I ordered 2 garlic breads and got 2 halves instead of 2 full garlic breads. Also one did not have a dip.

This is not a dine in store. It's only for delivery or take out. They don't even have a price menu. I literally had to show how much they charge on Zomato and take discount which I usually get through zomato. If you want to go take out to have less price here than third party delivery, I would recommend just order online. Taste wise, decent.

Wish I had an option of zero star or negative star. Worst experience.... took 1 hr plus 15 minutes to deliver a cold pizza. Pathetic taste n full of liquid cheese, it mayo. Pls don't waste your money in this outlet.

Hi. I am trying to get through your customer care. I have dropped emails as well. Have gotten the acknowledgement once but my issue wasn't resolved. I made a payment of INR 802 on 3rd June, 2020 . Money was deducted but the order wasn't booked. I was assured on email and on call by your representative that I'll get my money back within 7 working days. But I still haven't. Please resolve. Highly irritated .

Please don't order from this Restaurant. They will not deliver what you ordered. if you try to contact them it goes to customer care and the response is pathetic. Swiggy delivered whatever these fellows packed, but they pack something which is not in your order. Think thrice before ordering.

The pizzas weren’t even warm when delivered. The taste did not justify the appetizing pics.

Delivered a non veg pizza instead of a veg pizza. Told me they will replace the pizza which I never received even after 2 hours. Waste of time and money.

I absolutely don’t recommend odering food from here. I have ordered from swiggy but the order is not delivered at all and even I didn’t get a refund. Neither Oven Story nor Swiggy could track the order and provide a solution.

Very bad experience...never order from this place... took 1.5 hours to deliver the orde and its not unusual for them... they have their own delivery agents and you know how they would handle orders during peak hours.... To be honest if you have dominos or pizzahut as option never order from this restaurant... even if you don't have option never order from this place .... And one advice .. sometimes it's better to shut down business rather than running it this way....

Worst Pizza Experience. Ordered through Oven Story App. For 3 kms radius delivery have taken close to 90 mins. Pizza is cold, soggy and worst taste. Please stop cheating customers and stop running your business if you are not able to give the same service as Pizza Hut or Dominos. Will never order from Oven Story. Worst First and last Pizza Purchase from oven Story. Would request other customers also not to go for this Pizza.

Had the worst pizza of my life. Seems like the staff is not aware that pizza should be served from microwave oven. Instead I received a pizza from Refrigerator after waiting for long 1hr.
