My first ever visit to this branch, wide variety of collection in all ornaments, good manpower, they will patiently help customer in all aspects,everyone will leave the store in a good note.

I personally don't recommend bcoz today really spoiled my intention to buy in kazana the new staff r very rude they don't know how to deal with customers in bangle section n I'm not new customer I'm old customer previous staff is very nice n behaviour is super but new staff is waste n now on wards I don't got to kazana I quit n going other gold showrooms

Very good designs and customer service is great. I have been assisted by employee named Swathi. Whenever I visit the store, I ask for her. All the Staff is very obedient and show lot of patience.

Worst customer service ever They never bother about customers Especially when comes to wastage rates They will suggest us to go for a their purchase plans . Though you opt a purchase plan and opt for gold purchase then oranament wastage prices will be higher than initial ones.

The shown room is placed right on the main road, with parking and valet parking. The reception when you enter is nice, the sale executives are patient and satisfy your needs. Explain all details. It was a good experience altogether.

Went there on a Sunday to buy silver pooja items. Place was very crowded and there is no one to attend. They are occupied with their gold and diamond customers. Had to wait for a very long time. Apart from that there are many designs to select from the diyas, pooja plates and idols when compared with other jewelry stores which I visited. Giving 3 star for their hospitality.

No parking space for such a big store. Very slow processing of billing. And also, I had a bad experience at the counter to collect my purchased items. I was standing in queue for a long time. I requested the staff to serve in queue instead of serving a gentlemen who broke the queue from other direction and handed his receipt, but the staff started showing me attitude instead of doing his job properly. (And didn't pack items, give boxes etc.).

Every shop gives the importance to customer but it is not applicable to KHAJANA JEWELLERY CHAITHANYAPURI branch... The staff especially women were harsh... Not even responding to customers.. We have to stand and wait until they come... No one can answer if we ask who will show the items.... No patience too show items.. They were talking on there own way with customers... Not even giving the chance to customer to speak about wastage part... Very bad experience...

I explored a lot of other branches in hyderabad but this branch has unique and lot of designs. The hospitality is really good. I suggest to expand the billing counters in this branch.

Store looks good but they dont bother about customers. Went twice in last one year to purchase gold chain and ear rings for my daughter. Unhappy with their behaviour i purchased 32 gms gold chain from kalyan and ear rings for my daughter from tanishq which are within 0.5km from this store. Khajana has quality, i purchased gold kada from them but now a days after renovation...flop show from them

Pros: * Excellent professional staff * Collection is good and must pay a visit at least for experience and knowledge * Product quality Cons: * Not following covid precautions (Water was being severed in non-disposable glasses). * There is no customization option (customer has no other option except to choose from available options) * Following 90's strategies in 2023 * Except confidence on product it does not make anyone special in customer point of view (We are buying gold not small things). * Not willing to change business approach and attitude for long term business. * Estimation of product is difficult to understand and no option to take the estimation slip to plan a big event. No proper response at the counters and no proper sitting is provided unless we asked for..Not much varieties in ear studs ,buttas for women

Large collection of jewellery, very friendly and presentable staff and efficient service. NFC payment was not available so our son couldn't make an intl payment. Good location too. Can manage to park in front of the store.

Worst experience of this store floor manager Anusha was very harsh ...she was not co operative after buying my calculation the difference was 618 they were confused and hurried us before paying bill....by that we did not calculate there and after removing chain link the difference happened finaly they got benifit...and for every ornament too much wastage...

Billing experience is terrible. I visited this store twice, both the time faced very bad customer experience. There are two billing counters, only one operates stating server issues. In fact they are busy in settling their transactions for the day in another system and have their own priorities. In simple terms, payment time is higher than selection time at Khazana, Dilshuknagar.

Worst experience I had. I lost time energy and if we purchase huge scheme they will give headache to recover that. Worst shop.

For buying jewellery is fine. For exchange with raw gold. Then it will be a problem.they will not give you market price. For selling they calculate higher price .

This one star also waste for their service. if we decide to buy the item they will stick on the price. We will get many offers in the market. Am not suggesting the khajana. Everything is good At billing counter you need to spend minimum 30 minutes, some times it could be hours… I request Khazan ……always closing should be a memorable experience with the customer, but, your billing counter developing frustration experience with the customers CAN WE IMPROVE THIS

Lot of ignorant staff. They are over floated by customers. So they want customers to stop coming as per their behaviour. No worth to visit. Always old models and rash behaviour by staff.

Khazana team need go treat each customer equally and respect them. Which is missing from the team. They have very good model chains,bangles, necklace, rings etc. Design wise they look good. Not enough parking space and during weekends it's very difficult.

Worst Staff in dilsukhnagar khazana store.I got to pay in the form of cheque for my gold ornament that too a huge amount. I cleared the cheque on the same day. They said after 2 to 3 working days the item will be delivered but no response from Staff. When I called saying like they are too busy to talk. Really worst ever experience we had.
