I had my interiors done with Homelane, but unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with the quality of the products. Specifically, the TV unit they installed was not properly fixed to the wall and is currently hanging precariously. Since the product is still within the warranty period, I reached out to Homelane for assistance. However, I was surprised to learn that they are requesting payment from me to rectify the issue. It's worth noting that I had already paid a premium, tenfold the regular cost, for this MDF product, which they initially claimed was crafted from the finest quality plywood.

Hello all, I had my interior done from home lane and here is a review from satisfied customer 😁 Let us why not start with cons , have enquired at 10 places ( individual contractors) and everyone quoted way less than homelane. the only con i would say is that it is a little costly. but coming to pros 1. i really loved the way they execute and delivered the project . the finish of the wood work is tremendous. 2. The finish is really nice , since its a factory finish the quality is nice. 3. The way they deal with customer is professional. people who helped me are PM : Aditya viswakarma designer: vineet Sales : Hari Thanks to all of them 4. the timely delivery. as committed they had completed everything per time . 5. Ease of access, its very easy to approach the PMO/ designer or homelane staff. so over all inwould recommend homelane with out a second tough. reason being i have seen my friends and neighbours who went with local people and the installation is not done even after 3-4 months . so its better to chip out few bucks for peace of mind and also the finish 😁

We have approached Home Lane for the interior work to be done for our Duplex House. Design Team has spent lot of time for us to give the best design solution for our house. Even though the project got delayed during the Installation Phase, Overall experience is very good. Home Lane is providing excellent after Service for any problems with the work done. Particularly, the service team and carpenters are very professional and I am extremely happy with the service.

My experience with HomeLane was an utter disappointment. Their poor execution, abysmal communication, and unacceptable delays caused immense stress and frustration. If you're looking for a smooth, professional, and timely home renovation, I urge you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache and avoid HomeLane at all costs.

Overall design and delivery was quick. We liked the quality as well. They delivered the project as promised despite the COVID Pandemic. But there were a lot of minor issues post handing over which they did not resolve. Do not rely on their quality check and rather do check each part of the furniture on your own thoroughly. We observed a lot of minor scratches post taking over and now they refuse to rectify them. Do not sign off the project under their pressure.

They have provided good details and also explained well about their products and services. But the designs looked old. Looks like old setup. Felt it was better than Livspace. And also expensive when compared to Livspace.

Placed an order and had to cancel it. They're absolute cheaters. They verbally committed for a superior quality HDHMR and Plywood boards. But after taking advance changed all the specifications with mala fide intentions. After taking token advance, they totally stopped responding to our mails, calls and messages. Do not get cheated.

I have chosen Homelane for my new home's interior work after having round of discussion with 3-4 different interior groups. I went ahead with HL considering professional services, good quality and long term warranty. The design and final output came out very well. Got very positive feedback from guest who visited my flat. In the process I met many capable heads, Designer Srinija who helped in completing the end to end design. Installation Manager Mr. Shubham who was very helpful right from the beginning and continue to extend any help. He was very instrumental in my overall impression about Homelane. Property Manager Tarun and team, who gave a tour about experience center and explained end to end process of HL work and continuing relationship post delivery along with many more members.. The post-delivery service is quite good and whatever smaller issue is raised by me, they have attended it very professionally for immediate resolution. I would highly recommend Homelane for interiors work.

We came here for interior design planning for my new flat with little background and research on interior and found its very helpful. We contacted multiple vendors and outside too to get the interior done but when we stepped into the home lane and after talking to the designer, we really liked it the way they designed and organized things for us. They patiently listen to all our requirements and adjusted the designs as per our specifications. The good part is price negotiation where we got to see the good price without compromising the quality. We are so excited and waiting for the final output.

The design and final output wouldn't have been so amazing without our interior designer Madhulika. Special thanks to her. Madhulika has good knowledge in interior designs. She was cool and very patient in helping us suggesting a number of designs and also in visualising all the proposed designs in 3D simulations. There was a time when we spent continuously 7-8 hours on designing a single room with multiple iterations over the designs and we couldn't have asked for a cool designer with lot of patience and ideas. Madhulika helped us in finalising the designs and she was available all the time throughout the design phase and was very responsive to give suggestions. The production and delivery was on time despite the pandemic lockdown. The material was delivered on time and installation was completed within the estimated time. The post-delivery service was also good. We had a couple of minor issues and the technicians were quick enough to visit and fixed the problems. Thanks to our project manager Uday for a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Homelane interiors and our designer Madhulika for making this happen.

A professional organisation focused on customer satisfaction. Particularly, Mr. Ramappa Jayasheel, Customer Care Executive of Service Department is very focused and polite. Displayed extraordinary patience and skills in coordinating with various departments like Design, Production, Installation, Vendor management, etc in meeting the requirements to ultimately satisfy me completely.

Homelane has done excellent job in completing my interiors. Especially Kshitij has done fantastic job throughout the installation process till handover. Kshitij was so cooperative and always tries for customer happyness and satisfaction by making the requested last minute changes. He has great technical vision and all the required skills.

I had taken Homelane service in 2020 impressed about the USP that they provide 5 years warranty with their installation. After 3 years many of the hinges are loosened, the drawers do not close well. When I requested for a warranty based support, they are charging like anything. Not sure if that 5 year promise was just to lure customers. Going ahead with 2 review for the timely delivery of the project. Not sure if I can edit my earlier review of the Homelane (Sharath City Center Branch).

Homelane did a fantastic job in designing and creating our house interiors..The finish is perfect and the delivery is on spot. There was no time lag well finished and well cleaned. The entire process of onboarding, design, delivery was super smooth and very well planned and highly organized. Special shout out to for Project Manager Srikanth from Gachibowli Hyderabad who ensured the complete delivery processes of installation and handover to be super smooth and including electrical facilitations. Super perfect for a working couple or people who cannot follow up carpenters and run here and there for materials as and when required. The only scope of improvement for homelane team is they need to improve on the choice of the laminate designs as there are numerous additions in the market.

Our interior designer Jhansi at Gachibowli branch was very helpful and explained the various options based on our requirement and design. Cleared all our doubts/concerns and provided inputs per our design requirements. She walked us through the designs available in the store multiple times and explained about its features which best fits our requirement. Happy and satisfied with the experience and looking forward to get the same kind of support.

We got our interior done from Homelane. Overall experience was good. The quality of material and work is really good. Suresh was our PM and he handled the project efficiently and provided us timely updates. Also taken care of all our requirements. Suggestion would be - Homelane can improve their catalogue for laminates and handled.

We did a window shop for interiors as we recently bought our new home. But after completing the quick walk through and detail explanation of the material and modules gave us an overview of your work. Looks so interesting and apt for the new methods of interiors. Hopefully you people meet my requirements and make my home interiors more intresting.

I got my interior done from Homelane recently and in one of my room the slider almirah door stopped working and it’s stopper fell off.Homelane provided the assistance and resolution on time.They can improve on communication though which wasn’t prompt and timely. I’m not particularly happy with the quality of their installation as every now and then there are issues.Need to observe for more time to see if the installations last longer or not.

Overall the service offered to us is good at Homelane, Gachibowli branch, hyderabad. We would like to share few of our experiences so that Homelane can offer better services to future customers. 01. During certain stages the information shared with us on the designs was not satisfactory and expected some (homelane) past executed designs but we were not shown enough designs on it. 02. Very High interests shown on getting payment from customer at the initial phase but later on during the design phases and next, we didnt see that commitment/interests from the team. 03. Not explained well on the Homelane policies/rules and additional payments and rather asked to go through the 30+ pages of documents, which was not satisfactory. 04. Some communication gaps are being observed with in the teams (ex: Designer to Supervisors ) at the installation phase. As the installation process is not yet complete, I cannot comment more on the quality of the products offered to me but will sure provide my feedback if there is any for future improvements and offer high quality of services to homelane customers.
