    Shravani took a lot of effort to understand me and customize the fitness and nutrition coaching to suit my lifestyle. She also ensured that the form was right and enabled benefits to be seen at every level. Her commitment to the process inspired me to give my best in each session. Highly recommended

    Shravani explains every point very clearly and in a very simple way. A lot of information related to lifestyle changes available on internet is very overwhelming and you find it difficult to apply them in your daily life. But, the points mentioned by Shravani in the workshop are very much doable in our daily lives. Looking forward to attend many more informative session hosted by her in future.

    To everyone who is willing to make a change in their routine and be able feel good about themselves and improve their fitness levels, I would like to tell you that you are at a right platform if you are reading this. My name is Priyanka and I rarely write a review feedback unless I genuinely think it’s a worth to put a good word out. Like many I also tried different fitness options to gain strength and stamina. I went to gym, runs. YouTube videos, “influence coaches” they all helped me a little but I honestly never felt the drive within to stick to them. I came across Shravani from her fitness videos, she seemed more about the true fitness rather than “fitness for appearances”! I am sure you’d know what I mean. I took personal classes with her for about two months. I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for learning about their body and the importance of postures. She takes time to study your body type and let’s you settle in with the pace that your body allows you to push and makes you learn the techniques, Believe me you - GIVE ME 10 more 20 more 30 more is all good for likes and comments but learning about your body and generating the flow within yourself is what makes you feel fit and “look fit” in the long run. This I gained from my experience with her. My body type is slim. Everyone who knows me would tease me if they knew I take fitness classes. In simplest words Why I recommend Shravani - “…I could never touch my feet without bending my knees! But now I can Yayy!… and that’s my first milestone with Shravani…” She is a perfectionist and that little thing about her brings out the perfect posture out of you over countless number of reps… Hey! I dig that about fitness so if you do too then join her classes. - Cheers!

    Shravani is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. She knows so much about so many different types of workouts. She had a good variety of exercises for me and went through each one with me, really being attentive and thoughtful. I've enjoyed the training so much and definitely recommend her!!.

    I joined with FitRim for post-pregnancy fitness. Shravani is an amazing trainer with vast knowledge and she is a very professional trainer. She understands your body and designs sessions and suggests diet accordingly.FitRim motivates you workout everyday and also eat healthy. I have seen a positive change just within one month with FitRim. I definitely recommend FitRim .💪

    I've always been a fitness enthusiast. Dealing with anxiety and postpartum weight gain were my major complaints. Training sessions with Shravani not only helped me do what I love but also made me stronger, positive and more flexible. Her sessions are motivating to push ourselves a bit every day. Her enthusiasm and knowledge that she shares during each session excites us to work even more :)

    I am glad that I decided to join FitRim. FitRim gives you that push you need to wake up and join every single class and the confidence that change is possible. The best thing I like about Shravani @FitRim is her attention to detail and never say never attitude. She starts from the basics and eases you into diverse set of workouts that feel challenging and yet fun. She corrects each exercise till its perfect and then proceeds to tell you their variations. I started taking her sessions to feel active all through the day and increase my stamina and I am so happy that I did. Recommend this fully to beginners and experienced learners as well.

    It is said that "Health is a relationship between you and your body,mind." Sometimes or rather most of the time we do not have a proper relationship with our bodies and minds. This is the point where Shravani plays a very important role in establishing this relationship by getting us to settle in our core, strong and firm and with this strength to move the body making it more agile and flexible. Shravani emphasizes on good nutrition, right exercise and good sleep, which will Go a long way in keeping the body and mind fit and energetic.     Shravani is very patient, and calm and at the same time very professional. I consulted her on audio call for diet, exercise and my day to day mobility concerns in general. She gave me useful insights and addressed each concern carefully. Thank you Shravani, keep up the good work. :)

    So a little background. It's been a while since I have worked out, weight goes up and down, lack of motivation for myself. I started looking for a trainer and my sister recommended sravani. I was skeptical at first about virtual training, but she is a great trainer and made difference in my overall health. On our first session she had me active for an entire hour and at the end I was exhausted and in disbelief that she got me through it successfully. Provided great feedback for each exercise, letting me know if my form needed to be adjusted for maximum benefit. I feel noticeably stronger following each session. She is very professional, informative and perfect combination of coaching, encouragement and pushing limits. I tell you, you are in capable hands!!

    Shravani is an excellent Personal Trainer. She plans the sessions well and knowledgeable about fitness and Nutrition. One can see improvement within just few days in postures, flexibility, strength. She corrects postures, explains in detail and gives feedback for each pose. One-one discussions with her about nutrition and exercises will help you a lot in your fitness journey. All the Best Shravani.

    Shravani has a very highly professional approach to Personal Training. Her training method is very detail oriented, explaining every move and its benefits with patience. The varied workout routines keep it interesting and include all kinds of movements. She constantly motivates me to push my limits and level up. She doesn’t stick to only workouts, infact she checks up on me regularly, regarding mental health, food habits and sleep pattern. Her consultation sessions helped me in inculcating sustainable habits and having a holistic approach to health and fitness. She readily shares her knowledge on diverse topics, making the consultation sessions very insightful. I am glad I found Shravani on my fitness journey, who inspires to bring out the best in me, in every single workout session.

    I couldn’t attend my group fitness classes at work during Covid and was not motivated enough to workout on my own. This added to the stress and I started feeling depressed. That’s when I joined FitRim. Shravani is an amazing personal trainer and helped me get back to my routine. She took time to understand my goals and injuries, based on which she designed a great workout plan. She also guides me with nutrition, encourages me to eat healthy. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions with tremendous patience. She keeps the sessions very interesting, introduces new exercises regularly, explains the exercises patiently. She has been a constant motivator and provides regular feedback on my progress. Personal training with Shravani made me understand my strengths and weaknesses. I started feeling more energized and happy again. Her passion to help others by sharing her knowledge through blogs, videos amazes me. I would highly recommend trying Shravani’s fitness classes.

    I took a consultation with Shravani just to get an understanding of how to balance fitness with sustainability- which is one of the main reasons I got in touch with her. I found the session really useful. I made some notes and I’m trying to stick to it. I’d definitely recommend anyone who’s interested in long term fitness and health maintenance (and not just weight loss) to definitely get in touch with Shravani.     I have been taking fitness sessions from Shravani for 6 months now. I started off with no much prior experience of workouts. So she had to start teaching from the beginning. She has always been very clear in her instructions and observant of what works best on me. There have been times when I would feel low that I need to focus on reducing weight or inches specifically but she has ensured that I focus on holistic improvement in terms of food, health, breathing, posture, sleep, stress and water intake. My experience with Shravani has been wonderful. Along with the improvement in metrics we were looking at, I feel so much better and confident about myself now.

    My experience with Sravani as a fitness trainer was amazing. Her guidance involved core management, how to maintain balance while doing complex postures, doing the postures correctly and ensuring the health of the spine. I have spine injuries and ligament tears. So doing the exercises in a right way was very important. I am very happy that I came to know about FitRim. I am sad that I am unable to continue with her guidance because of time zone problems. Her training helped me alot and I always remember whatever corrections she made during the sessions. Thank you Sravani.

👍 Love this pool. Water is clean and well maintained. There's not too much chorine, unlike other pools. The changing rooms are separate and clean. There's a separate pool area for kids. The cost can be reduced a little more for per day users.
