Overall summary :- superb and spacious 1)I have visited Sarjapur Decathlon in Bangalore which is really awesome. So had some expectations when I visited this Secunderabad store. Needless to stay the secunderabad store is as good as the Sarjapur one. 2) It's spread on 2 floors with a lift inside to go from first floor to the second. Ground floor is mostly for apparel, clothing and cycles while first floor has the rest - tennis, cricket, shute, table tennis, weight lifting, yoga mats, gym equipment, darts and what not. Both the floors cover almost everything that one can imagine in sports. 3) You can also check out from the decathlon app. 4) Staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. They really want to help you and understand exactly what you want 5) Massive parking so no issues with parking and no parking charges. 6) It's bang on the main road. Entry is from the main road while exit is from the gully. Easy to get in and get out. 7) Special thanks to Debosmit (hope I got the name right) for helping with some exchange formalities. Cons:- 1) One person was looking for billiards equipment which wasn't there in the store.

It's good to see Decathlon stores expanding in the heart of the city in sprawling commercial spaces. This outlet and Gachibowli outlet are examples. Spread across 2 floors they have ample variety for all ages, gender and sports. Only missing point is the play are like the Shamshabad outlet. Parking is on the main road, which needs improvement

Yes🥰, I love Decathlon, I'm a fitness lover I bought so many things from decathlon. trekking, running, swimming, golf, sportswear items, gym items so many variant of products available here, when I visits decathlon I play some games like cycling, carrom and golf, staff also free and friendly they help me so many times i went to kompally branch so many times secundrabad brach Newly open store so I visited today this branch I'm truly satisfied for their service ,parking, costumer service, products, and prices overall it's a awesome store for sports items,thas y I 💕 Decathlon.

I personally like decathlon as it has varied products with different price ranges and the customer support is also good. But today when I reached the store for the wrong pair of shoes given, again which happened almost a year ago.. which I have realised recently as I started feeling some pain in my leg and one of the sales guy was rude and sarcastic. There is always a way to deny any support or service to the customer in a pleasing way rather than rude.

Excellent staff and great variety of things. Mind you that you will have an image that items are cheap here but infact they are not. For example you buy a cycle of 5,000 You will spend 2,300 on mudguard, lock and cycle stand because they don't come with the cycle. Like wise minimum accessories will go upto 5,000 and the cycle you buy automatically is around 10,000. Its like selling iphone and charger seperately. So don't think it's cheap, you should be here for variety and quality.

However, on a recent visit noticed Decathlon, Secunderabad is not spacious, less variety, crowded, noticed executive are not pro-active to address your needs and offer suggestions. In this regard Decathlon, Kompally and Punjagutta found with lot of variety, items are more, spacious, better management and offering best services to customers. Please address our concerns and take due measures to offer more items, best services are available to consumer's bcoz we love to shop for sports needs in any branch of Decathlon bcoz we always believe we get to find variety of items at affordable price and best of service.

All bland colour dresses. Disappointed in these tees. Sport items were pretty good. These bland colour tees were very over priced lol. Cricket bats, balls, foot balls, basket balls, volley balls, tennis and badminton racquets were pretty much good quality. School bags, bottles, tent camping items were good too.

I was leaving to Andaman the next day and I wanted a Scuba mask. I was not able to find it anywhere and then Darly from Secunderabad helped me get it delivered to my home. He has been an absolute legend and great customer service from the team.

I had been to this store as this is close by compared to other stores of Decathlon. I had been participating in various runs from the last 7 years, accomplished a Marathon at TMM-23. In this journey my quest to get a good pair of shoes has never been quenched. To my fortune, I came across a recommendation from a friend regarding KD 900. Initially, when I went to the store I was surprised to know that the shoe comes only through order (this was around June 2023). However, the staff there, especially, Sahil and Raja were extremely helpful and assisted me all through this journey. After logging close to 200 KMs with this shoe now, I can confidently recommend this shoe to any of the long distance runner. In contrast to the ASICS and HOKA which I had been using previously, the post run recovery using KD 900 is much faster and also the pace being gained while making the strides is faster. The balance and cushioning is also too good. In terms of the pricing too, this is pocket friendly when compared to the other brands in the same segment. I would recommended all the Marathon or running enthusiasts to grab this pair before this joins the club of highly priced shoes :) One observation to the Team Decathlon is that, the insole at times keeping across. Not sure, if that was intentional or it is just happening with my kit. And for a shoe of this kind, it will be helpful if we can get an additional pair of lace too !!!

SAY BIG NO THIS DECATHLON STORE AND THIS BATCH!! Hello guys, I went to this store ( as its the nearest decathlon) to purchase Trekking shoes. With the help of the sales assistant I have been recommended to buy Shoes worth 7k. They were fine when I tried them in the store but during the trek I have identified that the fitting was not right and I had blood clots on my thumb toe fingers. I came back to the store and requested manager to process return or repair the fitting. As I have hardly wore it during the trek. He agreed and requested me to bring the shoes. When I went to the store again with the shoes. Different manager appeared and Denied to replace or return the product even after understanding the issue. Totally disappointed with their service 😔.

It's ok kind, I couldn't find any standard in that materials, but all the fitness related, picnic tent, chairs, stools, goggles, dresses, fitness dresses, caps, gloves 🧤, bycycle, balls bats and all other sports equipment available, but quality is definitely very ordinary. Especially hoodie Colors are really worse, after looking those colours you may feel seconds...shoe also available but i am not impressed with those..we find shirts too but it looks fit to us, but length is small I don't know what is the reason..

Worst experience with Decathlon paradise Hyderabad. Advanced payment was done and even after 25 days of the payment the product wasn't delivered not decathlon team had no clue where the parcel was. The tracking of the materials wasn't correct too. Finally the product was cancelled after repeated reminders. And then arose another issues , even after 7-8 days of cancellation no refund is done although as promised by the decathlon team to refund in 2-3 days.. no update on the refund too. Never buying any product from this store again. Total harrassment...

I went to service my bikes the reception and service is excellent. Only turn around time to deliver Cycles should be brought down from almost 3 to 4 days to couple of days

It's an "okayish" store, but if you compare the store stock with those of DSI Suchitra, Irrum Manzil and the like, you'll find less variety. Staff is okay and helpful, I see many people complaining about self checkout, but that is good for people of our generation as it saves time (well! If the UPI server is down then it's not in our hands). I'm a bit sceptical about the bike servicing part here as last year I gave my bicycle (Rockrider 340) for full servicing (it was under warranty and hence warranty servicing), but it seemed that they didn't service it properly: I told them that the rims were not aligned (in other words, rims were bent); there was a bottom bracket issue (it make a vibration during rotation). They told me that they would change the bottom bracket, but didn't do that; they greased it so thae vibration was subdued for almost 10 days and then it started again (I still have the issue and can't find the bottom bracket anywhere). As for the rim bend, they didn't do anything about that at all. When I approach any DSI store with the problem, they advise me to change the rim, but why would I do so when it can be fixed. Else, everything is fine with the store. Need to improve maintenance section!
