Tanishq has one of the best jewellery collections. The jewellery collection is very elegant. An event was organised recently by Tanishq named "Brides of Hyderabad" where they have showcased their wide range of collections including Bridal wear. The event was conducted in a very professional way with professional photos hoot and makeup. Staff hospitality is very polite. We really enjoyed the Tanishq kindness and coordination. We were at Tanishq showroom AS Rao Nagar and purchased a 3.25 Lac worth diamond bracelet, but unfortunately the sales experience was not so pleasant as the sales person first when walked in was taking us light and for granted that we will not purchase. The moment we purchased she asked the housekeeping team to get water and fruity and was very polite, I really did not like the attitude of all the sales people as they only look at how rich you are and whether you can purchase or not. The only feedback to the branch is to treat everyone with respect and dignity, whether he/she is rich or poor.

Good service but the making charges are very high compared to their other competitors...8%-9% on gold coins is too high for anyone since coins are bought as savings. One can't spend so much on making n wastage of coins... This is not just for this branch but across all tanishq showrooms so the branch people can do nothing with this...

Quality wise great and professionalism, but you can see a they were taking too much price for making charges per gram they are charging around 1200 to 1500 Rupees. It's too much for purchasers. I can say instead you can buy raw gold and make an ornament. Instead of purchasing here. It's not at all acceptable for the buyer. Be aware of this not only Tanishq but also others gold shops. They're charging too much making charges.Now you cannot do anything will you replace the product with by taking less making charges and giving less wastage for the old my gold. What you can do. In this pandemic with the high raise of gold price. Public will be less in purchasing gold you should attract the customers with less making charges and giving better exchange price to value.

We went to Tanishq on Akshaya Tritiya. We wanted to buy a ring however ended up buying a coin since there was no one to attend us. There were 2-3 staff who were free but instead of attending the customers they were chit chatting. No a good experience.
