Recently visited this hospital and got admitted my mother. I was willing to take a single room but it was unavailable so I have to go for twin sharing room. That room was very untidy, everywhere cockroaches even in the patients bed and attendents bed cockroaches were crawling. When I complained about it to a nurse she just made faces and from that time onwards started behaving rudely with me. And when I complained to DMO he just told me hospitals are like that only. According to my information hospitals should be kept clean as there is a constant risk of cross infections. Toilet was also very very untidy. Their treatment was also not good. Our patient was feeling Suffocating and sick due to lack of ventilation in the room. There was a small room separater in the room. And when anyone is going go washroom all dirty smell was accumulating in the room. Our patient got sever headache and doctors were unable to do anything. Over all it was a horrible experience at this hospital and we have to take discharge early because of these issues and patient too was not willing to stay there for a second.

Worst administration they only know how to squeeze money from patients.. One of the worst hospital they playing with patients life they doing surgeries only for money sake of money senior doctors are not available particularly the doctor

Very bad experience with this hospital, I m not even satisfied to give 1 star but no option for 0 star. We admitted my husband for dengue and from day 1 everywhere we faced delay and issues with staff nurses they won't respond properly. Instead of saying correct platelet count in the report they said wrong count most of the times..tests also got delayed due to insurance process. Staff processed in wrong way and they said for every medicine or test you are having insurance issue so please go and pay the bill we will continue treatment...is this is correct way to treat a patient in emergency., no communication between their staff itself..no good atmosphere ., not at all suggest able this hospital gives value to monet not to the patient. Even weekend doctor should be available for name one doctor will be there. Very worst to worst experience. No proper supervision and management. I am very much happy with treatment from mythri hospitals and well experienced doctors and nursing staff.Well response from front office executives on each end every query response. Only one major concern is that I have never ever experienced treatment process from ICU treatment, why because whenever patients in ICU under going critical treatment the whole responsibility should from ICU team who ever on that particular on duty sisters,doctors and team.But here we have faced completely different treatment like ICU team.will asks us to bring single penny tablets like one rupee tablets also they asks us to bring on moment even tablets cost is 35 paise.This process should be change like as normal hospitals. I have taken my father here in Mythri hospital for his hip surgery and I must say that the doctors, the staff and the management co-operated well and especially I would like to mention about the orthopaedic doctor, Dr. Noman sir. He's extremely qualified and master of his craft. He's a dedicated, humble, noble and an expert in his work. As a doctor he show us great hospitality and a dedication in treating my father. He's a gem of a person and an angel in disguise. I am extremely thankful and grateful to Dr. Noman as he not only treated my father but also helped us not to loose our confidence and hope by his gentle and words and smile.

Only good doctor. I was admitted for two days and they charged me hell. Plus the staff is worst don't even bother to check the patient's health and help. They talk so rough that you feel like slapping then or as if you are being treated for free under them. No nurse are worth to talk then I requested for a duty doctor they hold no doctors are available now. Shocking it is. Rooms are stinking with no windows for fresh air. No timely help available No cleaning till you tell them. Better not to go here.

It's all about money and nothing else. I'd admitted my grandfather due to health issues and they literally charge for money and no recovery and the amount of money they charge you is enormous and when I've checked through all and It's almost 1.35lakhs. Yet they will milkout your pockets and leave you out of nowhere.

Doctor's Team and Nursing Team and cleaning team was excellent. Overall Hospitals Hospitality was excellent. There was a time We were lost our believe about Normal delivery. But, By the help of doctors like Doctor Sana patel, and doctor Humera gave us believe that it will be Normal delivery. Finally by the grace of Allah, I blessed with baby girl (4.2 kg) and healthy. Thanks to Allah Mother and Child are Fine and Healthy.

I'm writing this review for the people who wants to visit the hospital and for the management of the hospital as well. First of all i want to tell U that 50% of the 5 star ratings are collected by the staff(I'm not saying it's wrong to collect review) by convincing with their words only, if you go down you can find the negative ratings which give you better idea . Please read carefully and next time you visit to the hospital post your opinion here without fail. I have been visiting this hospital since last once year, as we've shifted to Jyothi nagar area recently . The surgeon Dr nooman is a great doctor. And I frequently visit this hospital for my parents and kids and other family members as well. Because we're very satisfied with diabeties speciallist Dr anfas, and Dr mubasir and Dr nooman . And other staff also works hard there and they're very helpful to every patient. The problem is if you're going there for blood tests , scanning and x-rays i strongly recommend not to go there, it's like a black Market, very expensive and worst reporting system. They won't give any single report on time, specially x-ray and CT reports, they say reporting is happening from some other part of the city. And the x-ray technicians will behave like you're entering into their home without their permission. So many times I have taken my x-ray shoot there but even after 2 days the reports are not ready. I don't know y they have x-ray machine when doctor cannot give x-ray the very same day. A few day ago I've visited for gen checkup and gone through few investigations which includes ultrasound, and the Dr left at 5:30pm that day, receptionist asked to come for scanning the next day at 11 AM, we reached at 11:30 and Dr didn't come till 12 pm , he is a pure *d!ck he@d* , his behaviour with my mother and other patients , was not acceptable at all, i thought they behave the same with all patients who takes so called health checkup discounted packages , but I was wrong there were few patients coming for scans and x-ray reporting also complaining the same , not even patients that stupid fellow was behaving the same with the staff who was helping my mom when she was suffering since 1 hour just for him to come, and trust me it doesn't took even 50 seconds to finish and he's shouting on the staff to bring the next patient to do the same scan, i would say SCAM , I've not seen such stupids in my life, i want to ask him that Abey C#UT!Y@ tu thoda bh©$di wala hai kya . Guys and the craziest thing I came to know that he only gives the reports to x-rays . Since I have attached to the hospital and the front office staff helps me and my family members everytime we visit the hospital I will go there in future, consult with drs but I will never get my tests done in that hospital. One more thing don't ask any doubts with the staff in emergency department, they will insult you like monsters. Worst hospital ever! The management and the doctors are very careless. I got my uncle admitted for gall bladder issue. They will write in the reports as Dr.Akheel ahmed, but this doctor never came to meet the patient . None of the doctors know what they are dealing with. This hospital is not equipped with any diagnostics. For all the tests they send the patient to other hospitals. Dr.akheel ahmed is the least bothered person . I have admitted my mother at hospital for urine infection.. treatment was good under Dr Anfas Sir .but in patient ward was not that much neat...need proper cleaning of bathroom and sanitize it properly.. I know Mythri hospital from many years. Maintenance and the staff of this hospital is very good. I was hospitalized many times due my health issues every time I went I found a good treatment here and Dr. Akheel Ahmed is the God gifted doctor he threats his patients very well. I can say he is one of the best doctors of Hyderabad. Thank you sir for every thing.

Dr Ifteqar Mohiuddin general physician., he has very good experience, good behaviour and friendly nature. He Prescribed good medicines for diabetic, asthma and for urine infection for my mother and father. I will recommend others also to consult him.

The hospital has become very commercial.. patients has to pay for even single blade which is use to cut stitches ... Untill and unless u pay they will not further treatment ... No proper experience in nurses in icu.. all new interns will attend the patients. I had my surgery and was their for 3 days. No discounts available on medicines. And without knowing u the front office executive will come and ask for phone and put reviews .. this is very bad behaviour in staff After all this I'm giving 4 stars for Doctor Akheel uddin who is gastroenterologist and senior surgeon who treated.. Shambolic hospital with no sympathy or consideration for patients or their loved ones. Pervasive toxic culture permeates from management to ward boys to extract money from patient in return for sub optimal health care. If you really care about your loved ones, please avoid this hospital. Employees are running their own businesses within the hospital premises ripping off patients with hefty charges. My mother was admitted to this hospital in Aug 22, and I am struggling to get over nightmarish experience where we were made to run around for everything including life support equipment which should be provided by the hospital.

Myrhri hospital is a worst hospital i admit my mother only for motion patient doesn't pass the stool only but patient want to discharge because of doctor iftekhar mohiuddin doesn't like to discharge this doctor want to doesn't discharge they need money nurse also un trained they don't know how to give injection blood pressure how to measure they don't know doctor iftekhar mohiuddin said stay in hospital. As we admitted to my mother next day morning my mother was stable &: she said to Dr. Iftekhar mohiuddin please discharge me i will take rest home. So Dr iftekar mohiuddin said no you have to stay 2 more days my mother said i can't stay 2 more days , same day in evening my mother is getting problem to take breathing, so they put on his nose oxygen pipe, on duty lady doctor said we keep for 2-3 hours then will remove it. On Sunday afternoon as they are shifting from ward to icu they don't have oxygen cylinder in hospital. We r very disappointed. @ that time my mother oxygen level is getting low. & They have taken diyalisis payment also from us, but didn't put diyalisis to my mother. & Male nurse also told lie that technician is on the way they have not treated properly to my mother , @ the time technician is not available in ICU. They have taken lots of amount from us for injections & medicine. Many mistakes has done by Doctors, nurses & management , specially Dr.iftekhar mohiuddin. They only know how to charge lots of amount from patients people. Finally my mother has expired. So my suggestion is to all of you my brother's & sisters please don't go to this mythri hospital . If anyone's mother or father is sick want to save them life please don't bring to mythri hospital Attapur.

Good service. Excellent doctors and staff. Issues: 1. One major issue is the patients attendee need to get the medicines like in government hospital and has to go to and Fro multiple times making it difficult process all together. 2.- While patient in ICU the attenders are made to stand outside for hours and giving only one hour to meet clocking the floor and misbehaving with relatives of patient or attendee.

20days back we visited Mythri Hospital with my GrandMother due to Breathing Problem of her. Consultant Dctr MD.Physician Dr.Iftekhar Mohiuddin. Adviced Scanning Hrct Chest to my GrandMother due to Covid-19 Pandamic. She was very sick and unable to walk. Informed at Reception to arrange stretcher. Waited for 10 to 15mins. Way of talking Aayama was not good. Then taken my grandmother for Hrct Chest Scanning. Ct Technician Advised me to get mask for GrandMother before doing Scan he said mask is mandatory Mam for everyone precautions are very important he said. Way of talking with Patient and with Us also Politely. Before leaving the Ct Scan room my brother asked name of him he said Asad or Something like that. Physician was very good Explained in details about Patient. We are Very Satisfied with his Treatment. I request Hospital Management to Improve there Housekeeping staff and Receptionists.

IFTEKAR MOINUDDIN” I would say he is the worst doctor I have ever met, he is playing games in his cell phone and examining the patient by asking questions and he didn’t stopped looking in his cell phone and would like to let you people know that his tablets didn’t work at all and my grandma didn’t recover I took her to “Udai Omni hospital” at Abids I felt the doctor was better than Iftekar of mythri. Hospital is good. it was my first experience in hospital because my relatives have preferred but the lady guard in ICU was so rude she don't even have manners how to talk with attenders I was in my tension because my mom is in ICU I was requesting to that lady guard for one visit for a minute but she is coming on me to fight with loud voice.. l request to the management that to remove that guard from there and put in other designation or in housekeeping after that from ground floor the bouncers have came and then they told that pls wait for a hour after that the visiting hour I'll be start then I can go.. i think 🤔 bouncers r more educated than that lady guard so pls i request to keep an educated staff in critical places... I have visited the hospital in an emergency and been there for 3 days.. they don't allow to know the status of the patient untill and unless we forcefully request.

Good neat hospital but costly for small disease charges above 1 to 2 lakh but treatment is very slow. Dailisis suggestion for patients by doctors for those disease which can be cure by medicine and antibiotics injection and tablets. It's ok but not satisfactory.

The doctor always takes time with me, he answers all my questions and never seems to be in a rush to move on to the next patient. I always feel completely satisfied after my counselling. As you can see the timings shows as 10:40 am in the picture, the Doctor ‘Mr. Adil Ahmed’ Consultant Orthopaedic timings is from 10 am. When asked to the receptionist she replied with an attitude that by 5-10 mins he’ll be here every time we ask her. But unfortunately the doctor didn’t arrive.

Hi this is Venkatesh. I admitted in Mythri Hospital last 15 days before, for appendix surgery. They said surgery package is 32 k after surgery they gave bill is total 70 k including medicines. One of the worst hospital.... And they charge you so much for medicines even for icu patients they just give you the slip on which the code is written and you have to pay 9000 to more . And the management is even worst I don't recommend it to any one. I think good reviews which I read are fake or written by them only.

We have been to mythri hospital attapur with one of my know doctor who referred Dr.Fahad Abdullah-Pulmonologist. My family friend met with major bike accident we have been to yashoda Somajiguda, there they asked us to deposit amount in lakhs. We took a decision to come out from there and immediately took him to mythri hospital at attapur. There they made us understand peacefully what had happened to a patient and what treatment need to be given and everything went so well they have given excellent treatment to a patient . Hospitalisation was for 9days which includes 3days icu and one procedure, a seperate single occupancy AC room and the total bill was minimal (it was only in thousands not in lakhs) maintenance is good, hygiene is good, staff is Very cooperative. Overall e experience and the treatment was excellent. I strongly recommend this hospital for all sort of major medical concerns. Humera Sultana Gynaecologist was very good,kind hearted and friendly natured with lot of patience, she done uterus surgery to my mom, she is fine and her treatement is Good. The treatment was good from the very start onwards. The way they treated & cared for patient was good. The patient also recovered very fast. The facilities were good and hygiene. The way Iftekhar sir and nurses took care after the patient from admission to discharge was good.

I called up the reception to check doctor Mubasshir's availability and also to inform them that I can reach the hospital in couple of minutes if the doctor is available as the hospital is within close vicinity of my home. The receptionist assured me that the doctor will be available from 1pm to 3pm. The doctor arrived 45 minutes late at 1:45pm and I was foolishly waiting for him since 1pm. The doctor suggested unnecessary diagnostic tests and the lab guys handed me the reports only after an hour even though they promised that the reports will arrive in 30 minutes. Don't waste your and your families time and money after such inexperienced doctors.

Joined in Mythri hospital regarding delivery consultant doctor Tejaswi and after that mother infested to due to blood infection and platelets decreased after delivery then shifted to ICU under dr Mohib Hussain he treated well and after 2 days platelets came to better state (increased) and new born baby effected with jaundice and consulted to mubhishir children doctor. Every one treated well and management is also good. We have insurance so contacted insurance team, sridher and latheef they gave clear information regarding insurance policy hence we happy for management services and insurance team services

Mythri Hospital falls short of its promising reputation. While the staff members are polite, the conditions within the room where my brother was admitted were far from satisfactory. Despite the fan running, the room remained unbearably hot, making it difficult to endure. The bed provided for attendants was inadequate, offering little comfort for sleep, especially given the uncomfortable temperature. Furthermore, the bed sheets were not changed in a timely manner, even after a span of two days. It is disheartening to note that there is no panic button available for patients, and when inquired about it, we were informed that patients can request assistance by notifying the attendant. Can you believe such an arrangement? The only positive aspect worth mentioning is the affordable charges, which are minimal and within reach for most individuals. Additionally, there were instances where individuals approached us, seemingly employees of the hospital, requesting money. The purpose behind these requests remains unclear. Could it be for the lack of proper service provided?

My name is Janardhan. My son has been admitted in the Mythri hospital with complaints of fever, chills, n body pains than after admission it is been diagnosed as Dengue fever with low platelet count.
