Visited for CORPORATE HEALTH CHECKUP The overall management was poor, leading to a chaotic environment where patients were frustrated and shouting. I had to endure a lengthy wait of over three hours, on an empty stomach, for an ultrasound. This lack of organization and consideration for patients' time and well-being left a lasting negative impression Improvements in management and service efficiency are must for this clinic.

Review regarding Covid Vaccination: Would have instead given negative stars if google allowed it. The management was not able to maintain even a crowd of less than 50 people. Zero enforcement of social distancing and even the person handling billing and verification was not wearing mask. Infact the additional process of form filling and verification set up by Apollo encouraged crowding in the small, badly ventilated reception area. For all the talk of being a multinational health and hospital chain, apollo couldn't even ensure standard social distancing and safety procedures. Would strongly urge others to avoid this particular branch atleast if anyone wants to book vaccination appointments.

No rating less than 1 and have to use 1 star Inside area is very congested. Not sure how they plan before giving appointments. They will give appointment and doctors wont be available and we have to wait for hours. Not even single time this happens and always it is the problem. Unfortunately this is the option available as per company tied up Diagnostic centers.

Staff are supportive. Please do not go for dental. It's literal cheating. Board is of a senior doctor and a junior doctor sits inside the cabin. She confuses you and charges hefty amount. She did the same with me, confused and charged 2000 without doing anything worthwhile. Guys, it's literal cheating in the dental dept. My humble suggestion to all is you is it's useless.

I had booked health check up here. lab test were done quick. But found dental team was more interested in selling their additional services and was not interested in sharing inputs about dental health. Also for final consultation on report they wanted me to come at 4 pm not before or nor after, basically they don't want to have consultation done once reports are done.

We came here for vaccination. Horribly organized. They are overbooking people. People have to wait outside on road. No queue management. Extraordinarily frustrating experience. Won't recommend to anyone. There are places 100x more organized than these guys.

Mine is a worst case..for small cut on leg toe.. visited this clinic for TT injection after having first aid at Metro station. Total charged for me by this Apolo clinic are Consultation 500 +procedure charges 200( for cotton and removal of previous first aid )+ medicines used in treatment 1050 ( tt injection+ gel to stich ) and Prescription medicine for 5 days - 691/- total of Rs 2441. Informed me to visit after two days for dressing again. Waited for half an hour in lobby as receptionist informed staff are in lunch. I thought they will call ..but no response.. staff are moving here and there but no one bothered. Finally approached nurse to ask for dressing she denied as doctor not mentioned anything in prescription or else wait till 5 pm. I requested I have work pls do..she informed they will charge agin if they do so...!!! So frustrated and I opened my self cotton and band found nothing only a scar due to blood I thought it's severe earlier..."Imagined Tagore Movie...of chiranjeevi garu.😭🤣

Worst clinic to visit in Madinaguda. The receptionist always say that Dr. is unavailable on that day if prior appointment is not booked. The timings of doctors are also uncertain. If you have any urgency to visit a clinic, ensure that Apollo Madinaguda is the option of last resort, especially if prior appointment has not been booked.

I got well treated by the people at Helpdesk, my issue took time but they have completed it with patience. I am happy for their service. During Booster dose vaccination, Sister Shanti was the one dosed me with Booster. She has showed me the Vaccine Name(Covishield/Covaxin) and then she also showed me the new syringe and then only after I was good with it then I was injected with the dose, I really wanted such procedure and care to be taken during vaccination. Thank You Sister. Thank You Apollo for having a Great Team at Work who will take care of every person approaching Apollo. Thank You.

I had been to Apollo Chandanagar for a preventive health check-up just because it was very near to my residence, and that’s the only plus point I can think of. Since it is a corporate health check-up, Apollo staff treat you as if they are giving it for free of cost, I had to literally ask for a folder to keep all the reports together. They have space just enough to accommodate 5 to 10 patients a day, if you find more candidates for the health check-up your half-day is gone! Zero stars for hygiene they refuse to change the disposable bedspreads that were used for the previous patients. They claims that “it is just now changed” while you could see the gel used for ultrasound. The consultation with general physician was the worst experience, probably she wanted to speak only on the topics where she scored good marks! For some of the observations, she suggested to ignore them as it is common among Indians!

Worst clinic in Hyderabad… no doctor is punctual and all the people working especially the receptionist is good for any purpose. Online appointment booking is waste, still they will use only register in books. Dr. Hemalatha, radiologist had an appointment at 6.30pm and she reached clinic at 7.15pm… all patients were waiting and she done half baked scanning. Request everyone to refrain from coming to this clinic. A person by name Reddy is there who will change the order of sending patients also…

Poor management and admin and not so customer friendly staff. The appointment timings are hardly being followed with the doctors often not turning up or turning up very late. The facilities too doesn't seem hoti the mark. As per the charges and fees collected, the facilities are not at allupto e mark.

One of waste clinic I went for diagnostic for HRCT SCAN they were charged 3800 and sent to medquest diagnostic centers for testing where as medquest were charging 3600 rs one example for loting money And in medquest centers people as made me wait for more then 3 hours. For single scan where as patient of medquest taking max 30 minutes to done the scan. If the service is not there with you why u are making bill and sending to other diagnostic centers. And the people of diagnostic centers people asking tips for giving report. Wow I

Visited for general physician checkup due to viral cough cold. Had very average experience with doctor Bollini, the warmth was missing in my opinion. Moreover, Instead of listening the core prob of patient she was just driving the conversation to COVID checkup(patient already had covid twice in last two years and one dose of vaccination is also done). Currently it was evident that it's seasonal cough cold, however left with a prescription and some med from pharmacy, would prefer some other clinic and doctor next time. Front office management was also chaotic due to COVID vaccination load, lot of delay on the counters for OPD billing.

Extremely congested clinic space, pathetic wash rooms (if you are to provide URINE SAMPLE ) Doctors - are they good ? Experienced - however, extremely careless, behaves as if they are doing consultation for free. Imagine BAD govt doctors we see in movies - trust me you will see here I will never recommend anyone to visit this clinic for whatever reasons. Maybe the Apollo clinic in Kothaguda is better from what I learnt from colleagues.

Be careful while going for the whole body package. They charged 1000rs from me for PFT was included in the package. But later on they informed me that the test will not be conducted. The nurse stated the reason of covid whereas the front desk cited the reason of machine installation(not sure which machine as there is no installed machine for PFT). On asking about this the front desk executive said that she forgot to inform me about the test. The radiologist was in a hurry that she conducted the Ultrasound without the bladder being full.

Today I went to this hospital for a check up and was shocked to see how their staff was responding. The receptionist was so rude and was not at all interested in helping me with my queries. Worst experience. Do not visit please. No good doctor. We went for an emergency to do dressing for an wound. But a lady doctor was scared and she asked to come after another doctor comes. Never ever visit on seeing Apollo name.. go to a proper hospital.

I have visited this centre for getting blood sample tested for HBA1C. The lab representative Mrs Latha was very cooperative, caring and was very attentive throughout the test. I am very delighted to see such representatives who are very patient enough and kind towards the patients and visitors. My experience with Apollo clinic was very good and encouraging. Mrs Latha had even assured me to share my reports even in my absence as I am quite occupied with other work priorities and this is a welcome move for any visitor who is curious enough to get their reports and could not visit the centre on time before the closing hours. Appreciate such support from the staff.

The Worst clinic run in the name of apollo franchise.. Lab manager don't aware of tests.. To get money they do any random test without clarity.. No standards from Apollo, just sign boards n banding only. Staff is not aware of basic knowledge.. Pathetic experience for simple reports. Lab manager himself cheating patients 😱

Very pathetic management and been waiting for more than an hour in a queue for tests and no proper management even with multiple follow ups. Staff is rude and totally irresponsible in handling queue for tests. 2D echo personal left without test completion even we were waiting just outside door for more than 15-20 mins and following up on the number. Reception staff is also non-responsive and kept on moving without listening of the queries. Very pathetic and dissatisfactory service. In the past it used to be one of the good diagnostic center but now I am not at all happy with the service.

Had been to this centre for a master health checkup as part of corporate plan. Though the blood sample collection, ECG, Ultra sound scanning was quick, we had to wait for 1.5hrs for 2D Echo test as doctor will only be available from 1PM. Not sure why can't they have such consultation doctors during early hours instead of keep waiting the customers. Also, one more pathetic service is about Female doctor who does Sonography. If you miss to consult this lady doctor before 11AM, you can only see her again after 7PM. One more logic, when we have already registered ourselves at 9AM, this doctor should have been made aware how many patients have been registered for sonograpgy and has to be completed before she closes her first shift. Good that she is coming at 7PM as part of her second visit, but the Apollo team needs to make sure that everyone registered in the morning has to be sent home by 2PM without any pending diagnostics. We had to spend few more hours in the evening to complete the pending sonograpgy. Management is expected to look at this and take necessary action and coordinate with all the customers by assisting them in right way. The interest which they have in collecting the money is more than providing seamless journey to the customers. This is the only diagnostic centre where they are charging 100/- as part of the registration charges. Imagine if you have to give blood for fasting glucose which costs 140/-. You will end up paying 240/- including registration charges......this is too funny but it is what it is. Focus more on patients/customers.....Fame/Money will automatically fall in place. Thankyou.

I didn’t get proper support and guidance. They don’t even take care anyone. They simply look for getting for appointments and once got, their work is over. Tests are too much expensive. My advice is don’t go for any dental consultancy, Dental doctor forced and telling complexities and rob the money.

Service was good During the health check up , but no follow up from staff . It took 24 hours to get the report and they didn’t bother to tell, now we need to go to visit doctor follow up after 2 days which is part of health check up.

We consulted Dietitian Dr. Radha Kumari at the clinic for my mother’s diet where she understood my mother’s habits and prescribed diet plan for weight reduction. Surprisingly we could see the change from the 1st week and now in 3 months time, she came down to 73 from 85 Kgs, without any side effects, she is so light now and very active without any back pain, where she used to suffer allot. The best part is her follow-up every week and suggest the diet changes accordingly. We are very much happy about the treatment and suggest her for anyone looking for best dietitian.

You can collect it from the diagnostic center or all the reports can be seen and downloaded in the apollo app in the pdf format. Note : if you are taking any xray, please ask them for the film copy. These guys don't give us the x-ray film. They just give the report of it. They just tell us the stories that there is no film or shortage of x-ray film. Parking : there is no parking for patients, only limited parking available in the basement, those slots are also booked for doctors. Car parking and bike parking is a little difficult here on weekends. Pricing : when compared to vijaya diagnostics, apollo prices are little high. Overall rating : 3/5

Shame on the entire reception staff and the doctor for keeping a patient waiting for more than an hour. Despite an appointment being confirmed, doctor would disappear for hours during the consultation time. I've experienced 3 other customers come and argue with the staff for delayed reports. Booked corporate health checkup for my spouse at this clinic. First they did not do three tests saying that they are not part of package. But tests were part of my package. No proper response from front desk people. During General Physician visit instead of providing reports they are working on some other work. Not all recommendable.

Most Pathetic service with unbelievable prices. Got xray done here for my kids foot on Saturday, I was not told about report won't be given on the same day. Then I was told it would be sent to me on WhatsApp on Monday. And waited for it, but nothing. Then I called CC I was given clinic number which is switched off and when I try to reach CC again they are literally disconnecting my call multiple times. And they Charge 990 for foot xray which is nearly double the prices in the market. Plus they also charge you registration fees for diagnostic tests. Was here for full body checkup. Fairly busy hospital but didn’t feel left out. Staff is friendly, there were some annoying customers around but the staff didn’t let that impact the service they provide. Been here at least a few times over the years, never disappointed. Very bad experience. Took my mother who had fever. It's been 8 days. No signs of recovery. We are not satisfied with the diagnosis.

I am using the Appolo Home sample collection service for blood tests for senior citizen patients for past 7 years. While Blood test results are shared in 4 hours in all places considering ther criticality, even after 24 hours I am not getting the reports for last 2-3 instances where these reports bare crucial for patients subsequent treatment. They are not even bothered to understand the sensitivity and giving excuses saying It is waiting for doctor review. Disappointed and i wouldnt recommend this place with my experience. This review intention is not to let their business down, rather I would be happy to write a follow up note if they are willing to improve their process and services...

Dirtiest Clinic - 0 Rating as of March 2020. Some renovation work is going on, still they are operating the clinic and diagnositc in unhealthy situation. Look at the photos. Simply they are spoiling their brand value. They are not concerned about patient situation. I opted for a ultrasound test, they didn't even ask whether my bladder is full or not. Since doctor has to leave by 11AM, they completed the test just like that. That's no proper follow-ups for medical checkup tests. If I compare Vijaya Diagnostic at Hitex, Madhapur with this Clinic, I should rate ZERO.

Parking sucks at this place, they have cellar available but they don’t allow 2 wheelers. The watchman of that building is very rude. If they want only car owners into their establishment they should mention clearly parking not available before we book diagnostic packages.

It's related to covid vaccination. Slot booked was 10:30am but they said they can only start after 11:30am because cowin portal does not open before that. Whereas other 3 or 4 hospitals on same lane like Ankura started exactly at 10:30am. Management was so poor.

Best clinic. I have undergone TMT and the staff attended me and made me very comfortable for the test. They are very polite and clarify my doubts very clear.

The reception and all the staff is very polite and co operative. Well organized in systematic way. And the professionals are knowledgeable and guiding very well for problems. And procedures staff are giving right information before procedure to get readings optimum. Thank you all the staff

The clinic is really good, the staff are very helpful and apt in booking right appointment. Mrs Vijaylakshmi was really helpful in arranging appointments for the corrosponding doctors. I had booked a full body checkup for my family. The tests were well organised and there were people to guide you to your next test. The tests were over within 3 hours and then the doctors appointment was schduled in couple of days after reports were out. All in all good experience

I have gone for Annual health checkup and the service was excellent compared to other centres. Managed the crowd very well based on check-in time rather than muscle power. Explanation especially in TMT section was excellent.

Journey from XL to M, Doctor Radha from this clinic is my dietitian and she helped me with a proper diet plan for the past 6 months to slowly reduce my weight. When I started I was 98.8KG and as on today I am at 79.8KG. I didn’t feel any carve for food nor I felt weak. She also takes time to explain and also adjusted it as per my food taste. (Few were ok ok, but I would say worth eating)

I consulted Dr. Radha Kumari, she is a dietician and has helped me alot recovering from gut issues. Not only guiding me what to eat and what not, she also counselled me very well. Dr. Radha Kumari is a very and calm and patient person.

I visited for BP, lipid profile and glucose test. The staff is very friendly and clinic premises are clean and well maintained.

Checkups were very fast. If you come by 8 it will be better. From office also very deciplined and to the point. Over all service is good. Staff is technically sound.

Went there for simple fever. Doctor wrote a cbp test but the reports came after 3 days while I continued medication and got cured. If the reports are not needed for treatment then why to write them in the first place. Test cost is 1300Rs, which went down the drain. No response from customer care. Doesn’t deserve 1 star also.

Apollo clinic given good service for my health check up ...staff is very good ...front office helpfull... especifically radiology asiya mam giving good advice, helping to other departments...thank you for the help and support as always with excellent service
