No stock, we were looking for dashavtaram neck set for which they had only 2 design and price is also high and even sales executive is not interested in showing the options, she was suggesting us to visit there other shop which is located in nearby area. She also told us that there are 5 shops which they own and this is there wholesale shop, which does not look like.

Nice place for immitation jewellery

Never saw this worst behavior in any shops, the collection is good but the staff are lazy to show they are least interested in showing the designs, and the cashier was soo soo rude when asked discount, he could have denied properly but was shouting and talking so badly, would never recommend anyone, is that how you treat the customer, I should have seen the reviews before, wouldn't have gone there. Seriously not recommended.

I am giving 1 star for the ethics of the shop. I have selected necklace worth 18k. I asked the shop if they do delivery and told yes. But still I have booked rapido myself for delivery and they delivered the item. They did not keep it in a box but just a cover, for which they told all reasons. Also didn't provide thread back chain which I specifically asked. I asked them to send a plastic box sometime as it is an expensive item and i need storage.. it's just 3kms away from my home. Also back chain is necessary.They told not possible, so they can deliver the jewellery but cannot send the box and chain because I have finished the payment?. So if payment is done u don't bother about ur service. I would say this is so cheap of them!

Usually the collection and quality of the products in this shop are very nice But unfortunately or fortunately I got a damaged piece that I saw after coming to home.later I contacted them and asked for a exchange the piece . After selecting the product while changing the colour of the stone they changed the rate tag of bracelet which was around 1400 they increased to 1600 and we showed the proof the management said yes they may increase so be aware when shop and while selecting the product itself check the price
