Worst hostel, worst rooms and maintenance

The hotel is good, but the only disappointment is the rude behaviour of entrance security who are in red colour suits, last year it was the same issue and this year also we stayed almost 15 days but same issue.. i think next time this will be not our priority.. i request hotel management to teach some behaviour to your team.. we spend the money not just for hotel we expect luxury and best experience and receiving you guys are failing at this aspect..

PG is not well maintained. You would find cockroaches and rates literally in every room. Even dustbins outside are not cleaned everyday. Manager in pg is not at all helpful, he doesn't bother about complaints relating to electrical. Food taste is decent but not very hygiene. Costliest PG in the location, better to keep it as last option. Washing machines doesn't function at all. For name sake there are 4 washing machines however only 2 of them functions.

The quality of vegetarian food has come down drastically. They should reduced spice and garlic. They should provide some Jain option. Every dish contains garlic and onion. So we wnt out for food everytime

Awesome and delicious buffet lunch service availed. kids enjoyed a lot .. happy family gatherings...rate for adults 799 and kids 599. plus GST. Go there by 12 30.. you can have a peaceful family gathering. Keen to visit again

Hello I request the security manager to teach good manners to the security who is in front of the lobby in mehroon dress. They dont know the proper manners to talk with the normal person and they are so rude. So, i request hotel management not to keep this type of person's who can be the remark for the hotel. Thank you

Overall a decent experience of staying here for 3 nights. Positives: 1. Good room service 2. Buffet breakfast 3. Very good coffee Things to improve: 1. Overall cleanliness and hygiene 2. Mosquito infested lobby and rooms had mosquitoes too 3. Restaurant service needs improvement 4. They should provide selected bed type to their guests

One of the worst pg which I have seen in my life, I saw rats eating vegetables clearly I took a video of it and asked the management about it they simply said if you are willing then you can vacate i didn't expect that kind of behaviour, There will be no response from management for any missing of shirts and delivery parcels they didn't even check the cc cameras. The management is very rude... Per 4 sharing the current bill costs around 100 to 150.per day we need to recharge. They will increase the hostel for every 6 months. You can find the number of rats in the hostel wherever you go under your beds,bathrooms, kitchen,near dustbins. But no response from management. For eating chapathi or dosa items we need to wait for atleast 15mins. For every extra one day will charge 700rs per day at the time of vacate and if you pay the rent delay they will charge the fine amount. Finally if you are looking for the best hostel make this as the last option.

It was an awesome experience staying in Bridge serviced apartments. We primary stayed here for post wedding shoot, the rooms are ultra clean with white background. From the balcony we have a good view of Golconda fort. Most recommended stay at the heart of city for families, group of friends.

One of the oldest and reputed hotels in the Jubilee hills area. Stayed here for 3 nights for a business visit. Closest metro station is Madhapur. No early check-in available as most of the times the hotel is "full". Check-in was smooth. Room is spacious with a desk and lounge space. Washroom is good but a little small. Only issue was with the hot water which was not fixed even after repeated requests. Finally, during my checkout manager checked out my grievances. Breakfast spread is good but it's only self-service. Usually the waiters would help in other places but not here. They would ask you to get the food yourself which is pretty weird. Staff were kind and helpful. Room service was good. Price is reasonable. It's a good stay if you plan to stay for couple of nights.

This is a one of the high elevated Hotel in the city. It is built on top of the hill. It is Thermal screening is there and Need to wear masks since Covid-19 Pandemic. Quite spacious and I have been to hotel for dine in the restaurant. Can be considered to be a luxurious one. It has two restaurants, one in the ground floor (for thali)and the other one in the second floor.(for Buffet) Also, roof top dining restaurant cum bar is there along with a swimming pool. Other services like banquet areas, convention centers, Spa are there. From the top floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Do carry a binoculars/ telescope, and enjoy the awesome view. My dine in experince was great. I had a buffet with my mother. The staff was good. Cuisine is Pan Indian. Stay safe and stay in peace! Thanks

My GO-TO buffet restaurant for buffet !!! The food is amazing, the ambience is very nice! Its not crowded and that's the beauty of the place I feel cause you've got it all for yourself. Highly recommended.

Good place with great ambience and delicious food. Staff were very helpful. Good quality of food. Great ambience of the banquet halls provided. Food was served by staff who were wearing masks and gloves. Parking space was ample and free. Valet parking was also available. Washrooms weren’t that neat. All Covid precautions are being taken care. There are multiple hand sanitizer spots. Would like to visit the place more often. 😊 Overall 3 stars ⭐️

Had a buffet for dinner. They got good number of options to select choice of food. Desserts were the best. Only drawback was the ambience of the coffee times where we sat. It was in Ground floor. Where as the ambience in Circles (2nd floor) is fab. Overall enjoyed.

Highly recommend this hotel, we went with our family, rooms were nice n clean, breakfast buffet was good and the staffs were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Place is good. Decent. Was attending a wedding function which was happening in the same premise. The staff were courteous and nice. Hot water in the washroom was the only issue. It wasnt hot to be precise. Breakfast buffet was good. Food overall was also good. All in all a good place.

This is sheer shame that No internet available in the restaurant I have to.leave food abruptly as there is no mobile network and the staff of Daspalla hotel said that they can't provide wifi I am really surprised Hope the management look into this and rectify

A better place for well to do families to perform marriages, can accommodate over 200 guests. Service and quality is obvious.could afford,would prefer. Recommended.

Good banquet hall for 250 - 300 people with covid restrictions

Lovely place with good accomodation. All kinds of functions are allowed to go. Amazing view from the top. Hotel decoration is unique look. All staff's are really nice and ready to help all kinds of needed. Just need to improve the way of greeting to guest and more focus on clean and hygiene. Rest of all are good. Happy to say that, this place is nice to stay with family and friends. Thank you 💞.

Ambience was very well decorated and pleasant terrace environment. However poor food quality. Service boys does not understand about the sevice items and need train them or take temporary staff with English knowledge

We visited coffee times.... It was really good experience there.... The taste of the buffet food was awesome with a lot of variety in both veg & non veg food... Lots of variety in salads, chats & dessert too.... & to say, the quality & quantity is worth the money...

Went for engagement ceremony, good for small functions less than 100 people. Professional staff. Good food.

We went to daspalla for a banquet. Way too crowded. There was so much confusion regarding parking. None of the people guided us for valet. We were all directed to the exit without even paying attention to what we were saying. We thought we had to park somewhere outside. Later my friend told me that there is valet parking. After which we gave our vehicle to the valet. Can't blame the workers also because they were also overloaded with so many vehicles causing a traffic jam because there were two functions at the same time. The banquet hall was decent but the dining hall was quite small. Food was good.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hyderabad. I got the room overlooking the State Gallery of Art, where I could see peacocks in the morning. Food and ambience was perfect. Might stay here again next time I visit Hyderabad.

We went for the buffet. The was cold for the start. It was an ok-ish experience. There was a starter in vegitarian side called chilli honey Lotus stem which I wish was made with potato. The service was great though, even though it was a buffet the staff serves food to table if asked.

Attended a wedding reception at Hotel Daspalla. Valet parking was prompt and courteous. The facilities were excellent. Good food and service, too. Location and ambiance inside and out are excellent.

Revisited Daspalla after 4 years. Nothing got changed. Peaceful place with nice greenery in the entrance. This time restaurant was full of kids and so didn't feel the calmness though. Same buffet menu with slight changes. It's not so lavish but it's decent to have for the price. My kid enjoyed the food as the spicy levels are minimal. All over a very good place to have a nice dinner time with family.

Attended an Engagement function. The valet service was very good! You need to relook at the juice and starters circulation. Very unprofessional. They have not reached out to all the guests. The hall and the washroom were of high standard. Lunch - spread and the food was good. You need to go back to the basics of the preparation of Dal Makhani. There is scope for improvement.

I really liked the place and the ambience. It looks extreme in aerial view. You can go with your children as the spice level is minimal. You can enjoy whatever the dish you wish with no hesitation about spice levels. Daspalla should focus on two wheeler parking as the capacity is not more than 20 vehicles.

The rooms are not great but the overall feel of the Hotel is good The service is very good and the food is also delicious and served well in time. The support staff is great. The breakfast area is nice and is very considerate of your choices and serves food at your table.

Excellent hotel and great coffee shop for a great meal. The Thali is a foodie’s delight with a wide variety of tasty dishes . The service is also very prompt and friendly. All in all a real value for money deal.

Very good ambience. Spacious, well maintained. Very decent place for family outings. Makes you feel at home. Staff are well mannered n humble. Very spacious with a lovely lawn to stroll around with fresh air. Located in the Heart of the city yet makes you feel being away from the hustle n bustle of the crowds. Our choice was based on our good experience with Daspalla Vizag, and it turned out to be a great decision. Located on a hill-top, it is a wonderful and well-maintained property. Offers a great view on the metro-side. Officials and staff are very courteous and helpful. Excellent food spread with great taste. Highly recommended.

Food is great and delicious but most of the restaurant’s staff is rude. We stay in here for five days, first day the room was full of dust but the staff who help us clean the room he’s very very very nice. He’s the best staff in that hotel. On all 5 days we were stuck outside our room for 10-30 mins because the door’s lock was bad and it was super annoying. They really need to fix the lock :) I give three stars because of the cleaning staff otherwise I don’t even want to give one.

Daspalla is one of known hotels for its hospitality. Hotel location, building and rooms are good. I tried their buffet available in ground floor. I liked the buffet but wish they have some more options for vegetarian. Hotel is well maintained and is neat and clean. This is a good one. Thank you

Decently sized rooms. No balcony. Staff are generally "stay away" types, so you don't get the hospitality warmth. The place is close to metro line. I didn't see a lawn though.

It's a good hotel and they give you good service at a reasonable price. Rooms are good, service is great and the location is at prime location in jublee hills. Recently one of my friends hosted a book launch in this hotel.

The receptionist lacks empathy and displays rudeness, requiring training to meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Despite confirming early check-in, we waited for hours, and the rooms were dirty with missing amenities. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping did not restock. Receptionist Nagesh needs serious hospitality training. Polite or aggressive, responses are consistently cold. Management should address this to maintain the hotel's reputation. A regular customer base shouldn't make hoteliers complacent, neglecting the care of other guests.
