I worked in the hospital for a year. Russh is the best option for those looking for a nursing job. We feel satisfied with the work we do. Nursing Superintendent Maria Madam is very supportive. In my experience, a nursing superintendent is someone who comes round. Madam will always be in the intensive care unit. Like our backbone. That is a good thing. The same goes for other workers. Ayas will come quickly whenever called.

I feel devasted that my first pregnancy experience went so wrong just cause i chose this hospital, they dont even deserve 1 star. I visited this hospital for my delivery since i have insurance but i was looted by the hospital despite having insurance. I would never recommend this hospital to any one, specifically if you have insurance, look for other good hospitals. The billing department is more worst, they will never let you breathe even if the single bill is pending. I was being pushed to get discharged despite my son was still in NICU for jaundice, the pediatrician was more worst he didnt even bother to give basic instructions to the new mom at the time of discharge since we were unable to bare another days expense and we requested to get discharged. This hospital charges 15k per day for nicu and this is just the room charge, end of the final bill you will realise that they will also charge you with oxygen charges, nursing charges and other equipment charges separately, roughly if your baby is in nicu then it will be 20k to 25k per day. My son was already there for 4 days and they still wanted to extend for another day and they have least empathy. Very few are good and experienced nurses, Nurses in ICU are just trainees and they will treat you like an experiment. Their ICU doest even have a maternity ward, as soon as i was done with my c section they moved me to ICU since i had high BP made to stay along with other patients and there was only one common washroom. I was more depressed and it was just adding to my postpartum blues. I had to literally beg the doctor to shift me to the room. Despite going thru all this trauma we still ended up paying a lakh despite my insurance covered whatever they had to .. I just hope government does a proper audit on such hospitals and have some proper measures in place. Healthcare is becoming very careless in our state today.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the services of Russh hospital. We had been there due to a family medical emergency and also since Russh being in the nearest proximity. We were pleasantly surprised by the dedicated care and attention provided by the doctors and Hospital staff. Especially Dr.Rajesh Chinni constantly monitored my family members health situation at all times and clearly apprised us of the diagnosis in a clear way due to which we were tremendously relieved. My family member who is a senior citizen has since then recovered and improved rapidly. Also the hospital staff nurses were very courteous and took great care of the patient. It has been 15 days now since discharge and we would like to stick to Russh hospital for all future consultations.

Don't visit this hospital for delivery. They scared us that it should be C section and there is no chance of normal delivery. They did C section and they don't even encourage breast feeding and mother company to Baby. If you are insured then they will squeeze your money as much as they can. This people made my son to fall sick. They don't even respect patient attenders. Gives answers hesitantly. Taken my son to other hospital and he is fine now. Money is not a matter. But emotional tarture which I had during this period still brings tears in my eye. Please don't take decisions by these doctors suggestions. Recommended to take second opinion.

Russh Super Specialty Hospital, Suchitra, in my view is a hospital par excellence with top-notch doctors, very caring nursing staff and very affable general staff. The hospital is kept very clean and hygienic with regular cleaning and mopping. The laboratories offer excellent and precise diagnostic services. The response time to any problem is very quick. But there is always a room for improvement in the unending journey to perfection.

Good care taken in the ICU both doctors and stuff alike. Physiotherapy session with doctor Syed was good and very clear explanation as to what our way forward looks like . Like the way doctors explained things . Dropping 2 starts cause when someone is admitted in the ICU would really appreciate if there is a place for the patience family to rest during the night. It's a well run hospital with all important facilities available, this helps to avoid waiting hours which is normal in big hospitals. Kudos to the sisters and ward boys for being available all times. Only thing that needs to improve is the canteen.

Staffs are so not prefessional and they don't even care to see if patient is comfortable or not. In my case the first floor was very suffocating even after asking staff to turn on the fan none cared or bothered to turn it on.

The pharmacist here should be dismissed and fired. I came here with a prescription and he says the doctor is wrong and forcing me to buy a different drug. A pharmacist duty is to look at the prescription and give the drug. He shouldn’t try to become a doctor with his own half baked knowledge. A doctor is a doctor for a reason. I am not sure how many people this person has misguided.

Good hospital but lacks basic amenities like insufficient ceiling fans in the waiting hall, they do not operate Ac's. During summers its unbearable to sit and wait. The hospital is at suchitra junction so its very noisy. Finding parking space is difficult too. Consultation fees is up by 150rs from my last visit whereas facilities have not improved.

Emergency visit to this hospital at early in the morning at 2-3 am due to urinal bleeding, first thing they did was a CT scan when they were supposed to do ultrasound according a relative of ours who works as nurse after 1 hour they sent us to an observation room and wait for results for further procedure but all they did was make us wait for hours and there was no communications between nurses or doctors everyone were saying a different statment had no idea what to do, and then they called a surgeon cuz I had "appendix" when I didn't even had the pain for appendix my problem is urinal infection and they made us pay for his visit when my problem is not even related to appendix at all and charged 1k! For him to just say 2 sentence and leave 1000 rupees is not a joke for 2 sentences without a solution. And then they never really figured out what was my problem they just never cared about me much my mother had to go all around the hospital 10 times just for them to respond I never got treated just put me on drips and that's all most of the problems I was facing was cleared out by our relative which is really disappointing of russh crashed a total bill of 7k for absolutely nothing, my mother decided to discharge after wasting hours of time when I was suffering from pain they didn't care at all went home decided to get treated another way totally scammed disappointed I highly recommend do not choose this hospital at any cost this is a money minded hospital. Overall: bad service, bad treatment, no communications between nurses and doctors, horrible attitude, money for unnecessary things an absolute scam. Visit this hospital if you wana suffer with high bills late treatment.

Biggest fraudulent hospital in the area. We came there for an emergency treatment. Employee on the duty has stolen gold from the patient which is unheard-of. When asked to the people who are on shift they aren’t responding. I think they are hiring people who aren’t qualified to be there. I mean un trained employees which is why these types of incidents do happen. Hospital is not even bothered about it.

Still humanity exists in corporate hospitals and live example is this hospital. When every hospital in the surroundings said no to my father's covid time entry these people gave oxygen support for one hour and supported me. The hospital simply refused to do dressing which has been treated “outside”. They din’t bother to understand if I was in pain, if i was facing any problem that needed attention or any thing - they simply said they will not touch it. Worst waiting time....no proper intimation about doctor availability. Waited for one and half hour and doctor didn’t show up. When we raised the concern, they simply cancelled our appointment(19-11-2021). we lost our valuable time waiting for the doctor just because of their negligence.

Russh is a good hospital. My father was admitted there for a week. He was taken good care of. But today I had a bad experience. The nurse assigned to me was absolutely rude though she spoke nothing other than what was asked for. The injection taken by her gave me this bruise. She didn't even bother to tell me what to do about it either. She just acted as if nothing happened and then injected to another place in the hand and beneath that area of prick also it feels very hard now. The pain from this prick is still there five hours later. We understand that nurses job is tough but it doesn't mean he or she can take a patient for granted. That is exactly why many people prefer malayalee nurses because those nurses know how to do their job very well meanwhile even reassuring the patient. Meanwhile other nurses were talking among themselves to avoid this nurse which also absolutely over rude.

Their emergency ward is excellent. But for OP, you'll have to bring your lunch even if you go to hospital by 10am. Doctor's start talk to patients after 12pm only. Worst part is they keep you waited if you go for review with reports (bcz you don't pay them money for review). Instead of having patients wait in the hospital better to inform them to come in the evening for review. Bad management in this case.
