Their customer care service is worst. We had a scheme running in this branch and when enquired about closing the scheme for purchase they informed 10 installments is enough in the call, we went to the store and then they informed we have to wait till 30th as 10 months also have to be completed which was not informed in the call. We came from far away in rain by confirming details but of no use and wasted our time. When I informed the same to their manager, he reiterated what was said during scheme initiation and have to wait till 30 or will get only 80 percent of benefits. He never looked apologetic or accepted the mistake on their employee end. Expected little more professionalism to customer issues, I would be happy if he just said a sorry. Never going to visit this store again

Here's how it works. If you want to release your scheme. Step 1: you have to stand in a long queue and take credit receipts, scheme slip whatever . Step 2: wait for another line in front of the jewellery selection. You have to wait for your turn since only one person shows jewellery to customers. Remaining all are pretending they are doing something in front of the system or chitchat..or if you call they say busy..p.s. don't argue. They get angry. So step 2 wait patiently. Step3: after selecting wait for manager to come and finalize the price.. may 50 rs or 100 rs. Don't negotiate much. They don't care if you take it or not. Step 4: follow step 1. Wait one more long queue and make payment and get out from that disgusting place and staff. Forgot. One now thing 😄 during step 3 they pitch for gold scheme again. They don't plead much since you had worst experience 🤣. You can put namaskar and follow step 4. This is how you can avail scheme and purchase gold in the khazana kphb store. All the best.

I'm posting this review after visiting Khazana Kukatpally branch more than 4 times. First of all the Staff over there are never concerned about customers and be prepared for Long waiting periods. Secondly, i came across worst experience in my life while purchasing jewellery. Recently, i visited for purchasing both Gold and silver ornaments. As usual as gold purchase takes lot of time and deliberation in finalizing models, so we thought of completing Silver items first. The staff over there greeted me with smiling face and asked us whether we came for Gold Purchase or silver purchase, after I said, silver the tone of the staff immediately changed and on a casual note of voice, they said go upstairs. And after going 1st floor, there was no staff and after so much of persuasion, one person came, though there aren't much options we have finalized some, however the staff and floor manager are so much casual , that they aren't taking care of customers in silver section. This shows their pathetic discrimination towards the customers. We thought of purchasing Gold jewellery for my marriage and the bill would have been an hand full of amount. Because of this discriminatory behaviour of these staff members over there, i decided not to buy anything from Khazana from then. Immediately I went to Malabar very beside to Khazana, I thought of testing staff behaviour over there as well and I have asked for silver items , and the staff over there are so amicable and supportive that they were along with us during all our purchases. I really appreciate the service given by Malabar. Finally, whoever read this comment, I thank you for your patience and i strongly suggest not to recommend not to go khazana Kukatpally (I don't know about other outlets- may be the service might be good) and rather please visit Malabar.

Khajana has a moderately stocked ornaments for both gold and silver. The price of silver is marginally higher than Malabar Gold and PMJ showrooms on the opposite of the road. They are courteous and may oblige you by reducing the final price as is prevalent in other showrooms. The varities are very limited for silver jewellery with silver price marginally higher than the prevailing price. The silver plates, five-lamp pedestals etc are of less varieties. Further designes are also average but the making charges are high compares to market rates.

Today I visited the khazana kukatpally branch and the mangers were very rude. They told that they have some offer today and I purchased gold worth 2lakhs and i requested to reduced the making charges and when i went to the manager he was talking very rudely and i waited for almost 2 hrs they did not show the product and i suggest to not visit the kukatpally branch as this is the second time i am facing the issue. Also they are not greeting the customer, and behaving like we are paying money and begging infront of the khazana

Experienced this multiple times, whenever I start a scheme assumes it will not happen next time, but everytime it is the same service. They make profit out of us yet disrespectful.

I had bad experience with manager about two wheeler parking. We have payed monthly scheme, went to take ornaments after completing 12months payment. Parked vehicle and tried to have cool drink at beside shop, they told us to take vehicle along with us even we told that came to take ornaments. They took 2hr to complete billing. Very bad experience. Took ornaments and stopped to pay schems at Khajana. Started the same schem in some other jwelleay shop.

Bad service and extortion. They put wastage of 20% on earrings that were 2.5gms. ridiculous price for something that is not even real rubies. Please don't buy from here. There are better places in Hyderabad who have the best customer service and amazing prices.

Finally, don't waste your time going to this branch. Khajana, Please don't ask my number in reply, retrospect your branch and Staff.

Khazana have multiple branches across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Everyone time I visited this store in kukatpally I went home with atmost satisfaction, as they provide a wonderful experience for their customers.

But I am facing one problem, which I would like to address here for others wish that they should not face the issue which I am facing. I took one Gold flexi from Khazana jewellery @ madinaguda branch in Dec,2022 which was recently completed. But according to the offer which is valid in Dec, 2022 that one gift will be associated with my plan which will be delivered at the time of completion of the Gold Flexi plan and the same should be delivered to me. But recent past I visited the Madinaguda branch but the staff is trying to make me understand that such gift plan is not available now, so pls let it. But I showed them the agreement letter when the flexi plan taken, the same staff clearly mentioned that, Gift is pending and will be delivered during completion of plan. Then the staff assured and make noted details of mine for arranging gift as per plan. Which is not yet handover yo me and under process. And the staff told me to take follow up instead of their information.. So, my call to all of you that, pls collect your gift if any applicable to your purchase or plan assigned by Khazana management immediately to avoid such type of headaches.

Been going to khazana from past 8 years, went to purchase silver item, variety of the stock is very good, we almost looked all the major shops for. Antic pieces, all the models are almost same in all shops. Khazana is having something different. Here comes main part. Shop isn’t that crowded especially at silver side, we stood there for 15 mins, not even single time we were asked to sit or even looked at us. After 15 mins we got chairs and sat after other customer left representative names NARESH asked what we want and we informed we want gods idols he literally not even interested in showing from vast collection. When we point out some thing he is taking that only. My wife is asking continuously please take some 6-7 idols we will choose from them but he is not at all in mood to serve.worst customer representative we had ever faced. Stayed there only because of we liked the item. even complained to manager no proper response from him too. Finally took one idol and went out. Never going back there. Especially kphb branch.

Had an argument with a staff member for his worst attitude and being way too arrogant. He does not have a basic sense of respecting a customer. His behaviour was so damn worst and when I complained to the manager, he kept denying his attitude. He has no ethics and this was the worst experience I had with Khazana. The staff members must be taught some morals to know how to behave with a customer. We had to keep roaming around just to get the item handed over to us after the billing. I had very very bad experience today with KAZANA JEWELRY, KPHB branch (near JNTU) for exchanging the defected item. Purchased the item on 21st JAN'2023 and noticed that same item has been defected. I am requesting to fix the issue or exchange, that guy, his name is "ANJI REDDY” shouted (roar - out of control) on us with meaningless arguments, no proper explanation. He argued like, accepted this item purchased in our branch, but at the same time he is saying like not selling/accepting these defected items … meaning less. Finally after 30mins discussion they said like, we will provide same ornament replace after 30days, too bad .I have recommended, don’t encourage this type of process . As per terms and conditions, purchased item will be exchanged within one week. It’s not happen even not agree. FYIP . I am the regular customer for KHAZANA , but not happy .

My favorite store. Excellent collection and humble staff, always my first choice when I want to purchase gold or silver. My only issue is that its 2021, our country has been through a lot and still the store doesn't care about its customers. I came here on 1st Aug. No one follows basic distancing (forget social distance, there is not room for personal space here). Its very obvious that the store care about only having more and more customers in and doesn't care about the customer safety or the staff safety. There is nothing wrong in ensuring that the store crowd is controlled a bit and that people follow basic distances from each other. I see the cash counter is always full, with people waiting hours and hours for their turn to pay and leave. Slowly they end up sticking together and no one cares to ask people to spread apart and calm down. How you keep your jewels safe in this crowd god knows but I am sure I cant come back or let my family or friends come back when I know this place is super crowded and no one cares about the safety of the customers.
