Best place for foodies. The taste is really amazing.

Is it fried chicken or crow. Very small hot and crispy pieces. Food was so cold but took 35 rupees or more for food handling charges , only god knows what does it mean what kind of food handling it is. And took extra tax. In other KFC outlets, 2 hot and crispy with a zinger burger is about 189 rupees including tax. But here, they took 189+35+11. That’s too much and there is no meat in that chicken wing at all

A decent place for a quick bite, the ambience could have been better. Not a single Air conditioner was on, even though there were multiple customers.

The place was centrally located. Good parking available. Neatly maintained and variety of options to choose from. The food wasn't all that great though. Somehow felt the taste was bland and not up to the standards of KFC. The service was also delayed. They said the server was down. Could see the customers getting a little restless. A table next to me wasn't cleaned for almost 15 min. That's not what you expect when you go to a place like KFC.

As always KFC is delight. Wonderful face for chicken lovers. What all we can say for those crispy chicken, chicken wings, chicken balls. Something this people gave more quantity than I expected. Best place to hangout, enjoy the food. I wish people try hot and smoky grilled chicken. The spicy ness with smoke flavor will take you to heaven. And zinger burger its just wow.

However, they seem to be living in the land of "offer amnesia" – not aware of any deals, and it's a bit of a mystery. 🕵️‍♂️ The air conditioners decided to take a vacation too; they don't cool the seating area, and my complaints have become their background music. The food is fantastic, but the customer comfort level is on a rollercoaster – even Karachi Bakery has better cooling than this KFC store at Suchitra! 🍗🔥😅 If you visit, go for the Crispy Chicken, check out the Hot Chicken Wings, and dive into the Chicken Strips with Fries and a Coke can. Just now visited KFC kompally. Had worst experience. Food is worst, they served stored food and it tastes horrible. I ate Zinger box and 5 piece hot and crispy chicken legs. I think they prepared long afo and served now. Chicken strips are horrible, they are smelling. Worst experience 👎👎

I love KFC, but over here I've ordered a berger that was served cold. I've asked the front desk staff to "can you serve this hot, " their answer was no the berger is served cold we don't serve warm..!! Is this the answer that a customer expects, how in the world KFC started to serve cold berger..?? This how you treat...??

Air conditioners don't cool at the seating area near the entrance. Have raised this concern many a times yet no improvement. The food is good! But the comfort of customer is being compromised, even Karachi Bakery has better cooling than the KFC store at Suchitra.

Good restaurant, but they had cancelled my online orders as used some offer. If pay with regular they will accept, if use any codes says techinical issue.

Decent Place. Car Parking is an issue. The security sometimes asks you to park the car away even if you tell that you are visiting KFC. Take out packaging quality is very poor. Good space for dine-in. Quality of food is also decent.

Worst service infact no service, booked, paid and ordered in advance. But nothing was ready until I arrived at the time I requested. I asked then to please send it to the table when done and this was refused. Now not having the order ready and not willing to send it to the table is totally unacceptable.

KFC always tasty always. I want to project some suggestions for covid precautions. I visited on 20 dec 1) main door should be opened by staff to avoid touching door by customer 2) after cleaning/dispose tables are not sanitizing 3) Billing staff not using hand gloves as same persons delivering food.

The regular kfc, i got there on Wednesday for Wednesday combo. Got it as take away,they replaced regular pepsi with cans, where we have to pay extra. Good service, ample space available for dine in

Food is ok but we need to wait for no reason as staff are too lazy. Nice ambience price moderate must ask for paper napkins.

The outlet is spacious and neat. The taste of the food is amazing. The only Con i felt when i visited was waiting time to take order since there was no one available to take up the order for 5-10 mins. The guy was busy in arranging the food for customer. Rest the food is tasty compared to other outlets.

Chicken lovers should NOT visit this place. The zinger only looks delicious from outside itself, the lettuce accidently fell in it just to mark its attendance as present, we started a treasure hunt for mayonnaise in it. The pepsi in the mineral water is the highlight. The cold chicken meat gave the kick and satisfaction. Cannot even laugh at it, it was that worst.

Majorly only one counter is in running for orders. so it takes too long for a person to order. seating is not so comfortable if we are two and more than five persons. Taste is same as regular KFC.

Huge fan of peri peri fries and I have to say I'm very disappointed. The fries were rock hard and the peri peri spice mix was all clumped up and won't mix and stick to the fries.

Parking was done with no hassles.. I don't wanna review the KFC food again here.. but the service was bit slow. Restrooms availablity is limited.. Ambience was good if it is not crowded.

Wonderful experience. The staff was friendly in explaining the menu. Prepared my order exactly how I wanted. Only issue is the parking area. It's behind the restaurant building, without light at night and beside an under construction building. Atmosphere gets 3 stars due to it.

This is not KFC this is SFC ( Scamming Fried Chicken) I've ordered 6 piece hot and crispy and 2 extra large popcorn today and they gave 1 popcorn and 5 pieve hot and crispy pieces.

Kfc staff if I'm giving a complaint I think you should maintain my number confidential. Your kfc work employee are calling me. How can this happen. If you are doing the same then don't take reviews. (Old review - I need seen a neglecte staff in kfc till now. Not polite to customers and They forget to give my order for cooking.)

It is average ambience now compared to other KFC outlets in city.

Food and everything is ok. But there is only 1 washroom. Its conjugated. There should be an another, bcos no one can wait outside untill another comes. Must improve this.

In this Covid situation, the tables were not sanitized. When asked to clean the crew he was arguing that it was clean although there were stains clearly visible.
