I had applied for USA transit visa with Sanctum and my experience to get the C type visa was very smooth. Firstly, you doesn’t need to be a Registered customer to get a response for a basic clarification or enquiry, I have Dial History and had a conversation with mr. Sudeesh, however was expecting a little guidance for the application which is mandatory and which was Rude.

Pathetic Service. They will not reply once we have paid our money. One of the incident i have experienced is they have mentioned the wrong Ds160 number while booking the US visa appointment and they refuse to give DS160 confirmation page and demanding more money for those. I strongly recomend to not take these consulting service. It is better to do all by yourself.
