Place is neat and clean.good maintenance by the staff. Nurse's are cooperative and friendly. Large space in the waiting hall. Entrance main gate is closed..another gate which is backside of hospital is being used now.

One of the bad hospital i have ever visited for my mother's surgery, tried to loot more money from us by making nervous and fool. I don't know about all doctors but some doctors are money minded, they don't care about patients health instead money. In one day itself they have charged us 30k for tests which are not mandatory. As a middle class family u can understand the worth of saved money. Finally we understood their drama for money and discharged the mother without surgery. And we did the surgery in another hospital, which was successful that too in less cost. Avoid Tulasi Hospital instead search for small and good hospital..

Worth only if you are financially strong. Otherwise, you will have to arrange another bed for you post looking the bills. And for insurance.... they will all extra and medication... those they did not even use will also be included. Doctors.... whoever I met were courteous and careful (thankful to God). But there is alot of communication gap between the staff. Especially nurses in ICU unit, they don't even mind to suffocate patients with there stupid behavior. If start to list down, not sure how much time it will take to write and read. In total.... good hospital for those who can afford financially

I got admitted to Tulasi Hospitals for treatment of kidney stones. It was an emergency and this was the nearest hospital. The doctors kept me waiting for the operation, giving flimsy reasons even though it was an emergency. This was probably to extend my stay there. Dr.Gautam Reddy operated on me, and he was quite good. The ambience and the general maintenance of the hospital is pathetic. They don't have toilets on every floor. The existing ones are terrible and stinky. In fact I had to move from floor to floor for a toilet. The rooms are shabby, and the equipment used is outdated. In fact, their BP monitoring machines dont work half the time. What surprised me was that they dont have a foot stool near the bed in the OP Theater. It's a basic requirement. The nurses there have zero regard for patients. The patients seem to be guinea pigs for the student nurses. The billing staff are not properly trained and don't give you detailed bills even if you ask for it. The only person helpful there was one Mr. Ahmed. He sorted out my insurance claim papers. In short, I don't think I would go there again or recommend the hospital to somebody else.

Pathetic management with poor facilities. One can easily find singanes/banners with 'Tulasi' and 'Thulasi' hospital which shows management's seriousness. Complete commercial hospital. Doctors are inline with the management. No difference in their general ward or ICU. Zero on cleanliness. Treatment is highly costly and no trust that your health issue would be addressed. Your neighbourhood clinic can provide better treatment. Would advise to avoid this business center.

One of the most incompetent hospitals. The nurses don't know how to take care of patients or do their job. People are in a rush to get the tests done in a hurry and sending us away to go and gossip. Patients are asked to wait for an hour or more because the receptionist was gossiping and forgot to send in patients when the doctor was sitting free for an hour or more. The doctors in the hospital seem decent but the hospital makes me never want to go to a hospital ever.

That was a great treatment done by DR.Karishma madam overall treatment is very good but the hospital maintenance was too worst in a VIP room .In VIP room only maintenance was worst so we can imagine that how the normal rooms will be there we can imagine that. Hospital premises is clean and neat, but one thing which i disappointed is that I went to the hospital for Gouty Arthritis Surgery (Orthopedic Division). I met the Dr. Chandra Krishna, he is a good doctor and he told me if i want to undergo for surgery you can contact Solomon (in charge i think) for the cost of the surgery. I contacted Solomon, he told me he will consult with the concern doctor and let me know. This was happened almost 10 days back. From that day on wards I have been trying he normally do not pick the call and 2 times he told me he did not ask the doctor. Not at all responsible. I kept quite, and i am looking for other hospital and also my cousin wants to go for Tulasi Hospital, i told him to not to go. When there is no proper response, it merely wast of time and money.

We got excellent services from Tulasi hospitals. Especially Dr . Shshikala Madam is par excellence and her treatment is very well . Finally we recovered well. The worst nursing experience I ever had. First thing the doctors were good and their treatment was good but the nursing, staff and maintenance is worst. They have very poor knowledge in nursing and they don’t even bother the pain of a patient. They took their job for granted. It is the patient who should call staff or nurses for every thing like if saline bottle is completed we should call and inform to change the bottle. I literally felt like leave the hospital because of poor care on patient. I hope they improve on all these things…

Nursing staff & the ward sisters are very helpful & co-operative. Doctors are good @ providing proper diagnosis. Areas of Improvement : canteen facilities are very poor, even for tea/coffee one needs to fetch it from nearby tea shops which are none to hygienic either. Patient's forced to drink the same may become more sick. General cleanliness lacking, some of the bathrooms in shared ward room have leakage & plumbing issues. Discharge & billing process is very slow, with no proper co-ordination for giving Discharge summary between the billing, admin & nursing, doctors' staff. overall nursing staff & ward sisters are very caring & efficient.

Worst place.... took my dad aged 78 in the midnight as he developed breathing problem due to food chocking/advanced stage Parkinson's disease and they literally drove us out saying they dont take elder people with covid like symptoms.... Medicine bills are very high, even add money for gloves in the bill which doctors use, however no one uses them either doctors or nurse. Hospitality is ok but not much good. The doctors are doing their job but nurses are better when it comes to way of treating patients. The bill reaches the sky but patient condition will gets not better like the bills.

Good morning, we have experience in the hospital that the treatment of patients is very good and treatment also good, doctors consultation very nice receiving with petents. Emergency cases also giving good response. Staff receive also good manners.

One of the worst experiences and these are all fake reviews. There is one lady assigned to take either patients phone or their attendees phone to put these reviews. This is absolutely misguided. The treatment has been absolutely terrible and except for one doctor rest everyone is just passed out without any information.

My mom was admitted in the hospital there was an incident happened the celling fan was fell on the patient and the attendee by god's grace there were not huge injuries. As i see this hospital has the Worst maintenance team. This is not acceptable at all. If the doctors or the care takers before allocating the room they need to check each and everything. If not this kind of incident happens. If anything happens who will be taking the initiative as it is an hospital u ppl may treat but if there is any life loss who is going to suffer. I request the hospital higher level management to take care about these kind of things so that it may not repeat in the future case and there would not be any injuries or loss of lives.

I loved 😍 the hospital but there are some issues to solve then it will be awesome 😎. 1)you need to maintain the lobby(waiting hall) very properly.The fans are not working. 2)Chairs should be arranged at 3rd floor because if any relatives comes to visit the patient then the watching men is saying not more than one member should stay in the room another should go to lobby,they only just came to see for 5 minutes but he is not able to stop telling go down 👎. 3)You need to take auspicious care towards patient there is lack of taking care Pleaseeee fix thesee issues to make your hospital reach more people.😂

I visited the hospital for a small surgery , but due se water bladder ,and they wasted time of 2-3 days smiply they kept me in ICU with out any surgery or any treatment , I was unable to understand why they kept me in ICU but later I got to know because we went through insurance card so they have to make a bill to show the company, they don't have value of time , the dr which I meet in the first consultant he was different and surgery done was different who has done the , he use to come for the surgery only to Tulsi hospital , but according to his availability he will do the surgery as they don't have their own drs the treatment was only was also not so good ,they know how to make money for the insurance company so they use to play games with you mind they will ask you do mri only for they own benefit , when they ask me to come for surgery they ask before only to come with mri report but after 2 daywhen the they have to dothe surgery they ask us togo for MRI scan , only thing is that I want to say is they need only money , please don't visit this hospital if you care for your love one , I will never suggest any one to go to Tulsi , i would suggest bapuji is the best for treatment as it's not much clearer but the drs are good , please don't visit Tulsi for treatment

We went many times to consult general physician doctor is good he gave good treatment.receiptionist take much time to bill they don't understand the patient situation and gynaecologist recently i went is wrost the way she talks is not good and staff at scan centre are very rude and they are not helping to pregnent ladies.

No Covid 19 precautions. Careless management. Single Latrine for 10 patients. No proper Washroom and latrine for patient attender. Sulabh complex is better neat and clean. These private hospitals charge's huge amount and they cant provide facilities for patients. I will suggest don't go to this hospital.

Worst experience we have ever had, first of all they failed to treat the patient for pain ( kidney stones), admitted in the afternoon because of severe pain and even till 9 PM they haven't addressed patient's discomfort, finally our family doctor came suggested to take LAMA and shift for other hospital, so we took LAMA discharge and they sent us without proper discharge summary and documents. Went to collect the documents the next day and still they don't know where the discharge summary is and are yet to type one, waited for almost 2 hrs still they didn't give discharge summary of a patient who was discharged one day ago. They even charge for every minute thing that's ok but I don't think they used no of gloves mentioned in the bill. They charged (around 2k) for ctkub films but didn't even bothered to give the films until we asked the next day. Coming to the patient room they charged 4k for non ac room and it is not worth 4k.
