Worst management and unprofessional staff. Staff do not respond quickly to patients. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone

Most commercial hospital in the city… 💰💰 Don't get admitted here without second opinion.. Zero for management… And doctors… i would say the put up as if they are the most busiest people on the earth.. 1st time when we were waiting dr was busy on a call for 20-25 mins.. 2nd time he was having his coffee for 20 mins.. knowing that the patient is a senior citizen and is in pain. Post admission it took them 3 hours to start on IV fluids.. ultimately for no treatment and unnecessary investigation has costed us 55k for a day…

After seeing the Bad hospitality when we want to change the Hospital during the discharge formalities nurses in ICU are misbehaving with my mother. The medical staff is nice, but the house keeping is the absolute worst. They keep asking for money and tips at every turn and floor of the hospital and infact after every procedure. My daughter was admitted here for 2 days and the ayyamma to the ward boy everyone who helped her and took her on the wheel chair wanted a tip. They are so insensitive. Patients and attenders are in their own helplessness and sickness , it’s a tough time for everybody and they shamelessly beg around for money. Are they not being paid enough ? Is this the work ethic that is followed in your hospital ? How can you let your staff be so insensitive towards patients sickness. It’s a hospital and not some Indian govt service office. And it’s not like they are doing a star job they are simply inadequate in the menial and small job that they have to perform and stuff they feel the need to demand tips. Didn’t expect this from a good branded private/Corporate hospital like this. The medical staff is good and I have no complaints against them.

The worst hospital I have ever come through just looting money from patients by making them panic. I have took my mother for chest pain they have taken ecg and asked to hospitalized and showed me quotation of around 15k for 1 day icu observation including all charges, and 30k if angiogram is necessary. They have admitted at 9pm and till next day haven't shown patient to us, when next day morning I went in to icu I was shocked to see 10 patients in one room with curtain partitions and calling it as icu it is worst than general ward. In general ward also they keep 5-6 people but in this they kept 10 patients, for them icu means not allowing attendants. They have charged 31k for one day observation after seeing that I have immediately asked for discharge and it took 5hrs for discharge process, You can find 5-6 bouncers in every floor I couldn't understand why to maintain bouncers instead of security. They are not showing patients and charging high amount and balancing this with bouncers every patients attendants facing the same. The pharmacy associated with is worst than the hospital they are charging high prices and hospital is prescribing unnecessary stuff from pharmacy and we have some return stuff from hospital but pharmacy have not accepted. Please find the pic which I gave remarks in hospital while discharge.

Very Expensive the moment u say u have insurance they will immediately put the patient in ICU were they charge 18K per day. It's take a full day to get discharged from the hospital. They charge for this which are not required. When you ask for discount the MOD makes you wait for no reason out side emergency room and sight an chitchat with doctors inside. I was made to wait for more than 1 HR 30 minutes and then no result 0 discount was offered.

Being a Medical professional. I suggest you not get influenced by online reviews. You will know once you admit here that these are given by people under their influence. And if at all got admitted here unfortunately, opt investigations selectively with second opinion from some friend, otherwise your investigation bill will be very heavy. Outside medicines are not allowed. Finally on billing day, i found discripency in number of doctor visits and had to take to Manager, who initially tried to defend but facts have shut his defenses.

My mother was taken to the hospital for treatment and doctors kept on saying it's gas for a week until they realized it's liquid. Some Shakunthala(embarrassed to call her a doctor) did 2 biopsy( 1st one not done properly by her),but still was not sure whether my mother had cancer or not.But doctor from another hospital said that biopsy was not even needed as it's clearly visible in ultra sound reports itself.The below average to poor students in medical colleges are hired by this TX hospital. So, go at your own risk to get wrong diagnosis and treatment done there.

We can recommend to anyone associated with orthopaedic related concerns. TX Doctors and the associated hospital staff are always approachable and able to instill confidence for his recovery.

For a 3days procedure, they admitted the patient for 13 days. As we had insurance, on the last before day, the doctor said there is water in lungs and extended the stay. The same xray was taken twice and they did not find any water. Only on the day before discharge they found water. The hospital is run by 3rd class doctors who don't know anything. Nurses are better in their job than doctors. Commercial hospital. Wants only money.

I have visited the hospital for my 2nd baby delivery. The doctors here are well experienced and friendly. Food service is good at the hospital and available all the day just a call away. 4 wheeler Parking is not available in the hospital premises, there is an option for vallet parking, where the car was parked in public parking in Kachiguda railway station, which is not safe.

This hospital was deeply disheartening. Can't detect the sickness in the patient . The lack of communication and transparency left me and my family feeling neglected. We were charged an arm and a leg yet the doctors couldn't even provide a clear diagnosis, every report came was normal yet they are saying infection but can't tell what infection was spreading which led patient sudden death.

Such a good hospital and doctor Mr. Kamalakar. The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurses are so understanding. We’ve never had an issue with either of them. Reception staff is great too – very friendly and professional!
