😠 Worst staff in hospital that I have ever seen. Staff Lose words easily and won't give respect to patient or visitor. Worst service for insurance claim. There is no proper process for patient treatment or discharge. I have faced an issue like without any approval the surgery was done also discharged... People often mention hospital, good, doctor, patient, patients, staff, time, surgery, visit, doctors,

Worst staff in hospital that I have ever seen. Staff Lose words easily and won't give respect to patient or visitor. Worst service for insurance claim. There is no proper process for patient treatment or discharge. I have faced an issue like without any approval the surgery was done also discharged the patient. After surgery we got an approval for half of the amount and now they are torturing us to pay remaining amount. Patients are not millionaire to pay 30-40k instantly. One go for insurance for the same reason but the benefit for patient makes hospital staff feel it as if we are doing this treatment for free. Go for any other hospitals if u r going for a treatment with insurance claim. I do agree the treatment was done pretty good and the only issue is with the hospital process. Please improve it, which helps common people to visit the hospital and also recommend others

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your eye hospital, which regrettably left me with a rather negative impression. While I understand that healthcare facilities can be busy, it's essential to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for patients. Unfortunately, my visit did not reflect these principles. Below are some key issues I encountered: 1. No Proper Managing of Patients: One of the foremost issues I noticed during my visit was the lack of proper patient management. The waiting area appeared chaotic, and there was no clear system in place to organize patient flow. It felt disorganized and added unnecessary stress to an already anxious experience. 2. No Proper Guidance or Help to Patients: I found that there was a lack of adequate guidance or assistance for patients. Upon arriving, I had difficulty locating the right department, and the signage was not clear. Moreover, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide clear directions or answer basic questions, making the entire process confusing and frustrating. 3. Billing Process and Waiting Time: The billing process was another major concern. Patients were required to go to the main counter for payment, which resulted in long waiting times. I personally had to wait for an extended period, which not only added to my discomfort but also wasted a significant amount of my time. This process needs to be streamlined to improve efficiency. 4. Excessive Waiting Time: Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my visit was the excessive waiting time. To illustrate, I waited for a staggering 40 minutes just to obtain a printout of my scanning report. Overall, it took me half a day to complete a routine consultation, which is unacceptable and highly inconvenient for patients. I believe that addressing these issues will significantly enhance the patient experience at your eye hospital. A well-organized and efficient healthcare facility not only fosters patient satisfaction but also ensures that patients receive the timely care they deserve. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving these aspects of your hospital's operations. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see positive changes in the future.

Good with doctors but bad with Nursing management. I particularly had a bad experience with my mom where they made us to wait for 3 hrs for 2 test and last one which was suppose to be a senior doctors consultation went limits as nurses missed to put drops to dilate eyes un till senior doctor noticed and escalated it. It again added an hour to our clock which sounds silly yet wasted 3 hrs of our time in these busy times and that too for a simple eye check up. Can go silent if it had happened at any simple local eye clinic, however considering Dr Agarwal been charging premium fees and claiming to have world class facility such silly yet time bound mis managements was important to escalate. They also don’t have a feedback forum at hospital to share the concerns and feedback , so had no choice to share my feedback here at this platform.

I went to Agarwal Eye Hospital in Panjagutta. They have good doctors, but I faced some problems during my visit. Waiting for 3 hours was not easy for me. When I finally saw the doctor, it took a long time. After the tests, I had to wait again for my turn to get eye drops. This happened for about an hour, and they put eye drops in my eyes many times. Waiting for such a long time and the eye drop process were not good experiences. I also had to take a half-day off from work because of this hospital visit. I hope they can make things better for people like me. Thank you for listening. I had an appointment for 2:30-3 PM, but I didn't see the doctor until 4:30 PM. This made me feel embarrassed because I thought appointments were supposed to save time.

Hi, Good hospital with good team of doctors for sure. They may concentrate little more on treating the patients with empathy and sympathy in particularly post surgery. There is a possibility to enhance their mettle in patient care area. Particularly for surgeries atleast. Single window procedure may be implemented for better management and patients satisfaction as there is no one free for patient guidance. One can refer this hospital to family and friends with a little caution. Overall it's good hospital with satisfied treatment. Thanks.

Dear All, I had a very bad experience with Dr.Agarwals Panjagutta branch. It's a waste of time to consult a doctor in Dr. Agarwal's eye hospitals. There is a lack of mis communication issues no proper response from the employees. No doctor will available on time. It's better go to Govt Hospital. I had been waiting for more than 3 hours of time to meet to doctor. At least Govt Doctores will be on time than here. Receptionists are worst here. They won't respect to the patients. Better to avoid dr.agarwals I fed up with their behaviors

Ambience is good. Staff behaviour is cooperative. Recommended for diabetic specialist consultation but not given the printed test reports done(blood and urine). Simply written the observation readings on a white paper and gave. Not happy with this. Also, there is no coffee/tea available in the building. We have to leave patient and go out to have a cup of coffee or tea. At least a coffee/tea vending machine can be made available.

Management can be a lot better on the 2nd floor. No one really gave updates on what is going on... otherwise treatment is good. The lady doctor here is very rude, she checked the patient only 2 seconds. Seems like she is irritated, not sure why. Can improve alot.

It’s a bit of unprofessional, They push u towards counsellor to get u additional tests done, the same can b better explained by the consulting Dr itself. The pharmacy medicines of unknown generic companies, quality is questionable 🤨. The same may not be available on general medical stores across 🙁. Staff understanding & response is below par. Overall quality of Drs is good 👍, Administration needs to be more professional & patient oriented.

after taking appointment and paying 500rs for general checkup.. u will wait at min 2hrs... then u will have eye checkup with assitants... few of them like.. hungry and tired dont know what they do.. its not like their job.. they treat.. then after again wait for doctor... then doctor will check fine.. they dont have our prescription in their hand. they will tell oral words... and have to ask in counter for what we have to do.. because after we come out.. no one knows what doctor told.. or what this reception people has to do.. whats the use of doctor ? just checking and telling surgery or ya good.. who will write medicine or eye drops for this ? reception people or assitant doctors(we dont know who are they)... pl treat us like a family not just for 500rs.. going to lions club for eye checkup is far better or local eye clinics..

Overall it was a good experience, from registration through coming out after consulting the doctors - they have a good and robust method to the madness for the amount of patients they have visiting everyday. Both Dr. Bhanu Prakash and Dr. Tandava Krishnan were meticulous with their questions, discussions and recommendations... Caring and open doctors (at least they were with me). Thank you.

I think this hospital is best for eye patients who want to do eye surgery. Expertise doctors are available in Panjagutta branch. My mom was admitted, she told me that she had clear vision after surgery, surgery was done under the scheme of AROGHYA SRI SCHEME but all surgerys are not come under the scheme. Some surgerys will be done. You can have free consultancy with AS Scheme. Terriziam surgery is under the scheme only . Mostly neat ness of the hospital is too good as it is corporate hospital ,of course it's corporate. I strongly recommend you that visit once before you want to join other eye hospital. Really I want to thank from here whole family of DR Agarwal team of Panjagutta branch. 🙏🙏🙏....

Very efficient place to get an eye surgery done. Awesome staff and the hospital is equipped with all the facilities. Had a smile surgery done, last week in here by Dr.Badari prasad, an amazing doctor. He explained every thing very clearly before and during the surgery. The surgery was done in 10mins. The staff there are very helpful, especially Mrs.Malini, the counselor there is very friendly and polite.

If you have excess funds sitting idle in your Swiss bank, visit this hospital If you want to get ripped off from top to bottom, visit this hospital I don't have any complaints on the doctor, but on the administration Pathetic is a simple word and am in short of more inferior words They sugarcoat words before you pay, once tha payment is done, they don't bother about you and move on to the next bakra..

Worst behaviour with respect to appointment handling. They just gave silly excuses and made us wait for 2 hours for even after having a scheduled appointment. Why the hell on earth are they having customer care if they don’t interact with respective branch before providing an appointment to a patient.

Excellent care and very good hospitality. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Doctors are very friendly with the patients. Detailed checkup and suggestions. Smooth process, starting from patient's registration until visiting pharmacy. Hassle free cashless claim process. I have availed both EHS and Corporate Insurance for my parents.

Treatment, doctors, staff.. everything is good except handling insurance. They asked me to deposit the money first, even though I went with cashless. Didn't start the surgery without paying the full amount. They said it will be given back later after deducting the remaining amount from the total amount received by the insurance company. This is not at all good .

Very poor management. We had to come here because this branch only has the Neuro fields 120-2 test. Although the testing room was empty we had to wait for almost an hour. I strongly recommend you to follow up with the receptionist regarding your test for every 15minutes. So that they wouldn’t forget you.

Worst hospital staff I have ever seen. Staff are easily lost for words and disrespectful to patients or visitors. Also, I have to wait for about 3 hours to visit the consultant and then they send my file to the counselor. They have not checked properly and their equipment is also not working,, please don't visit Dr. Agarwal's hospital. It is a waste of money. I have sent mail then also they did not consider my request. the whole team needs to be changed. I have never experienced this kind of worst hospital... Finally I sincerely request every one please don't visit the Dr. Agrwal's hospital

Please give preference to senior citizens. My 70 yr old mother had to come home without getting the test done after 3 hours of waiting. This is not how you should treat them. If you cannot see them for other tests, give them a date and time and send them home.

The price of an O.C.T (Optical Coherence Tomography) scan is very very high...!! Charged ₹ 3000/- per single eye, generally, it costs ₹ 1250/- for a single eye, and for BOTH eyes it costs ₹ 2500/- only. I don't want to visit again, and I don't recommend it to others.

It is observed that after the cataract surgery no counselor or doctor is assigned to guide the patient or patient attendant for post hospitalization plan or diet plan. For my surprise we walked around to got resolved all our issues/doubts. So, Please arrange a counselling after the surgery.

The entire experience at Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, under Dr. Saisree's care, was nothing short of exemplary. I left the clinic feeling confident and reassured, knowing that I was in the hands of a compassionate and highly skilled professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Saisree Majii to anyone seeking top-notch eye care services. Her commitment to excellence and patient-centric approach truly sets her apart.

There are about 10 different non sensical steps to talk to an eye doctor. Utter disregard for the patients time and discomfort. Just 2 doctors and 10+ assistants. The hospital doesn't have a canteen. Most of the eye patients suffer from Sugar. Absolutely insensitive in terms of how to care for the patients.

Dr Thandava Krishna is very good in treating the patients. But hospital is over charging for all the services. In my case for consultation they charged 500 INR where for the other hospital maximum is 200-300. Doctor suggested OCT SCAN for my eye where hospital was charging 3000 INR where other hospitals charge 1500-2000. This is very expensive for a common man.

It was a worst experience for me.....Being a govt. Job holder, I went there with a cghs reference. Though this clinic falls under cghs empanelled hospital, it's not charging cghs rates for cghs patients. Also I have to wait about 1 hour to visit a consultant then they send my file to counsellor, there I have to wait again for more than one hour as the counsellor of room no. 5 (Udaya) went for lunch. The hospital don't know to manage their staff. There should be one if another is having his or her lunch. Not only this counsellor udaya is saying this procedure is not covered under cghs but in cghs list it was there. If they can't do treatment on cghs rates, they should ask to remove their names from cghs empanelled hospitals. I wasted my entire day in this/that counsellor or test but a minor surgery was not done. They should tell a patient first that they will charge not according to cghs rates, so patient may decide what should they want to do.

Decided to have my routine eye check up after inordinate delay after two years and this time I thought let’s visit Dr Agarwal Eye hospital and generally I will go to LV Prasad but thought to explore Agarawal Hospital as it’s rated as the Second best and it’s indeed the best and everything was done flat under 1 hour and I’m totally satisfied and the atmosphere and the facilities are quite good and it’s all cheerful atmosphere and orders spectacles also there only and left with a sense of satisfaction and it’s punjagutta branch as it’s near to our office and it’s connected through metro and just you cross the metro Bridge and you are into the hospital. Dr Jagadeesh who is my doctor was quite good and said my retina is perfect and everything is good and just need little extra power and anyway we all want extra power all the times and I replied that’s quite and I need to be more powerful 😄. Highly recommended and the consultation fees also reasonable Rs500. And it’s all go green concept with less of paper more of messages and WhatsApp bills with a provision for hard copy too.

Exceptional Care and Expertise: Dr. Bhanu Prakash M - A True Professional I recently had the privilege of having Dr. Bhanu Prakash M perform a surgical procedure on my mother, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional level of care and expertise provided throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked into the clinic, Dr. Bhanu Prakash exuded professionalism and genuine concern for my mother's well-being. He took the time to thoroughly explain the medical issue my mother was facing, breaking down complex medical jargon into understandable terms. His exceptional ability to communicate and make us feel at ease greatly alleviated our concerns. Dr. Bhanu Prakash demonstrated immense attention to detail during the consultation, carefully analyzing my mother's medical history and conducting a comprehensive examination. He ensured we were fully informed about the recommended surgical procedure, outlining the benefits, potential risks, and post-operative care required. His dedication to providing a clear and detailed overview of the entire procedure demonstrated his commitment to patient education and satisfaction. Throughout the surgical process, Dr. Bhanu Prakash showcased not only his expertise but also his genuine compassion and empathy. He was approachable, friendly, and always willing to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. The comfort he provided to both my mother and our family made the entire experience less stressful. The surgery itself was a success, and the aftercare provided by Dr. Bhanu Prakash and his team was exemplary. He ensured my mother's recovery was smooth and monitored her progress closely, leaving no room for uncertainty or anxiety. In conclusion, Dr. Bhanu Prakash M is undoubtedly one of the best doctors we've encountered. His outstanding skills, compassionate approach, and dedication to his patients truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Bhanu Prakash M for anyone seeking exceptional medical care and surgical expertise. Our family is immensely grateful for his exceptional care and the positive impact he has had on my mother's health and overall well-being.

Mr. Sai Kumar from pharmacy had broken the line to get a patient’s check up first. Even though it was not an emergency, and was a regular check up for the person he insisted to other nurses/attenders that it is an emergency case. This kind of behaviour from the staff members especially a person who is pharmacist is not acceptable. This happened at Panjagutta branch

We had a very poor experience at this Hyderabad Panjagutta and Miyapur Agarwals hospital. The communication was very poor. I was not informed of any delays or cancellations until we call to the office. The operations were also delayed without any known reasons, such as the doctor being on leave or equipment not working. The staff at the front desk were very rude when I inquired about the delays. They need to improve their management skills and communication with customers.

Too much waiting time Should have patience to visit this branch. Everyday is new for them i.e. I had visited on Saturday and undergone all the basic tests and requested to come back next week for other tests. They can resume my tests from where they stopped instead they will do all basic tests again which is time consuming and waste. I had roamed around 3 weeks(thrice)to complete all my tests after which I got the final answer from doctor(BW) Between I went to smart vision, they took 2.5 hours for all the tests and told the same results and answers which Agarwal hospital doctor told. Also, Dr. Agarwal suggests all unwanted costly eye drops to get more billing. When you book an appointment call center team says doctor is available from 9 to 6 where as hospital staff says doctor is available between 10 to 5. Lack of confusion
