Pro tip- pls contact the management directly for better pricing!!

All though the rooms are clean and hygienic.....it is not worth 3,000...I have booked a room in this hotel based on its reviews but the service was late. The food was average but does not have a variety of vegetarian options. Overall my stay was satisfactory but not as excellent as the reviews say.

It is just a lodge…no proper car parking area, breakfast is a joke, shower doesn’t work, wash basin is horribly small & dirty, no glasses in the room to drink water, tv doesn’t work, cheap hangers, wardrobe is pathetic, room is too small…all great reviews in google i suppose are from people who were forced to give good reviews or they have never stayed at a better hotel before…would never recommend this lodge to anyone…
