Do NOT go Vasan Eye Care. The doctor is very unprofessional, unruly, uncouth. Instead of learning medicine they should first teach them how to speak and be polite to customer's. The eye test was done without putting the eye drops. I can write the whole story but don't want to waste time on a stupid hospital.. It will be my first and last visit

Visited Vasan eye care today and had a very bitter experience. Doctor Sravanthi Uppapally attended me and she was too rude during the conversation. Her body language(she was sitting legs folded in her chair) did not seem professional and so is her attitude. She was saying in a cursing tone that i would lose vision if i dont stop looking at computer. Never visited such unprofessional doctor. Admin people never give us bills unless we ask and insist them. Such badly maintained hospital. Do not go there.

Very slow process for checkup, doctors are unprofessional speaks loudly with patients,Staff behavior also rude. Once upon Vasan eye care was famous for good treatment and service but now so much time taken even very less patients in que also so much time takes min 3 hours. Space for waiting room is too small not have enough place to seat..

Visited the hospital for cataract checking. Doctors testing is satisfactory. They offered different packages for surgery. Good parking is available there. Consultantaion fee Rs.200 for two visits in 28 days. Specialty consultation Rs.300 (glaucoma, retina, cornea, etc.) Cross Consultation/ Referral fee Rs.100.

Eye hospital in chandanagar. Not much staff. The first time admission fee is 300rs. No Other consulting fees. The pharmacy is inside the hospital. Parking space available for 4-5 cars and bikes. Hospital is near Joy alukkas jewellery. Ground floor has eye checkup. First floor doctor checks patient.

It's good with their services Dr. UMA was awesome very friendly nature and give good direction to our problems .The only bad thing was taking very long time to complete process

Worst experience. I had a very good relationship with vasan(other branches). But This is the worst experience i had. And i suggest everyone not visit this hospital and in this hospital no qualified doctors available this hospital is running on only nurse practitioners. And ambience is like dark room godown full of conjusted. And especially pharmcy no medicine available and only 3 to 4 regular medicine and doctors (not doctors only nurses). Doctors are not at all good at responding to patients and they treat patients like beggers. For a regular check up patients also they are suggesting for surgeries without knowing the proper reason. Sravanthi so called doctor really worst experience with you. I will never visit this and not suggest to any one. 0 eating hospital and damaging the reputation of vasan brand.

Nice reception. I felt the service is very good.200 consultancy fee for that they will give a card so that you can visit again in the time period of month.

Never ever visit this Hospital. The doctor looks like a veternary doctor. She does not even diagonize properly. After waiting for an hour she did not even understand the problem of patient and prescribed random medicines

Below review is only pointing towards spectacle shop Worst spectacle shop ever I've been to till date especially to this Ganga ram branch they do not have commonsense that how to speak with a customer , I purchased 5000 worth glasses and 1200 worth frame and it is got broken within one month they didn't allowed me to claim warranty for that, even though Ive requested them to provide the same spectacle and I will pay money for that, but they waited me literally 20 days, they were been to rude to me, I waited and charged with money, how cruel is this? and again the same new spectacle got broken within a month, on this note, I would urge everyone who are going to buy spectacle over their to know this facts, they will provide cheap quality spectacles with higher cost,no warranty and also being very rude to the customers. Points to be noted before going to buy spectacles * Customer dissatisfaction * They will literally test your patience *They were been rude to customer and they will charge with heavy cost by providing cheap quality spectacles. * They will make you wait for 20 days if you request for same spectacle that will also get broken soon in next 20 days.

Worst experience with sravanthi UPPAPALLY she is not at all professional doctor and she doesn't even check my kids eye and suggested for surgery. And her way of treating the patients is so rude and her tone in speaking with patients is so annoying and she is not at all looking as doctor and looks like bathroom cleaner. Vasan eye care please look at this branch and if possible please cancel this branch licenses if possible or else this will damage your brand especially with this sravanthi UPPAPALLY And my last suggestion for my frineda is never visit this Branch

Better to go other local opticals.. Such a worst experience with irresponsible staff & with doctor too. Even local opticals will deliver in 2to 3 days bt this hsptl will take 5days great😄

Worst staff n hospital, no hospitality and caring. I found very neglegience among all the people their. I would recommend not to visit this branch at all. By seeing this kind of ratings in Google still no one is bother to correct the things here.

The doctor was prescribed me 5 different eye drops and said that they were antibiotics for infection. In fact none of the eye drops for antibiotics they were all for eye dryness. When I asked them for clarification, some "manager" threatened me with physical force.

No toilets. Only one which has no water. High risk environment for contamination. Unhygienic over all. Outdated process in customer handling.

Worst experience ever. Verry rude behaviour of doctors and assistant doctors. The tone was very bad. I got stuck in lift and I said it to watchmen he said" you are saying lies I know how to do my job.Im doing this job since 6 months don't say to me how to do my job"such a rude behaviour of watchemen, who is responsible if something happened to me in that lift or If I got stuck in the lift whole day? If you are willing to go to Vasan eye care please don't go very bad behaviour

The surgery was scheduled for March 10, 2023 only for exploiting extra money from customers. We spoke to Abhilash from Vasan eye care, Chandanagar Branch, he told to me very clearly as per Vasan MoU with FHPL insurance they cannot send a pre-auth request for more than INR 32500. Although everything was clear at the very beginning on the day of surgery when my mom visited the hospital, they are charging for INR 55000, which was never even requested. Based on the way he speaks it just shows that Vasan eye care is just trying to get maximum out of patients in the name of surgery. Abhilash's hospitality management style is far below than what can be expected from a guy in that position. He doesn't have sympathy or empathy for patients visiting the clinic.
