The worst kind of staff is present here. I went to this shop at closing timing. First they say it's closing time by hand signals. *Poor customer service* secondly the other person shows interest and asked me to sit. Then I asked them to show yellow sapphire stone. He asked me which quality you want. As I had null knowledge I asked him what is the range it is starting from. Then the person says 10k per carat. I told it's bit costly. How will be the quality and can you show me the stone once. He asked how much price are you expecting. I told 7k to 8k we are getting online (as I have null knowledge on gemstones and Googled it ). The person said no you won't get that price in our store. 1)Then I asked what's the difference between your yellow sapphire and other stores yellow sapphire he had no answer for it.*zero knowledge staff* 2) asked about how do we know the purity of sapphire, he still had no answer. 2) I asked whether they give certificate or not. He said it's closing time.**rude and illiterate behaviour**. First of all when you know it's closing time why did ask me to sit??? For the first time I visited this store if the staff treats their customers like this then you gonna lose your valuable customers. *****Try to hire polite and kind staff who treat people with kindness***** On the same road there are many other jewellery shops. Learn from them how they treat there customers. ****Disclaimer**** If you wanna get treated like a cheap person then do visit this store.

My experience is good in this store. Good customer service and humble recieving. It is a affordable jewellery shop.

They trick the customers who come to buy gold. The bill was not made properly. It did not mention the price of the gold for the day and calculated the price at a rate which was higher than the actual rate for the day. When asked upon about the reason, they said that the rate keeps changing. There are also no descriptions about the hidden costs and when we stressed about the issue, they tried to make the matter light by agreeing to a refund of 250 Rs. These people are pure tricksters. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this shop. It's reputation is fake.

Mainly don't visit punjagutta store, Hyderabad. If you guys have good knowledge on gold nly visit the store, otherwise they will trick you with high charges.
