Lots of varieties for women - loved the ring designs and Raju provided wonderful service. He offered us discounts and was patient in showing us lots of options. There were barely any options on ring designs for men though. We came back disappointed on that front. Overall, would come back again, nice store!

The place is below one floor from the ground floor. More like a boutique than a showroom and a small collection but the customer service is very good, they give you individual attention. A great shopping center for gold and jewelry at jubilee hills, saleswoman like Hepsibha and other personal are very friendly, helpful and intuitive in presenting right items to costumers like us.

We purchased a ladies bracelet, collection was good but wastage percentage is bit higher comparatively. Staff (Harsh) is super supportive and patient through the time.

Good show room. Particularly Sales person Sandeep shown us the various designs of jewelry with utmost patience. They have good collection too. Yes one can go for buying gold ornaments. And surprisingly there is no bargaining. All fixed prices.

As a tata product fan, i always prefer Tanishq when it comes to gold. The shop is quite big and has a lot of collections. The staff are well trained and treat all customers with politeness. We had a coupon which was around 63 in number but the one who worked on the billing section worked patiently and redeemed all the coupons. It shows their dedication level.

Excellent service given by thanusha & Balu they have shown all the products very patiently. We came to buy one products because of their service we ended up purchasing another 3 products . Tanishq is always known for their service and shopping experience. But this store of theirs at Hyderabad is above par. Balu is an excellent sales person who know when to give space and when to provide all answers. Do give it a try. The store itself is spacious and have quite an open feeling.

Saturday afternoon the entire staff was sitting idle ( jobless) still when a customer walks in they are not bothered to show products , looks like Tanishq has its stomach full. Their staff named “Devender” had no clue about the products nor was interested in showing products.

Extremely disappointed with the service this time. Being a regular loyal customer for past 20 yrs .. this time I've noticed that the service dropped down. Customisation with respect to design is a tall task for Tanishq I understand ( though earlier I got customised designs made), but even for placing an order on the exact design but for a different bangle size is also an issue. I've been following with the sales staff for the past 10 days and yet to get an answer.. I'm keen on having the bangle, but seems like tanishq is not keen on holding their customers.. alas!!

Tanishq has this name because of the warmth the staff provides. I was assisted by Pavana. She was very kind and a bucket full of patience. She was extremely cooperative and highly customer oriented.
