Don't put your hard earned money into this enterprise. They haven't scaled up to cater to their signed up customers. I was denied a holiday in the Christmas time frame with the excuse that they were sold out though I'd intimated them more than a month and a half back. I even tried to accommodate a change in schedule yet they still came back with their stock response, "we're sold out". Go find something far more respectful and trustworthy than these folks.

this is completely fake. don't put your money here. instead you can book your rooms in online platforms when ever is required ? I struggled alot to get my money back. And I strongly believe these 5 star ratings are fake ratings
