I consulted him in pace hospitals about pain between 2 fingers due to ligament damage/tear. When I went there he pressed between the fingers to understand the severity of pain. But he pressed hard and I got more pain than I had before coming to him and it never cured properly inspite of taking the medication prescribed by him and following instructions. Still I've pain whenever I tighten my fist for anything. He should be more careful and gentle while pressing in such sensitive areas. I am reviewing after a long time as I missed his prescription which I wanted to attach as proof of consulting because in some replies for reviews they were asking for it and I found it now while searching for some old stuff.

Visited Dr Jayini for chronic heel pain. Diagnosed with heel bursitis. Doc recommended 5 day physiotherapy. Unnecessary tests were not suggested. Dr Giridhar, physiotherapist helped me in healing. I visited Jayani Clinics after I had accidentally twisted my ankle and had immense pain in my leg with swelling. Doctor properly examined my leg and it was a great deal that doctor explained the entire problem to me. After having an xray, doctor said it is fractured however it is level 1 sprain and gave meditation. Along with that he also suggested/demonstrated exercise that I need to after my swelling is reduced. Doctor also suggested for Vitamin D, B12 and Calcium test, which came out as deficient for me. This is my initial review. I have taken online consultation to doctor Rammohan sir due to my severe knee pain. The way he received is very well and taken complete history of my injury and pain. He suggested some medication and asked to meet after that. I'll write one more review after few days.

I have known Dr. Jayini from long time. He is one of those few/rare doctors who treat patients using physiotherapy first and if required, go for medicinal or surgical procedures.

I can write a long story but I don't intend to waste any more time on this doctor. It's been very disappointing getting treated from him (without results) and dealing with his arrogant ways. Quick words/terms for this doctor and his team - -‌ Over confident ‌- Exploitative -‌ Under performing/ Poor results ‌- Keeps you in the dark about your real health situation ‌- Ask him about treatment expenses in advance, he would just avoid and later charge a bomb. ‌- Ask him about details of your health situation, he would just say he has resolved everything. If an issue emerges later, he would just shirk putting it back on patient. ‌- If you change city and need to consult him again, he wouldn't even get on a quick video call. Such care for his patients! I wonder why this doctor is rated highly. I got my right thumb treated by him, in May 2022, via PRP treatment followed by few weeks of casting. On requesting him for a quick documented summary of the treatment for future reference (as I was changing cities), he behaved like God saying "Now you don't need to worry about it. No need to see any doctor". Few weeks after treatment, my case has worsened, I may need surgery now but he won't even get onto a video call for further guidance which would help me share history with next doctor. I visited Jayini sir for pain on internal side of knee. After examining he said it's PES Anserine Bursitis and said its caused due to Vit D n B12 deficiencies. I visited for shoulder pain. Dr Jayini is thorough and exact in identifying the issue. After tests, my b12 and d levels came out to be low, he suggested getting injection. The staff member administering injection is great, she injects slowly and the process is painless. My mother is a Doctor working in PHC and has been slogging with knee pain since many years. Heard of Hyaluronic acid injection for knee joint pains, in jayini multi-speciality clinic and took my mother for consultation. I am sharing my father "sciatica healing story " with Jayini Multi- speciality Clinic , Kondapur. On 1st April 2022 , I was diagnosed with sciatica, with unbearable tingling pain radiating from low- back to the right leg/ foot. My wife went to him for knee pains and his diagnosis was not only ineffective but his injections PRP(which was ONLY suggested initially), And later Hyaluronic Acid ( HA for Lubrication was Quietly suggested, which was double the cost but not revealed to us) resulted in very big swelling and pain. HA reaction continued for months along with stiffness. The patient became completely immobile and he kept saying that you will get relief and kept suggesting more complex and expensive tests to evade the problem. The other big problem with Jayini is that he gives these injections without ultrasound / fluoroscopic guidance and sterile (not casual) atmosphere. This resulted in the viscous fluid HA, going to incorrect places and causing reaction. Before treatment we kept asking him on how/where he will give and what he will give, but there was lack of clarity. The entire huge expense with this doctor was NOT only wasted but Negative and Painful. She had to consult another experienced doctor for special procedure to relieve this condition, and also spend a huge sum again. She is somewhat recovering out of the above only now. This doctor also suggests physiotherapy and it involves many visits for family and expensive too. Most doctors fail to accept their mistake and take patient feedback to improve. He even prescribed heavy painkiller POST the injections which counter acts with the PRP treatment effectiveness. All in all, be extremely careful in choosing the right Doctor and clarity of the treatment and its reaction.
