We came here on 18 December and they took care of full tests about my father.Immediatlely admitted on 19th December in 3rd floor room no 303. Our concerned doctor(God) is Mr. Ajay Joshi sir. On 22 December bypass surgery was done. During these days they take care of my father like a family member and after the surgery also they came time to time and give medicine. On the 23rd my father refused to take food but the duty sister handled him very smoothly and gave him food. Security on the floors is very strict. We feel that they are not sending us to see but their intention is that the patient should not get infected. They are doing a good job. I was admitted under emergency and had to go through surgery as an inpatient. The attention to detail and retaining of medical history by the staff to give the right care to the patient was very impressive. All the staff here have a very calming presence which has helped me bounce back to being normal very quickly and I got Discharged with a clear and calm mind. Definitely worth the money spent here, 5/5 recommended for everyone.

They truly do not know to handle complicated cases, in fact they make the cases complicated by making wrong decisions, not taking timely decisions for a aggressive treatment plan, and are busy throwing the ball in others court if things start to slip out of hand. Very casual nurses and support staffs even in ICU, unavailability of senior doctors, lack of aggressive treatment took away a loved one from us. Please avoid the hospital then be sorry!!!

Hello global staff, My self paternal sister (Ayesha Siddiqua) of Md. Zaid Naseeruddin. We had over come to the Gleneagles Global Hospital for liver transplant of our ward. The staff is really very humble and caring towards the patient, not only to the receiver but also towards the donor. The surgeon, doctors, coordinators, nurses, ward boys, cleaners, security, pharmacist all of the staff has an amazing interaction sense with the patients and as well as with the attenders. Hope fully all of facilities were beyond our expectations, alhamdulillah they were the best of all!! The greatest facility was cleanliness, the head of all!! We can observe the fastest recovery in both of our patients (donor n the receiver). Found the best staff and the best facilities here. I feel very happy to share my review. This hospital is awesome the way they treat the patients is friendly nature. The type of explanation of surgery view is so clear to understand for the patients. And I thank to all staff of the hospital for giving a new life to my brother. And my special thanks to all Doctors who treated us.

The service and hygiene is excellent. However the hospital must fix a time for the concerned doctors to visit their patients twice a day and let the patients know about it.i am the attendant and had to wait for the doctor skipping my breakfast and lunch, since no one on the floor has a clue when the doctor would come for rounds. Otherwise a very good doctor and she gives confidence to the patients with her pleasant talk.

1. Well responded on arrival, from Delhi at 2030 hours. 2. Service Department is to be toned up 3. Food is very bad in taste. Increase the price, but serve quality food 4. Chutney served is always stale. 5. Breakfast can be served hot. 6. Team of doctors are EXCELLENT 4

Waste hospital. The government hospital looks some neat than this. They not follow covid rules at entrance. Even staff not wear mask and water despensers have one steel glass insted of paper glasses. No social distance. The hospital is fear of media or something, the security at entrance asks everyone about walkin into the hospital even star hotels not do like this.

Hospital is good but with bad rules who don't follow the rules. Prices too high when you compare with op and admission. The same scan or blood test while in op the cost is normal but when you get admission these prices will increase 3 times than op for the same scan and test. After admission you will get only 1 pass for 1 patient to the attender. Some Nurses are taking care but some nurses are very careless who even not responding properly. There is no accommodation for the attender who actually making the payment, he are she should sit on the chair whole night downstairs of the hospital. Only money and recommendation will break the rules.

The doctors here are very cooperative and super specialists in their field. We got great response from the entire team of Global hospital, Lakdi-ka-pool. We are forever grateful to the treatment by Dr. Raghavendra Babu, Dr. Chandan Kumar, Dr. Rajnikanth Patcha and the entire team for my father's treatment. I had a great time with the services provided by the hospital right from the joining to the discharge. The front desk team during joining was very helpful thanks to Poornima . The ERY team was way too good as they calmed our tension and made us feel better. Thanks to the duty doctor Arif and Dr Razi.
