This hospital doesn't respect your time. My wife was there at 8:30 am for Endoscopy, the process of endoscopy took 5 min after that sat for 3 hours to have the Doctor's consultation. If you are going there make sure you have enough time and energy for waiting. Not recommended for patients who need urgent treatment.

This is the worst hospital ever seen....road side clinic is much better... Even one star is very bad. Don't go for pregnancy at all. Scanning person(Radiology) never comes in time and have to wait in queue for long time. Went for wife pregnancy and had miscarriage....staff is worse and they will look for money only...it's very expensive with no results. I regret....!!!

While consultation itself respective doctor recommends some tests & after seeing the reports, Doctor gently says these reports lacks clarity & asks/advice you for another test.. Dr. Jayanth is straight to point if you can explain your issue. Or else he will figure out best treatment. His team of duty doctors, staff, nursing are very professional, friendly. Hospital is neatly maintained and availability is one more positive point. Consultation and charges are nominal/ affordable. Overall treatment is the best i feel.

One of the worst hospital you would ever visit. Got my mom admitted for 15 days and had to rush to another centre in the midnight at 2 am on a blood transfusion. This shows the level of quality and commitment of the hospital. The staff is worst and they don’t even understand the basics of treatment. Staff did not identify blood bleeding for the entire day and they charge 4750 for a room which includes 1500 nursing charges. If you are planning to admit someone there, your life is going to be hell. Doctor Mr. Jayant is concerned and repeats test just to cover up insurance. Duty doctor standard answer is “teliyadu, check chesthunam” if you have to shift the patient form one ward to another, they handled you like a gunny bag and moved around. They won’t even refer you to any hospital if the patient condition is deteriorating. They just leaves everything on your own. A most genuine suggestion after spending 5 lakhs please don’t even think of this place.

Healix hospital is one of "The Best" hospital for Covid treatment. I certainly recommend this hospital to everyone. I joined Healix for Covid treatment with high fever (above 102 -103 degrees) for continous 12 days and within a day after joining, doctors were able to control the fever down to normal and eventually got discharged after 7 days healthy. Though it was our first experience with Healix, the confidence given by doctors and after seeing their treatment to me, even I dared to admit my wife who was in the similar position as I was initially. Though we both had different symptoms they treated us as appropriately and helped us in recovering from covid. We are deeply indebted to Dr.Jayanth sir, Dr. Suresh garu and other doctors for providing us an excellent treatment. Dr.Avani was our doctor for both my pregnancies.she took very good health caring for me and my baby and thus helped us in delivering my two baby boys with good health.Her treatment is soo affordable, didn't prescribed unnecessary medications, scans also very limited (only when necessary). She always available,and maximum tried for normal deliveries. She is very knowledgeable Gynecologist, simple and down to earth lady. I believe she will take Care of health for both mother and baby. Finally in Telugu MANCHI HASTHAVAASI I wish her all the very best for her professional career.

Continuing to the Hospital response. Wanted to mention again, that in the initial days my cousin was symptomatic and later he was totally normal without any symptoms. We have updated repeatedly that there were NO SYMPTOMS and questioning why the problem is repeating again and again even after months of medicines (costly which are used for liver disease) and injections. Even at last visit (7 January) the bilirubin values are coming and doctor again suggested for injections and tablets. The doctor is truly unaware when to stop treatment because, the values will show lifetime when person has Gilbert syndrome (from 1-5), after n number of LFT tests, the doctor couldn't recommend to stop treatment. As mentioned by hospital, "Updated to patient as nothing to worry" then why treatment was not stopped by doctor at required stage ?

I have admitted my father for severe infection in intestine. I am glad that I chose this hospital. Dr.Jayanth is the one who treated him and his treatment is on the point. No nonsense discussions and crisp words. I admire his expertise in the field. My dad is completely recovered now and doing great. Also nursing staff is very hospitable and attentive. Only thing I suggest them is to work on the cleanliness of rooms. Current room condition is not bad but if its better I would have given them 5 rating.

My wife got treated here under supervision of Dr S***** for covid (home quarantined). I would quickly summarise my exp below- Great- #Did not feel at any step that hospital wants to extract unnecessary money from the patient via any mean (tests, medicine, consultations) #Cleanliness and Covid precaution measure were great #Doc was good and kept the patient always at ease #Mr Murtuza is a very helpful person #Reception staffs are very cooperative Improvement- #Doc gave his personal no but rarely replied for my messages (though he picked up calls at times) #I could not procure any medicine here written by doc #Nurses misunderstood instructions(by billing counter) during one report collection and restarted one test again however I noticed and situation was clarified and stopped immediately. #In my opinion they need to work on the advertisement thing to establish themselves as a great hospital in the vicinity and converting itself to a all round hospital alongwith carrying their gastro specialisation.

Hi all, I am doctor Kiran consultant and diabetes expert at Dr Kiran's diabetes care and Research Institute Somajiguda, as usual, my day started with a couple of patient phone calls I was getting ready for OPD. Then I noticed that I was not interested to have Pongal my favourite breakfast, then nausea started, followed by abdomen discomfort and a kind of blunt pain in the lower right abdomen, something is not right and immediately called doctor Jayant at healix Hospital Chanda Nagar, in 10 minutes I was at his hospital, upon palpating my abdomen, Dr suspected appendicitis which was confirmed by abdominal scan, CT chest was done as a screening tool for covid, immediately took me for a laproscopic surgery, my wife doctor Sireesha, who is reputed Gynaecologist at Chandanagar after completing her morning OPD, came to see me at the hospital, then surgery was performed afternoon at 3 p.m. now the time is 9:00 p.m. i am so comfortable and completely relieved of the pain and discomfort. I am so happy and even during the covid-19 pandemic, the doctor didn't hesitate a second for diagnosing my issue and prepare for the surgery without any time waste, I thank the doctor and hospital team for taking care of me. I feel very safe and comfortable now.

I visited this hospital with my mother and father. they unnecessarily prescribed and made many tests which made around 50k. They're forcing to admit both and said that the cost of treatment was 5lakhs without knowing the condition of patient and said that they don't sure the chances of recovery.we were scared and took them to another hospital.my father was admitted there and he is recovered now. they suggested not to admit my mother and prescribed medicines, now she is recovered at home. here my hospital bill is under 1lakh for both my parents. Don't go to healix as they're money minded and we're not bothering about patient's health.

I had got a bad experience with hospital they have got same bed for normal patient and covid patient After the use they are not even changing the PPE bedsheet. I feel this is more dangerous and health safety, must look at this.my mother is a heart patient, diabetic and with High BP. She got the consultation and just asked her to be under medication and then for pain an injection to be injected for that she needed a casuality bed which was in casuality rooms while undergoing the treatment I observed two covid patient and they were getting treated there.i understand the severity but it's highly infectious to club covid with normal patient this is completely against health safety. We are in pandemic and trying to reduce the cases but this is completely negligence by the hospital. Strict action must take against this

This hospital don't have crucial department like cardiac ICU. If the patient develops cardiac issues due to covid, we have to look for admission into other hospital. If there is a wide gap in shifting the patient , definitely we are going to loose patient. Just asking # why all hospitals need to convert into COVID hospitals? If u want to serve , better to run as covid care centres or take care of patients for particular conditions for which hospital is established. ## Take care of patients in which u are specialized : surgical gastroenterology, medical gastroenterology, gynecology & obstetrics, Urology and Orthopedics. ## Don't render services for covid patients , because it requires immense facilities, which healix don't have. ## please upload photo of pulmonologist in your hospital website, only name is reflecting.

Doctor Jayant K is not at listening to patient and not throughly checking the past medical records from other hospitals, not prescribing any medication without endoscopy for gastric issue. Not honoring the appointments from Lybrate.

We visited the hospital as my mother who is 67 years old facing some food infection issues and is not able to consume food. Dr Jayanth Sir is really good and diagnosed my mother and recovered well in 4 days.. Though the hospital is good inpatient rooms can be improvised however they are charging a decent price when compared to other hospitals and the billing staff is also promptly responding. Thanks

Healix Hosital is one of the best affordable hospital with quality treatment in the city. We have made multiple visits, but would like to share our experience for 2 of our major visits. 1. When we came to the city, we werent sure which gynic to visit . My friend suggested Dr.Avani and I can say she is one of the best and knowledgeable gynic in the city. There are other corporate hospitals where the doctor charges hefty fee and dont spend time with the patient. We personally had a bad experience with a big corporate hospital. Dr. Avani listens to our concerns patiently and attentively and prescribes the right medicine. She does not order any unnecessary tests. We had very good experience at he hospital and when I joined as In patient the staff and nurses took good care of us. 2. My Father In Law had to be brought to this hospital under Emergency as he had multiple bouts of diarhoea and vomiting in a very short span of time. Just a week before that he was treated at a very famous corporate hospital for the same problem and within a week he had relapse of the issue. When we brought him to the emergency care, Dr. Jayant attended to him quickly, diagnosed the problem , looked at the history and prescribed the medicines. Within 2 days he was back to his normal self. We would like to thank Dr. Jayant. . He clearly explains the problem, answers our questions and suggests the way forward. He is to the point ,very good and doesnt write any unnecessary tests. Would recommend this Hospital to any one looking for affordable quality care.

My uncle admitted my grand ma here and she has gone through worst phase. Dr. Jayant is someone who do not even understand the complications of a surgery. For name sake he might be having 20 years of experience but his actions do not justify the same. My grand ma got admitted for gallbladder stones with elevated jaundice and Mr. Jayant used the entire situation to his best in gaining money and my grand ma had to rush to another hospital on blood transfusions around late night as the doctor and staff did not even noticed that she is blood bleeding from 2 days. Doctor didn’t even checked the color of motion after started giving her blood thinners. Worst doctor ever. He also admitted that he got worst staff to take care than why do he run a hospital?

Admitted my mother for poly trauma , got done with two surgeries one for hand and the other for leg. Dr. Jayanth and Dr.Sumit treated well with utmost patience, felt happy . Coming to maintenence Mr.Venkatesh looked after it, so whenever there is issue related to even small things, he used to clear it off within very less time frame.
