(Update) - Turned out better after the review - action was taken! Worst experience ever! Gave my ring for repair (the diamond fell out of the ring in less than 6 months time). I was promised a 15 day delivery time - it's been more than the assured time, nobody has called to give an update, they don't pick up store calls, unresponsive on chat (responded to hi and disappeared after knowing the issue). They donot provide any alternate number. Being someone who is constantly travelling for work, it is not feasible to visit the store physically just to check the status of the order. Update - The staff was kind enough to reach out and fix the issue. Apparently the above occurred due to low staffing - I'm satisfied with the overall issue resolution time and effort taken. Changing it to a higher rated experience - Thankyou!

Gold Price of this Store is Very Very High and the actual 22K gold across all the leading stores of Hyderabad is 5510 and the store had charged 5670 which has costed me an additional 4800 for my Ornament Purchase and claimed that they follow the Mumbai rates of Gold which is funny and how come in Hyderabad they charge Mumbai rates and even making charges are exorbitant compared to Malabar, Kalyan, Joy Alukkas and of course with Lalitha Jewellers. The Store Manager and the Staff is Simply Awesome and Very humble. Designs of the Store is astounding. Giving the 5* rating Only for the humble Staff and finally could able to get 4K discount additionally on the final bill with the help of Mr.Ali. Advice : To Stay ahead in the Competition need to Offer the Local Hyderabad Gold Prices but NOT of Mumbai.

Bluestone have an amazing frontline but their backend and designing team is equally pathetic. I have been ordering customised jewellery from them since last 3 years and have never faced such delays and rough quotes without design. I requested a quote for customised set (Pendent, Earing, Ring & Charms bracelet) design is very simple, since last 2 months they didn't share the design images and shared only estimate that to after 6 weeks with no clarity on type of stone. They should have provided quotes for each stone type, which i requested. I am really thankful to the sales person (Sadam) for his attentiveness and responding to my calls, but without an anglie and professional designer team, the frontline can not do much. Thank you Sadam for exceptional customer service and patience.
