Appreciation post for SATYA PRIYA We had the task of finding a replacement ring for my wife without her physically present here and in addition to that, my wife's ring size is too small and there are not many options generally. But our sales representative - SATYA PRIYA was super helpful and intent on finding the right replacement with the right size. The whole process finished quickly and efficiently. Do ask for Satya Priya when you visit the store.

Worst branch. I sat there for 30 mins after asking them to show a jewelry piece. They attended people who came after me but not me. Worst manager. When I finally took some jewelry they gave me defective piece , when I confronted them about that , they were straight away denying and the manager GIRIJA was worthless in solving the problem

Very less items, but the worst part is in Vallet parking they park cars on road only and traffic challan happens.

We had worst experience in this show room. We are continuing with reliance since 4 years with various gold schemes. But when we visited yesterday for purchasing jewels the staff over here are not clear with the prices.initially they have told one price and immediately they increased making charges and other things. They are keeping high making charges (28%) with plain ornaments also.

Worst staff and service. Especially Managers and gold Smith who are working in this branch are worst in their work and behaviour. Actually worst is the small word which I can define. If anyone wants to purchase take the readymade products directly without any alters because after alteration we feel like throwing the products on faces of the managers who will tell thousands of good things that they will do in the best way than any other etc... Even if we ask any questions or raise any issue they will not even try to resolve the issue but they will charge more again even for their worst service.

Kaasyam jewellery is good, though limited range is available here. Temple jewellery and antique jewellery are being sold. Courteous staff. Not much range in the rest of the jewelry.

Hi, I have made a purchase at your store and made an advance payment for an item. The whole staff is so irresponsible that they donot call back or even pick up the phones to give basic information about the update. And To top it up the entire staff doesnt not even bother to call back and keep playing the blame game on each other. The agent responsible to deliver the details doesnt even pick up the fon or even drop a message
