    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE: The staff needs to understand that customers pay and buy from the store. They behave as if they are giving jewellery for free. Very very RUDE. I'm sure this is the end of road for Khazana if they don't improve. They asked me to DM the phone number but no one contacted, that's how bad their services are. This store is better avoided. The chandanagar, Hyderabad store manager was rude, the customer service at the store has gone bad to worse. I had subscribed to Gold Flexi Plan at the store and after completing 10 months I went to buy gold ornaments for my daughter's. As per policy after 10 months you get 100% VAT Exemption. Initially stored billed me with 100% VAT Exemption but later stated that I have to pay 2000 extra. I tried to show terms and conditions but the store manager though he mentioned i completed 10 months he asked me to pay 2000 more else wait for next month. This is broad daylight cheating by the company. I regret going to the store and subscribing to their flexi plan. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

    The sales team and store manager need great improvement. No one to answer queries, even if there is someone, attitude towards customers is pathetic. Billing is the worst, this was the second visit in the last 6 months, and the experience is terrible. They just don't care for orderly billing, so process take double the time than shopping :) Good luck shopping here alongside higher prices compared to a few other jewelers.

    Don't take scheme in Khazana. One year back, we have taken two schemes in Khazana Jewellery for 12 months for my wife. We have paid 2 lakhs. At the time of taking that scheme, staff made false promise that if we didn't like anything in the display, they will customize the jewellery for us. But now, they are arguing and defending with us. I'm sorry to say this. I did not see such a worst and unprofessional staff like Chandanagar, Hyderabad branch. They are arrogant too. When asked for the catalog, they say that they will not maintain catalog. Very worst silly reply. Store manager provided a number of a person who will show the jewellery in online. If we liked any of them, he said they will bring that jewellery to the store. But what they are saying is we need to definitely purchase that jewellery. Otherwise they won't bring them to the store. Most silly reply ever. Are they thinking is it a kind of a grocery ? Very worst management. I deeply regret taking scheme in this branch.

    Staff here speaks only local language Telegu. They have difficulty in understanding you if you are non Telgu speakers. Staff crack jokes lagh among themselves in front of you. Designs available are good and a lot to select from.

    Pathetic experience, today I went to purchase some ornaments but they are least interest to sell items. No one is ready to answer the customer request. My advice is not recommended for purchasing ornaments. When demand is more management have to look for sufficient staff to show case the items. If you are continuing same like this you will get bad feedback about your firm and you will not sustain in the market. But customers having multiple shops in this area for better shopping.

    Spacious, well organized, centralized AC, Can have have Readymade Ornaments as well can place an order for custom made. Hallmarked, pleasing display, easily viable etc. Warm welcoming staff, can have coffee and soft drinks and water on request.

    I have been a customer of Khazana jewellery for more than 2 decades now and shopped at multiple branches & cities. In this part of Hyderabad, this is good. They have a nice collection of gold jewellery & silver articles. Designs are nice with both traditional & modern available. We prefer the traditional designs. Of late quality & quantity has started declining i guess. Few of recent purchases don't hold well & links come apart. They have free service to fix it but I wouldn't expect it within 6 months or less. Also, in my recent purchases the weight of the product is mentioned about 0.01gm more than actual aprox depends on overall weight. Purchased a jewellery for 1.950gm billed weight but post billing, removing the tags, checking the weight 2 times consistently showed 1.944 or 1.945. In today's rate, it comes to about ₹25 for that difference in weight. This is not a small amount, more than what would one normally pay as tips. Also, this is on top of 18-22% wastages charged on the jewellery. Request when wastage is charged, please don't overcharge customers with excess weight even at small levels. Suggest to weight the product before generating the final invoice after removal of all tags. It's also a problem during resale when weights don't match.

    Poor customer support. Very limited models. Executives only support to regular customers and keep u waiting for plenty of times. Billing and handover of product takes lot of time. So bad experience.

    We have been waiting for small link items from this store for more than 60 days. Only response is stock is not available call next week. Then why they can’t mention please check in other shops. If you are planning minor customisations to purchased ornaments Khazana is not well managed for such arrangement.

    I visited twice and both the times had very bad experience. The first visit they made me wait for 10 mins and later informed this was not the cash counter. There was argument instead of accept that missed to to mention that the counter was unavailable they only made my experience worse. Second visit: the floor manager was impolite and did not know how to talk with the customer. It does have some designs but staff needs to be more respectful.

    No expected models and the middle class people cannot afford the cost as the products are with medium weight and cannot see less weight things to purchase. Should have less weight items in silver also.

    Good experience visiting this store. Staff were cordial and helpful. Many varieties of gold and diamond jewellery and various silver items are available. Good place to shop for festival and marriage jewellery needs.

    Models may be good. But th service at silver section is bad. Not sure if it is because silver and they don't care. They asked me to wait to show the models of Ganesh idol. Without showing, they came and asked me if the item is selected. Whether it is silver or gold... Anything is a valuable purchase for a customer

    Not a wide spread of varieties when visited for the couple rings. Nor the staff is attentive and kind with the customers. Could have been much better with the customer experience and jewellery designs.

    I am regular customer chandanagar store always only one is it the silver,if you only want gold, I have taken the diamond ,when will the manger come and get the silver naughty discount, is all busy in gold , manger always on the ground floor , I know sravan patience and explanation is good , always major problem manger will not come to the first floor and discount

    Bad billing service - take ages to process the billing. Poor customer support. Very limited models. Executives only support to regular customers and keep u waiting for plenty of times -feels like govt employees. we were asked to 1st floor & second floor multiple times.... a lot walking/climbing.... very difficult for aged people and problem with legs...

    Gold collections can be improved. For a few armaments wastage is high. Customer's old gold valuation is good. Too crowded on festivals and holidays. Drinking water available. But recommend to carry our own bottle. No sign of toilets.

    Khazana has best collection of gold ornaments compared to its competitors. It's better to purchase a scheme plan, and buy gold with the scheme money, since there won't be any making chanrges.

    Unprofessional staff, don't care attitude from supervisors and thier highest wastage charges on gold ornaments definitely keeps you away in making any purchase from this store. Gold schemes are their USP. They try very hard to sell their gold schemes by giving rosy picture, once you commit you are locked. You will realise their tactics when it comes to scheme redumption and you will realise your mistake. Staff not worried about customer retention and satisfaction. They don't even approach you unless you go and ask/beg for help. It was good few years back and I had a very long association with the branch for 10+ years. Things have changed a lot and we moved on to other alternatives. Unfortunately my mom went for a scheme without my knowledge and I realized again that nothing has changed in last few years. Think twice before you prefer this store for any purchase.

    Value add is very HIGH compared with market. Gold Scheme is a big scam. Their corporate office and stores doesn't have coordination. Doesn't recommend this stores at all.. if you wish to get scammed and cheated..you are welcomed...😀

    Good one. We have many options here. Response is good. Are is very good. You have some more jewellery shops arround this like GRT and few more. Good parking place. You can park your car here and visit remaining gold shops also and then return.

    This is not a jewellery shop it’s a stupid store with waste staff . Need to maintain queue system and no chairs to sit. I went along with my small baby boy still they are not bothered to put a chair n resolve the issue asap. Omg too much of attitude for staff. I didn’t like it.. there is a queue system which is rubbish . Forget the time you need to be in the line for hours . Worst service ..

    Khazana jewellers is a well known brand for trust worthy jewels and good number of models. But the billing part is pathetic. If you take 1 hr for shopping, billing will take 2 hours if you have to exchange old jewellary. There are just two counters and each one takes atleast 10 mins not sure what they do. If you have 4 people in front of you in the queue , you would have to stand for 30 mins to get your turn

    Very bad experience at khajana madinaguda branch...sales men and floor manager Satish behaviour is not up to khanaja standards...sales men not unable to express offers and show the varieties...just they want customer to purchase the item which they shown..manger Satish is one more spl fun character..when I complained abt salesmen mistake he not even called and asked the salesmen..due to manager Satish behaviour I closed my gold savings scheme of 15k per month..which I opend just 1month before .I strongly not suggest madinaguda branch for purchase of valuable gold

    Staff is very good and courteous. Billing place is very small and always crowded. People cannot follow queue system. Visited twice and both times people got into arguments due to someone trying to break into queue. Need proper place so that queue can be formed and staff should enforce queue system

    i did the payment in khazana chandanagar from phonepe. amount debited and transaction successful and i have showed to khazana team. But they said like due to some technical problem amount will refund back to you in 24hr. if not refund please reach us back. This should not be correct way to deal with customers. I have showed to tx history but they are not agreed and they didn't check their bank statement. Blindly due to payment machine failure not giving statement so we are not processed with your order. Even one star also more than enough
