Read it till last to know the quality of services. I'm rating this one star, bucz i don't have an option for zero. Had booked bus from Goa to Hyderabad and here are the chaos which was faced by us. 1. The departure was scheduled at 1830hrs ,however the bus left at 2130 hrs a delay of 03 hours. The reason behind this being another bus of Orange Tours and Travels had cancelled the bus leaving behind the passengers stranded at the bus station.These passengers blocked my bus stating that untill they dont get their bus ,they shall not leave our bus to move and we're literally standing infront of the bus. Well my point is it is the responsibility of the Travel Agents/Agencies to resolve this issue however it was done by the passengers and the cops. 2. It took 03 long hours with no response from the bus service and the my passengers calling the cops and somehow managed to get the bus out the bus stand. 3. Departure was scheduled at 1830hrs with a dinner break at 2330hrs no passengers had brought any dinner , however due to delay of the departure,the dinner stop was done at 0230hrs (night time) in a middle of a jungle 4. No rest stops for ladies and children to use restrooms 5. Also the bus had a puncture with the rear will making a loud burst making the bus almost lose its control with a sudden dangerous stop narrowly escaping the lane dividers .This incident helped the passengers to grab some morning breakfast at about 12 noon in a small restaurant which had only poha and chutney. 6. The bus seems like a trash can with bottles , plastics and torn bedsheets lying over . 7. A 14 Hours journey turned into a 19.5 hour long tiresome journey in a trash can. 8. The bus claimed it's an Multi axle with amenities like snacks water bottles etc but none was provided except all craps as mentioned above. And it an single axle bus with suspension hitting hard in every potholes which the bus hits. 9. No sleep, no food ,no water and l ok ts and lots of troubles . Worst bus travel service .I booked bus from hydrabad to shirdi .the bus itself got cancelled 2 hours before boarding.Several times I call customer care but no one received my call .once care person received my call and talk very rudely .Worst management and bus service ever .And also I dint got any refund for cancellation.

Orange tours and travels Kompally depo situated at Suchitra, just opposite Swagath Grand hotel. I tried this bus service multiple times for Hyderabad to Mumbai travel and their timing is almost accurate.

It has become worst now. Please try to avoid it. Even if you pay 2400 or 1100 for a ride, you would be getting the same experience, that is worst. even after complaints, no action was taken. Please don't waste your money. AC was not working and they will switch it off anyhow early morning to save petrol. (Even the. helper asked us to complain against the driver and conductor ) BUS NO AP28TA8459 ( Travel date: 10th June ).

Worst service you can ever get . They made us wait for 2 hrs in pathancheru near an abandoned toll gate in the night . When we asked the driver if he would stop for the washroom he was like dint you go behind the bushes when you were waiting for 2 hrs . Would not recommend this bus to anyone

Orange travels bus is good. But ppl in the bus - usually attender and the customer care or people picking up calls in various offices of Orange, are hopeless! God forbidden, something happens and you wish to clarify something with anyone, you will never be able to find the right one to answer you. So luggage/ item lost, or luggage damaged or bus didn't arrive, etc.. or any other such complaints, you will find no answers and noone to answer!! Hopeless SERVICE

Worst travels and third grade services by customer care and bus staff. I travelled from Hyderabad to goa and vice-versa. My ticket stated like I would be provided with TV but both times, TV wasn't there. I kept asking at booking office and bus staff, also sent emails but no one is bothered and answering. Bus didn't maintain minimum neatness. All the beds, curtains and near places were dusty and full of stains. When we asked the bus staf, they responded like they are not answerable, go n talk with manager. One can easily feel sick in this dirty bus. Worst service from bus staff. Never ever prefer these travels. Only looting customers and not respond at all.

Worst Travels. Attached pictures, just check the quality of Bus.I have travelled to Kochi from Hyderabad.A/c was not working and we made complaints to driver and no use.We tried calling customer care emergency number no response. In case of any emergency in between travelling their is no emergency number. Please avoid this travels. The quality of the bus they are providing for longer routes is unacceptable.

Worst experience ever We booked tickets from Hyderabad to Ahmednagar and we were left waiting for hours in the busy running street. Tried to contact customer support but even they didn't had the answer as to where the travels was and were requesting me to call driver. Hope this helps you all. Please don't book tickets from this travels anymore as to such bad experience for customer waiting and sitting on road for hours waiting for their travels to arrive. Waste of time and money

I have travelled from Hyderabad to kochi on 30th nov 2022, inbetween i was forced to change the bus. The new bus was not clean, dusty blankets used by someone else has given to me , when asked to bus staff, they don't have another blankets ask to call customer service because the company tell them to do the same. Same blankets used by someone, providing to other passengers, pathetic service. Used blankets without disinfecting folded and given to next customer

This the main bus depo of Orange tours and travels , Suchitra , Kompally. just opposite Swagath Grand hotel and KLM . I tried this bus service multiple times .their timing is almost accurate but sometimes little bit delay . Passenger wait hall and help desk also available here No need to worry about our bus ...

Customer care numbers were not been answering even at 10 AM. Went to complain that bus dropped passengers at City outskirts without providing conveyance to the drop points as per booking. But the staff had no sensitivity about the issue of leaving lady passengers stranded on the highway at an unfamiliar place.

Irresponsible and stupid travels, better to call them as cheaters. They keep a lot of buses online(check hyd to tirupati), but they don't run all of them. Passengers book the comfortable seats upon looking at vacant seats and they will cancel some buses and run one or two by saying some problem with the bus and they will shift to another bus. Since there won't be many options in the last min, passengers will try to adjust. Sometimes, when the seats can't be adjusted they will cancel it without even informing us, we had to wait on the road calling the bus driver and their customer care for an hour, such a stupid and careless travels. At the end you don't even get the complete refund also, i called them number times and left it. I have faced this a couple of times, the first time I thought they were true, later understood how these guys are cheating. I have been observing the same phenomenon, when other travels run fewer buses, we can see a lot of buses from these travels online. All of them have very few bookings, but at the end they will cancel and run one or two, particularly during weekdays, beware of this.

Not good service. Water drops were coming inside from the emergency door. So the passenger complained. While fixing it, the emergency window was broken. They were fixed with some blankets etc.. Not at all good service according to the amount which they charge. And diesel smell was coming inside the Bus. The bed was not at all good. Chk the pics.

Most wonderful experience. I was travelling alone...the staff in the bus and the crew in the corporate office took care of me like their own. Specially Mr. Nadeem of the corporate office, Hyderabad called in and checked in on me if I had boarded properly etc. I am very grateful to Orange...kudos...

Worst bus. It's like taking a local govt bus which has stops everywhere ( I booked from Hyderabad to Bangalore) but the bus had stops in kurnool anantapur and so many places in between There were ppl sleeping on the floor And the travel time also increased due to the number of stops

One of the best travel companies in India. Unable to find train ticket, I called Orange's customer care number at 4 am. The representative responded and booked a ticket for me from Mumbai to Hyderabad. After reaching Hyderabad's Suchitra office I immediately got a ticket to Bhubaneswar. The entire travel costed me under rs 2.5k. Apart from being cost-effective, the professionalism and service of the entire team (starting from customer support executive to the teller ma'am at Suchitra office who printed my ticket, to Hanumant sir who drove from Mumbai to Hyderabad, as well as the crew in the Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar bus) was remarkable. Best experience.

Twice in 2 weeks bus delayed more than 3 hours. no prior information given. Unresponsive customer service.Very disappointed. After paying 3500 for a ticket which is very pricey than the competitors.. one would expect better service. Feel extremely cheated.

Have booked a parcel to Chittoor last satday, am at work site with team of 7 people, all are waiting for the material. Suchitra branch has not even loaded the parcel. It takes overnight time to deliver. Better I go to Hyderabad and get it myself. Time value and customer service is poorer that the poorest

Hi Orange, Worst service in my all bus journeys I and my wife waited on Nizampet main road for about 2.5 hours bus didn’t come and no calls from anyone and even customercare didn’t pick the calls. You should have some common sense to send drivers phone numbers to mobile. We will never travel in this service again.

I just got down from gokaran to Hyderabad as per schedule driver supposed to be drop at Surabi hotel suchitra. But he rudly behaved with us made us to get down at suchitra circle. We booked a cap at dropping point but 1km before he made us to get down. Worst behavior by Driver. My seat no is L13

For first, I preferred orange travel. The worst experience I ever faced of traveling in orange travel. The blankets are not washed, they smell and the behaviour of the bus drivers is not good. Drivers are less experienced and all are eating Gutka in bus driving, 14.06.2022 done one accident at service no 197. Organge travel Hyd - Shirdi. Because , single driver , Bus fitness very low and on emerging window in all sides . Top bottom and side’s.

Ornage travels is reliable as far as getting bus in the last hour but they need to improve the logistics as far a pick ups and droppings to their main interdistrict /interstate buses are concerned , most of the travel time is wasted in roaming around the city before they start the main journey

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to mumbai. The boarding point was in ECIL and it was mentioned that a pick up van will come and take to the main bus. The main bus was stationed at Kukatpally and we were dropped under the JNTU metro station. The bus did not come for 45 mins. I have traveled with my mother who is old and has sciatic pain. We were abandoned on the road for 45 mins and my mother has to bear sciatic pain. There were mosquitoes and drunk people vomiting and passing urinals under the metro. These guys do not maintain any proper boarding location and dropping location. When I have called the Orange travels helpline, they reluctantly said that the booking is from Abhibus and asked me to complain to the abhibus helpline only. They are just using people for money minting. The way the customer care executive from Orange travels spoke is not acceptable. When I asked why did I receive a message from OTT when I have not authorized them to send message and inly authorised Abhibus only, then he started venting anger. Unprofessional behavior by the staff. The tracking was also not working at all. This would be escalated to the traffic department of hyderabd and secunderabad for unruly stopping the busses at busy places and also abandoning the Travelers on the road.

Orange bus gives best service. But there is urgent need to open bus stop in shamshabad. As place is dark at night and ladies feels not safe.

Orange travels was one of the premium private buses for sometime but now the services become worst. Staff wearing white dress has gone, blankets not being washed, bed/pillow covers turning almost to black colour from white. *Bus maintenance is worst/ cleanliness has drastically gone down *Buses are always even for pickup and drop as well *Rest stops are not hygiene *Dinner stops they stop at hotel where food prices are quality is less (please stop at small hotels where quality food is provided) Please improve your services to pre-covid levels else you will have drop in repeated customers completely.

As so many reviews state, worst service by orange travels. Travelled Shiridi to hyd recently, they have told me that the bus is very luxurious and elite and charged 2500 per head which is very pricey among their competitors. Overnight the bus broke down during our journey and it took us 24 hours to reach hyd which was very frustrating. I missed my flight which I had to catch due to their NO MAINTENANCE BUS. Bus looked very risky to travel. When I called them and explained, they told me that company would call me regarding the compensation but there is no response. They did not drop us at the drop location. We had to take multiple transportations to reach home. What a terrible experience. No expectations from their support. As always very rude and irresponsible behaviour. NEVER GOING TO CHOOSE ORANGE AGAIN

Horrible experience Orange. While traveling to Hyderabad to Mysore on 20th Oct. The bus stopped after 6 hours at a lonely dhaba with no proper toilets for ladies. The food at dhaba was awful. The experience of bus journey got spoilt due to this. People from Orange travels if you really pay attention to your customers then kindly make you bus survives better than beforez that also includes the bus stoppages and their halt time. There are people are sick and old sometimes who travel in these buses.

Buses are sub-standard, uncomfortable and in disrepair most of the time. Approach roads are bad. Even the property's internal roads are bad due to which buses kick up dust while moving around in front of the waiting room. Infrastructure is bad. Toilets don't have lights nor water. Orange was very good and professional when it first started and was very impressive. It has lost all its maintenance and charm over the years.

The bus service from Panjim to Hyderabad was of extremely poor quality. The beds and bed sheets were unhygienic and appeared not to be cleaned or changed after previous passengers. Most of the drivers were consistently chewing Gurkha and spitting everywhere, resulting in an unpleasant environment throughout the entire bus. To make matters worse, we even discovered half-eaten biscuits under our pillows with ants. I strongly advise against using this service, and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Overall, the bus rides were not pleasant. The bus had no punctuality and had come 15 to 30 minutes later than they were said to arrive. The bus had also stopped randomly several times. Due to this, it made us arrive to our destination very late and messed up schedules. The duvets and bedsheets in the return bus were very moldy and yellowed out. The curtains seem to have not been washed. Overall, the fabrics around the berth were just moldy and non-hygienic.

Never ever travel with orange travels, especially if you have kids . Worst customer service , staff in bus behave rude , and If you call to customer care number , the agents are insane , instead of they being polite with customers, they are arrogant, talked with floor incharge of customer care , mr Uday , he said he will call back in 20 mins and he never called back . I tried calling them multiple times , they hang up call . They make you to change buses at 3 am in middle of highway , with some one else used bedsheets and blankets and seats with full of snacks . They will not clean . When you ask bus staff. They tell call customer care we will not do .. who is responsible?? Running buses without permit and they tell it’s maintenance issue. If it’s maintenance issue why the bus is taking passengers to Hyd . It should go to garage right ? And other strange thing , customer rep at orange call centre tell me to talk with red bus . I booked bus through orange travel app , I am still wondering y I should talk with red bus . It shows the level of customer service they are giving to their customers. TRAVEL ONLY IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE BUSES IN MIDNIGHT,GETTING IN TO THE BUS WITH USED BEDSHEETS AND BLANKETS AND CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY!!AND WITH ARROGANT PEOPLE YELLING AT YOU !!
