Worst service. The staff is very disrespectful. They and sell substandard material. Had to visit two times and still the clothes were badly stitched. The staff started pointing out that it is your fault that you bought from here and this is our style.

This is to infrm the concerned person of karishma the wedding mall khilwath branch.. I had a very bad experience shopping here.. Me along with my mom n sis went fr purchasing my sisters engagement outfit.. To my surprise,a sales man(nt sure about his name)kept on saying us the price of each n evry oufit instead of showin us the outfits.. As if,we have been there fr window shopping or pass our time.. The duty of the salesmen is to show us diff designs nd if asked fr colours,they have to replying in a polite manner.. I urge every one who is planning to visit karishma wedding mall,plz donot go there.. Instead there are number of other stores which u can shop.. The salesman who was attending us(might have a good position)in the store but,the way he is attending every one is very bad.. Because of his behaviour am sure none will shop frm u guyz.. I wish i knew his name..

Being busy through out the day I decided to have a look for my bridal outfit so I can talk to inlaws about it heard alot about Karishma earlier but this is the last time !.Worst service the sales guys are very rude ! They were least concerned when I wanted to have a look at clothes for my wedding as my in laws are not based from Hyderabad.The guy was so pathetic he was least interested when I spoke to him he thought I was there just to hang around I asked him the price he told the outfit was around 78000 inr whereas when he turned the tag it was 44000 rs .What kind of service is this????.Not being biased but Gehna was far better.Never gonna visit this place again and won't suggest anyone though!

Very bad service of staff and as well as clothes. My sister bought a dress for ramazan 2017 from here and we gave it for alteration.When we came to take the dress the alteration wasn't done and they handed us the dress the same way.We had to visit extra two times just for that. Also the zip wasnt working in a 6000 rs dress and when asked about they gave such a lame answer saying that it is of low quality and usually doesnt work in two to three wears.

It's true. The salesman is very rude and not at all shown interest showing collections. Not sure of his name. A man immediately addressed us asking for price range.. when I pointing out the collections, he kept on dictating the prices... A person like him will degrade the brand

It's a pretty nice store in the Nexus mall, formerly called forum mall. The store is on 2 levels with pretty large variety of items. It can get mobbed on weekends so be careful. They need to have some chairs for people to sit around as they wait around. The also need more change rooms and billing counters, it just slows the process too much.

Staff are disinterested to show you their collections if they doubt that you are not going to buy from them.

Id like to start by saying, NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE if you'd like to be treated well. We are a family of doctors and have never been talked to this way. We entered the shop and instantly liked a dress right before us. And when we asked for a price, the salesman said it was for 89k or something. We obviously weren't looking for such expensive dresses. We quoted our range and we're guided to the 1st floor. As we were entering the elevator, we heard him make fun of us for the range that we had quoted. Anyway, we ignored him and on reaching the 1st floor we were said what we're looking for was on the ground floor instead. To which my mother lost her cool and questioned the salesmen and we confroned the gentleman about his behaviour. Just know that you lost a LOT of doctor customers today. Had you attended us well, you'd gain a profit of 50k easily (which unfortunately for you, a wedding mall opposite to your showroom has gained). We've never been so disappointed in our lives. And to whoever is reading this, please don't visit them and expect them to treat you well. I'd request the owner of the shop to check his cctv footage with audio and know that his staff is very ill mannered.

I recently visited Westside and unfortunately had a rather unpleasant encounter with the gatekeeper. Despite attempting to leave my bags at the gate, I was informed that it was not allowed. The gatekeeper's refusal was understandable, but the lack of courtesy and politeness in their response left much to be desired. We are not at an outlet where we can leave our bags in our vehicle. This is a mall, and the question arises: where should we store our bags? How can someone shop and try on clothes with these bags in tow? It would be more convenient if the westside provided a designated counter for bags."

It's okay okay. I did not find a great collection. For kids it's amazing. They have lots of varieties. No sale and no offers. Pay what is mentioned on their tags. Network connectivity is an issue . So be careful if you are paying via UPI. Their perfume collection is great. Must try.

A simple alteration made me visit 3 times. The crew have no capability of understanding. Not to mention the attitude they carry. They reminded me of a typical SBi officer. The tailor ended up damaging the product. Getting alteration at roadside is kuch better than here. The first visit shall be last.
