Really disappointed with Amazon Logistics store team. I have taken the distribution franchise of Amazon logistics store. I made a huge investment for this but the company hasn't delivered me my transportation truck yet. The employees don't know anything about the procedure just know how to ask for money. I am trying to get in contact with the employee but I am not able to contact anyone. I request my all money refunded and I suggest you all not to take their franchise it's a bad experience. I will be filing a case against the company. The company must reply to my problem or else they will face the consequences.

I went for the Amazon interview there. Whole building design is well secured. Parking won't be available for the outers. You need to take care about that. You will get the paid parking lot near by. Whole building blocks are made of amazing design and environment. Many types of companies are there. You should follow the security guards instructions.

2013 is when Amazon india started operating. This was the first place from which Amazon started working. Mainly on just Customer Service. Occupied 9th and 10th floors of Building 9 of Raheja Mindspace. Since the architecture is old, this feels compressed. More like a camp than a full pledged workspace. This place had hiring, training, production floors. The flat organisational architecture appeals for more ownership at work. And mentors are very reachable for quick inputs.

Great place to work. Salary is also good. Not much work pressure.

The place is great with good food court and atmosphere. The ambience of the place is perfect. The coffee at Starbucks is 😎. All over it's good.

I found everything best about this company. It's one of the best companies in the world. It has the best interior designs along with the best employee benefits. It was a pleasure to be a part of this company. It has great pantry and cafeteria. All employees can avail of INR 1100 p/m zeta card balance and free cab. This branch has the best food compared to rest of the Amazon branches in Hyderabad.

I will not recommend anyone to buy products from amezone with online payment at list in India they keep your order, then they will told your order is canceled we will send you refund and after one day they will tell your order is delivered, thus you will lost your money I lost my 2500 INR. PLEASE DON'T DO ONLINE PAYMENT FOR AMAZON ORDER ONLY GO FOR CASH ON DELIVERY.

Having big issues with Amazon where we order but still not getting orders or refunds. Also send the email to Mr. Amit Agarwal about the issues that I am facing right now. I hope it get solve soon. It's very frustrating when you buy stuff but you get wrong items or whole orders gets canceled and try to get refunds then customer service department talks to the customer like prerecorded tape!!! They don't want even try to hear what you saying/complaints Some one called from Amazon saying that if I want my money back then I have to pay 10 rupees !!!! I said not to him and hang up the phone call and next minute I find out that Amazon employee tried to take Rs.14700 from my bank account and I had to block my bank card. Mr. Amit, please respond to my email or call me or give me appointment so I can come to your office personally. I hope this time I get proper response 🙏 Trupti Shah

Worst delivery and customer service. It's lot better to use Flipkart as they are very much best at customer service. They didn't deliver my order for more than 3 days after actual delivery day. Every time I call they say it depends on delivery person, if they'll feel good so they'll deliver. Otherwise no delivery, lost money, lost product. Amazon employees using customer products
