a
change

their
routine
and
be
able
feel
good
about
themselves
and
improve
their
fitness
levels,
I
would
like
to
tell
you
that
you
are
at
a
right
platform
if
you
are
reading
this.
My
name
is
Priyanka

I
rarely
write
a

feedback
unless
I
genuinely
think
it’s
a
worth

a

I

options

gain
strength

stamina.

YouTube

coaches”
they
all
helped
me
a
little
but
I
honestly
never
felt
the
drive
within
to
stick
to
them.
I
came
across
Shravani
from
her
fitness
videos,
she
seemed
more
about
the
true
fitness
rather
than
“fitness
for
appearances”!
I
am
sure
you’d
know
what
I
mean.
I
took
personal
classes
with
her
for
about
two
months.
I
highly
recommend
her
to
anybody
who
is
looking
for
learning
about
their
body
and
the
importance
of
postures.
She
takes
time
to
study
your
body
type
and
let’s
you
settle
in
with
the
pace
that
your
body
allows
you
to
push
and
makes
you
learn
the

I
take

classes.
