Medical services are good but somewhat crowded place and it takes time to consult doctor. No prior appointments are taken for consultation. Very limited parking area and they are asking to park on main road foot path.

One of the money making fertility center. Our first and last experience we consulted doctor and went through tests costs around 13k plus . After test result they did not check the report and went through medicines After we coming home we have few parameters were not in range to clear this doubt we went there and asked doc mam we have this parameter is not in range then she replied 'you would have told me before ' common she was doc and she has to tell by seeing results If u have money then go there I have seen some issues one patient come there with reports and asked lab guys in the report blood group is different and in her old report blood group was different. Then lab gay took blood again and tested it Please don't go here no response proper

There are more advanced clinics and fertility centres in the city, avoid this clinic as they provide outdated treatment and very bad services. I am not talking about just the result that we got, but after going to other clinic we understood how bad the services here in Padmaja were provided. Reviews are all fake, here people should understand the IVF success rates are different from live birth rates which are very low here in this clinic, bottom line is avoid this clinic, save lot of precious time and mental agony. I know hospital people will come up with some wrong replies and all but my intention is to save atleast one couple from visiting this hospital.. the amount they charge here is not less than any advanced clinic so decide by yourself. Here one more thing is no transparency in embryo grading ,they don't reveal actual gradings, they even transfer discard quality embryos and keep charging for freezing them. I am not here to post any fake reviews, I know which branch I have availed the treatment and where I am posting the reviews. Here they loot you on the name of embryo freezing as well. For eg. If you freeze embryos for the first time after egg retrieval and ICSI procedure, say 10 embryos for 6 months, and you used 2 out of them within 6 months Then they ask you to pay for remaining 8 embryos for further, this way you endup paying a lot of money. Here only Jhansi madam and Shalini madam concentrates a bit on patients, all other doctors don't even know what they are doing Padmaja madam visits only during registration ( very first visit) later u will be ignored and waiting is very high, nothing is organised, IUI patients are handled very roughly and are performed by some inexperienced doctors. Each time there won't be a fixed doctor, it can be anyone and nobody knows what treatment you are going through..... even reports will be shared very lately and only offline, they don't use technology as others do. Swamy from accounts department don't even care sometimes when u go for insurance related queries. All other staff always look for bribe or extra money including some nursing staff. The infrastructure is also minimal...

Pros : Very good fertility center for those who are planning on having child, prices are economical. Doesn’t really look very commercial when it comes to Consultation and medication. Cons : If you are planning to visit in a 4 wheeler, there is no parking facility for car Staff to patient ratio is 1:20, you need to be really very patient even for a bit of clarification ( if any ), it would be better to be on atleast a half day leave everytime you want to visit this center even for a scan ( Trust me once you start treatment here then the frequency of visits would be high, and if you are seriously planning for child then it would be wise not to stress about work while you are in this center )

We have been trying to second child and we came to know the hospital where we have good treatment who are trying for child’s. Here I came to know that success rate is high compare to other fertility hospitals. After started the treatment I felt r he medication is huge and patient has lot of patience, if you convince on that part happy to start visiting hospital those who don’t have children’s . Doctors are good and have enough experience on fertility problems .

I got extracted 2 teeth in this hospital and got cavity filled for 4 teeths...After that my teeth became more sensitive and iam getting lot of pain while chewing and iam unable eat properly .At initial stage i asked them that iam getting pain but they replayed that will be last for few days its not an issue ...Its been 5 months since i got treated from this hospital...I have been trying to contact this hospital but there is no response and i havent got any recept after payment....Iam unable to visit hospital because of covid...Please consider me..

Hygiene - Hygiene through out the hospital is not at all good and not following the Covid safety measures. For example : Bathrooms/Beds in General ward. Tracking - Reports/statuses are not available online. Parking - No parking available and security guards are so mean to wait for 2-3 mins until we drop the patient. Staff - Adequate and timely information not provided to the patients and always keep patients waiting. Not organised at all. Counselling - They don’t know the process clearly. Always put patient in confusion and not knowledged in IVF co ordination between doctor and patient. Transparency - During regular scans, they haven’t provided any proper inputs of what’s happening or progress to the patient. Updates - no timely telecall updates or email updates. Transaction - don’t accept credit card and only wants cash. Overall feedback : Based on what they charge and what they provide in terms of service to the patient is not upto the par. I just felt like I’m going to a government hospital for free service while I’m paying hell lot of money. Dr Padmaja might be well experienced but with the unorganised staff and processes will erode the entire credibility.

Dr Urwashi Kumar and team helped execute the root canal treatment and crown placement in utter perfection and I am feeling so relieved now.

Please be careful when trusting this clinic. You put all your money and time . They manage to suck your money like water and at the end they send you to other clinics for second opinions bcoz they are not sure of their own treatment. They said all good until 20weeks and with one scam they said it’s not safe pregnancy. If it’s a complicated one they should have seen it before but the need to charge for few more scans before . Play with people emotions. Please start your research somewhere else before trusting these people. The clinic is also like a market with families filled with expected parents. It’s scary how many people trust and hope they become parents. Only success ful candidates are exposed what about the 99 percent of failed IVFs .
