Excellent showroom of Jewellery.Genuine product with lots of new designs for all age people. Specially for females collections are excellent. I love the platinum with mix of gold bracelet.Support Staffs are well behaved and professional.Fazal was very good in convincing me to buy the product. I took scheme also on my wife's name. Only thing is lacking is when it's crowded people are not able to manage. Poor handling of clients when they enter to showroom while crowded.

We had a slightly different opinion on MALBAR because we had another favorite showroom. After being at the Malbar AS Rao Nagar branch, it changed our perspective. The staff here actually understands the requirements and shows them accordingly. They were polite, kind, and patient. Kudos to Mr. Krishna for being an amazing salesman.

Update after two months. Purchased diamond nose pin worth rs 13500, diamond nose pin was not shiny, roadside bangles shines way better than Malabar diamond nose pin. Nose pin was looking like ordinary. Glittering of diamond matters a lot. Ordinary stone is glittering more i was shoked. Gold jewellery is fine. People might not observe after purchasing diamond jewellery. Please prefer only gold jewellery not diamond from Malabar. Going to return diamond nose pin. I will update after return. Update after returning the diamond nose pin, i purchased it for 13500. While purchasing they said any time if you wish to exchange you get 100% money back. But while returning story is different they deducted making charges and gst. Return only 10600 out of 13500. Anyhow, don't purchase diamond.

There service is bad. They change the rules of the scheme in between the schemes. They promise something at the time of taking the scheme but tell something else at end of scheme. They are just Money lotting people in the name of schemes. If i would have put this amount in a bank as recurring deposit and would have got some interest on it. I would give them minus rating to these people. 10 years of being a loyal customer. This is what the treatment they give. And they call them selves professionally trained. They are only lotting people that's all. Think before you take any scheme. They making fool of people in the name of the scheme. I will never ever step into any Malabar store ever again, any Malabar store THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS

Malbar is a nice place to purchase gold ornaments. It has various designs with multiple options to purchase. Service by BHASKAR CHARY on minor repairs is excellent. And he is quite advisable to customers on their queries.

Very Good store. Wide variety of ornaments available to choose from. But, the Silver section is less manned and we had to wait for half an hour for a person to attend us to show the required items. After repeated reminders only a person was alloted to us who is having no knowledge about the subject. We had to spend almost 3 hrs to buy a pair of anklets. Loved the customer service. They were very prompt to attend and the collection is large. I love the fact that there are lot more choices. When we were leaving the store it was raining and the employees promptly held umbrellas for us while we got into our car. The service made us feel welcomed and valued even though we were definitely not the ones who made large purchases.

Not at all hospital. I felt as if am buying vegitables. Even vegitable vendors give suggestions nd talk nice sometimes, these guys are soooo rude and I didn't see them smiling at once. And their making charges are too high for a simple chain. Will never buy again from malabar

The collection and designs here are beautiful! But I am very particular about what I want and how I would like it. I was not very happy and satisfied and I felt the making charges are a bit high even for a smaller item and we would be compelled to believe that the charges are reasonable by the sales people there.

They have really good collection if you are looking for some unique styles in gold and diamonds. Even the staff are good. Only problem is they take a long time for billing.

Went to as rao nagar branch Was stuck in lift due to power failure ....none of the staff was concerned....they kept telling that generator will be switched on but nothing happened till 5 min ...lady floor manager was completed ignoring some one stuck in the lift ...i had called my wife and told her to followup that is when one staff went to inform downstairs....came out after 10 min. No one was concerned after i was out not even an apology or word for the inconveniences caused ....made to wait for 10 min to show the jewellery......not even water was offered during my stay of more than 90 minutes. We purchased some jewellery and also joined in their scheme also. Things like this happens sometimes just wanted the management to know that staff have to taught with some responsibilities of what has to be done in such situations.
