A small, but well kept clinic! This is a big chain of clinics, spread across India. Staff is good and the doctors are supportive. Clinic cum hospital as beds are available here. Laboratory testing is also available here with reasonable rates. They refer you outside if tests not available with them. Network is good across India and you can find an Apollo Clinic easily in your city.

The front office staff really needs some training on how to talk to visitors. I went to consult Dr Murahari and he asked me to get an xray. After getting the xray, I called to consult the doctor again to show the report. First day, they said the doctor is not available and asked me to call the next day. I called the next day and the same story. So they asked me to visit there and consult another doctor. When I arrived, The front office staff named Vijetha told that we have to pay consulting fees again just to show the xray. She said that I should have mentioned on the call that I wanted to show the report. I told her I did that, Then she was very rude and kept on saying some vague excuses and said that doctor does not look at another doctor's cases. How can a clinic ask the patients to pay the fees again when they visited less than a week ago.

Zero professionalism. Booked an appointment from their portal for 11.50 AM and after I stepped in (at 11.40 AM) they didn't honor the appointment and gave me a paper token for which there were already 15 patients before me. Why on the earth should we even book an appointment if it is as good as walk in. These people don't even know patients come to hospitals and elderly ones and weak ones might not even have the strength to sit for hours.

Came for a consultation with Dr.Ali,doctor explained me in a very politely ,everything done in a proper manner,front staff was good and guided us in a very soft.Thank you Apollo for an excellent services ,doctors and staff.

I have visited the clinic for covid vaccine. They didn’t register it in the portal even after 24hours. I being a General physician have informed them to do the registration at the same time. They said it will be done in an hour. They don’t have a branch specific contact number. Their customer care number is not answered. Horrible service

I have been visiting Apollo OU Colony for sometime and have been really happy with the support of the staff. I would really take out time to thank Dr Mythri, Gynaec at the said facility. She is such a warm person and above all helped and counseled me so nicely that all my worries and concerns were put to rest and gave me assurance. She is one Dr to whom you can take all your questions and she will patiently answer them all..and will explain you all the possible scenarios so much in detail and so nicely. You feel at home with her and above all very approachable. I will highly recommend her. I would like to thank Dr Usha Gaddam. Me and my family have been consulting her for more than a year, both online and offline consultation and she is really a gem of a person. During the second wave of Covid, she was of immense support to us and guided us through the phase very nicely and helped us with the anxiety we were going through . Also she was of great support when my nephew was diagnosed with dengue. She too is very very approachable and down to earth. I will highly recommend her.

Worst service. Doctor is careless of patient. Only looking for money. We had visited the hospital 10 days back and doctor suggested few tests. The consultation fee will last till 7 days. We tried to call the hospital several times but the landline was not serviceable. We had to come from long distance so we wanted to check if the doctor is available. When we visited the hospital on 10 th day to show the reports but they were asking for consultation fee irrespective of the inconvenience caused.

Excellent clinic. I have consulted many a times for my whole family. Excellent Doctors and pathologists and the whole staff are helpful and patient . It’s convenient to find pharmacy within the premises. One payment covers one follow up which is cost effective.

Pathetic center for preventive health checkups especially for females. All the relevant doctors are not available in the morning so you have to visit the clinic multiple times to get all tests done. Eye check up is done just for name sake. Doctor don't even bother to check the sight, asks the patient for the power and put it in the prescription. Ultrasound is delayed due to unavailability of the doctor. Make doctors does ultrasound and chest xray for females as well. Had a horrible experience at this center. If possible I would have given negative star to this center

I went for annual health check up and let me tell you, there were no staffa until 9:30am.i wasked to come at 8 am and was waiting so long. The clinic was so shabby and the staff weren't wearing masks most of the time. While the people are waiting the housekeeping was performing cleaning task(Sweeping)that was the first one for the day.I could have felt ok if it was just regular sanitization Or mopping they perform on a frequent basis. I was asked to wait for ultrasound until 10:30 am. The doctor doesn't arrive until 11:10 and then leaves the patients without performing test by 12 sharp. Highly unprofessional behavior. Heard from other patients whom the doctor performed test that he is very rude . Wouldn't recommend anyone.

I visited here on 8th October for a covid booster dose. When I checked the expiry date of vaccine it will expire in 3 days (11th October 2022) and they are still giving that shot. Manufacturing date of vaccine was in January. I was never expected this type of service from Apollo. I suggest everyone to check the expiry date of vaccine before the billing..

Extremely pathetic service and non-transparent queue system. Optha guy has to sell frame to another patient and make us wait 15-20 mins.. requesting pls adjust. Highly inefficient and less staff to handle the customers and no feedback form available, management is no where to be seen.

We waited till 9:10 for BMI as nurse was busy in ultrasound but actually she was waiting for doctor to come. I raised this to the reception by saying she’s waiting for the doctor pls ask her to do the BMI which hardly took 1-2 minutes. Due to this I have heated argument with Mr Naresh. “He said free m karwane k liye aaye hai natak kar rhe hai..“ Even though it’s organised by corporate that doesn’t mean we are having in free. Especially who are coming from the Corporate pls come with ample amount of time. He clearly instructed the counter guys DBS guys have to wait for more than a hour.

Considering recent experience, better avoid such clinic. In corporate health check up, TMT was provided in package. Everywhere, even in apollo chennai and other hospitals, they ask and confirm if you can't walk, 2D echo alternative, we can chose. Even after asking multiple times Considering the age 60+, they rejected it saying only TMT can be done. No alternative. Such kind of behavior to senior citizens, shows how this clinic behaves and manages. Don't know yet about how accurate results are going to be, but the kindness and helping nature is a zero.

We went there for USG. They asked us to come by 4 and the doctor came there at 5. The staff and manager Priya instead of sending us in the order , just that someone said they are getting delayed and have office meeting they all convinced doctor and sent them despite us telling that we also have office work and commitments and also left kids at home just to get this test done. They feel nobody else had any work except waiting and least bothered. When we asked for a refund they are okay with out any hesitation and still went ahead in getting test done for somebody else even leaving behind an emergency patient aside. Very poor service.

Poor management of crowd for providing covid vaccination. There's hardly any social distancing maintained at the waiting room/lobby area. Looks like more people are given tokens in the three-hour slot provided for covid vaccination.

Taking an appointment is a herculean task. Had to spend almost 30 mins via toll free number. Web appointment is not working.

I went here for vaccination. The experience was very smooth and seamless. It just took me 10 minutes to get done with everything. They accept cash/card/UPI payments. The clinic is spacious and clean. Not sure about how the consultation or diagnostic experience is but the vaccination experience was smooth as a whisker. Staff were very courteous. Strongly recommended for vaccination 🙂

I have worst experience in Apollo Manikonda branch, As the executive by name Shamim has lied for appointment booking, she didn't booked any appointment at Apollo kondapur but she asked us to visit there as she confirmed our appointment . After visiting there kondapur Apollo people said no appointment was booked for us and also radiologist doctor was also not available, because of this we wasted all our day for visiting the hospital from far away place and i did applied for leave also for my office. I request appollo hospital to take serious note of the issue and take some corrective actions. Being a good hospital maintain some professionalism and don't spoil the hospital name.

I have consulted a doctor with a different specialisation He prescribed a drug and he asked to consult another doctor for better understanding, after meeting another doctor from another specialisation i came to know that they might have studied hotel management. The same medicine with a different company he prescribed Even after asking that I can continue both doctors prescriptions ?

Extremely expensive compared to the market rates for diagnostic services. CRP is 750/-. It usually starts from 400 in other diagnostics or much less than this price. Worst part is they do no provide any corporate discount. The main branch Jubilee hills provides corporate discounts. I recommend other diagnostic services. I also wonder if this is Apollo hospitals group or some franchise.

Any Corporate Health Checkup done here are not in proper manner. Below are the negatives, 1. Person Sitting at reception says Corporate Health Checkup done for free and treat person in very bad manner, specially do not know how to talk to ladies. 2. For Ultrasound, you may have to visit to clinic multiple times, as there is no permanent doctor for ultrasound. 3. For Sonomamography, they have kept male doctor, which is included in corporate package. Later, if person denies they will ask to sign concern letter and charge from corporate regarding the same test. Please do not visit for any test here, specially for corporate check-up. As, it has very ill-mannered administration.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Apollo Clinic for a routine health checkup, which was graciously sponsored by my employer, Apple. My scheduled appointment was from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and I arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. The initial procedures involved providing a blood sample, undergoing an x-ray, and an ECG, all of which were efficiently completed within 45 minutes. Subsequently, I was advised to wait until 10:30 a.m., as that was the designated time for the doctor to conduct an ultrasound. In anticipation of the wait, I decided to have breakfast before patiently awaiting the doctor's arrival. To my surprise, the wait extended much longer than anticipated, and it was not until approximately 12:40 p.m. that all my tests were eventually concluded. This experience left me with the impression that there may be room for improvement in terms of their management and efficiency in streamlining the process.

Miss management, Like Government Hospitals. Reception don't know if doctor available or not they generate bill and later on people come to know about doctor un-availability. Morning time when high rush only one receptionist available that will too busy that will not listen you, Some time they are rude like why you come this time I am busy. Not suggesting this clinic.
