Worst behaviour of aunty, I tried to ask about vacancies she ruthlessly replied & disconnected my call. Thank god I didn't join here. 😏 Such kinda behaviour is not at all good for maintaining business.

Best PG for MEN they are polite and so kind also they will ask you what your needs according to that they will change the room facilities too good 👍🏻

Good Food, neat rooms, wifi, TV, hot water, no water restriction, clean dinning hall, two wheeler parking and free laundry service , near by shops and situated in main location. Opp to hyper super market.

Always ask for sharing room, high cost ... low quality.. HYD is so costly

My reason for visiting this pg was to look for a room. The pg was just average, not that great. The location was not good for me, it is at good location but my office is far from here.. They take 7000 rs for 3 sharing room, including mess, breakfast, laundry. The rooms were clean but not spacious. There are several other PGs nearby.. choose best always..

Average PG. It is very old building, rooms are bit congested and floor looks not very clean. Each room is attached with TV and good wifi in every floor. This PG for generator so there is no problem of power Cut. Very less water problem exists in this PG. Food is average but better than other PGs near by. Coming to rent: 3 Sharing is 6500rs. 1000rs advance in which 500rs is refundable at the time of vacating the pg

Worst hostel in terms of maintaining washing machines and the quality of food is worst,people who live in this hostel suffer from one or the other problem everyday,hostel supervisor doesn't maintain things properly and owner doesn't even care about the hostel.

Good facilities compared to other hostels and everything is perfect and hygiene

Rooms are spacious and properly maintained. Furniture is of best quality. Beds are equipped with good quality mattress which are very soft and comfort

The place is just perfect to stay for as long as you want. The facilities are of very good quality and its near to Ace Engineering Academy, hardly 10 mins for travelling

Worst kind of PG, I have ever seen.Poor service, food quality is very bad and it is vunrable to your health. When you will have this kind food you will fall sick.Rent of PG is too high and never think to join this kind of worst PG.

Worst food I don't take breakfast and lunch here and try to skip dinner also.. This will make you understand the food quality...caretaker's behaviour is inhuman. If you complain he will come fight mode. If you really want to buy health issues by paying a high amount...then join this pg.

Rooms and bathrooms are not spacious but bigger than other PGs in this area. Cleaning is ok. Food is not that much bad.They provide two times chicken and one time egg per week but quality is not sufficient. Please don't expect much.

It's paying guest accommodation. Costs 6 to 8k per month. Food is below average and infrastructure is also worth for bucks we spent. But not that great

I am writing this genuinely. When they started PG food was good but now feels like waste of money for food and staying. No proper maintainance as they delay the things for a very long time. You better taste for before initial joining. There is temple opposite to this building who makes more noise with speakers which is irritating and unable to conectarte on your stuff

Rooms are good. I am staying in 4 sharing room. They provide separate caboards for every person. And there is no water scarcity. may be sometimes, very minute. And food was so good while compare with surrounding PGs. You cannot find better PG in this surroundings

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful.The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air , large lockers and free wireless internet. I just felt really comfortable here.

Best stay for students aspiring for competitive exams and for working professionals. Very peaceful environment. This place has got good amenities thx to the lotus premium pg for boys
