Designs are good. But the system of billing is very bad and felt sorry for people how being treated for asking any discounts. Store Manager giving people discount of 2k over a bill of 2.7Lakh after they made customer family stood there for 15 mins.. I want to cancel my 40k monthly chit scheme. Gold can be purchased from any seller who is providing BIS Hallmark. But the billing transparency and treating customer is something make you stand in market. I really felt so better in shopping with Tanishq and regional seller Lalitha Jewellers.

I am a old customer of khazana jewellery, also pay the gold schemes. But had a very bad experience with my diamond ring. The diamond came out in one month. I got it repaired and it took almost two months. The diamond again went away in one week. This has happened three times with the ring. Everytime I visit them and tell them the issue but no use. Bad service, waiting period, and again the service charge everytime I get the ring repaired. Still it’s the same situation with the ring. I will never buy diamond from here again.

Beware of subscribing for the monthly Gold Saving schemes, if you want to subscribe take care that you redeem it in the same store where you have actually subscribed, else you will have to go through tough times. We subscribed in Khazana Bangalore Jayanagar, and post that we had to relocate to Hyderabad all of a sudden so we continued our paymemts online which was good, but when we had to redeem after 11 months, the Hyd stores were not ready to accept as they needed an approval from Jayanara Bangalore and that takes minimum 10 days so we kept quiet. After 15 months Jayanagar branch delivered the Cheque to our address stating either we can cash it or we can buy jwellery in any branch anywhere PAN India. And now the Somajiguda branch helped us out but to do the redmption it took 1 hour in the billing counter for the cashier to tell us that he cannot help us, however the manager accepted and approved the billing. Thanks to Somajiguda branch manager who was so proactive in helping us. But I request the Khazana higher ups to streamline this process , as customer satisfaction is very important for future. I am pasting the image where you can see Mr. Kishore Kumar Jain in all three states playing his part for COVID ( this image is from a flexi in Somajiguda Khazana branch), that means Khazana is one organisation across all states, then why the processes are not one in all the states...

Good store with wide variety of collections. The store is always busy with less number of staff which takes time to view the jewelery and also at the billing counter. Kaveri sister who has assisted us was very patient showed us jewelery in our price range.

We have been going here since last 20 plus years..good collection..service could be better as compared to what it was earlier...

They should first learn to respect the customer. We went in and waited for almost for an hour.there are not even sufficient chairs to sit. we have asked for water twice but they couldn't even provide water . We just got out and visited another store. How you recieve customer is important in any business.

Their monthly gold SIP allows paying anyday of the month which is more flexible than other shops i saw. Been to the Coimbatore shop many times and only once to this branch. Same values and courteous staff. A good place to habituate yourself if you are into collecting jewellery.

I started the montly gold Sceam in warangal khazana show room.. but they are closed the showroom in warangal..how an i refound my amount???atleast they did not infam to customers...durty peoples...

Very busy during weekends, better go week days.. there is no ample parking, if you go in weekends you have to park on the road side.. few sales personnel are there need to wait longer time.. if you buy something billing will take atleast an hour

Worst response from sales person if u have a scheme in the Somajiguda store. Mainly in the bangles section no one shows the designs. They keep the customers waiting for long time. Bangle section incharge ( Narsimlu) he simply does time pass

You should stand like a student in that store. The manager and the concerned never listen until unless the customer who sits first. If you go with a little one, please ensure to bring all the things the pantry person never listens to your request and even water as well. Please ensure the same.

It's OK not a big place but atleast either they have to expand their store or their staff. I l Felt u fare to keep the buyers make they stand ideal for atleast half hr to accompany with the staff. And pls offer water either in disposable glasses not with small 5rs bottles atleast people with kids and I recommend not to serve water in the same glass to everyone.

Visited them for bangle mela, was ready to buy upto 60gms gold. They wer not so busy but took 30min to attend us. Even after attending us the lady (don’t want to take the name) was more interested in other male colleagues passing comments but least interested in showing us designs. Out of such huge collection she couldn’t even find designs surprisingly.

Worst way of treating elderly customer at special diamond section They just waste your time. Never buy diamond..at this place Sales man Nikhil and Ahamand they literally wasted my time, they don't respect customers time I had taken my grand parents to get them a diamond rings I have just being waiting for them to give estimate of rings. Worst customer treatment, i never seen such attitude anywhere in the city in any shop. Don't even try to visit, we waited for 30 minutes but no body tried to attend. I explicit asked if they can attend and let's know the waiting time still kp body bothered with careless attitude. Can't even imagine such stupid attitude

Th designs of jewellery are very good and the people here receive customers very well but maximum the store will be too rush so they will not be able to focus on all at a time and some times it may take time for them to show jewellery. Avoid going here at lunch times. Either visit in the morning or evening os better.

Worst gold store ever visited, not even 1 rupee deduction on the price , compared to other glod shops waste and % they charge are very high.. Most important coustomer service and response of the employee are worst. felt like employees are hired from "sulabh complex" spending our huge money with no proper response , proper rate..Idont even see 1 postive review from long time.

Unfriendly for NRIs and Foreigners. They don’t accept international debit or credit cards. If you don’t use Indian cards, you can’t make any purchase. Requested them to put a signboard mentioning they don’t let foreigners buy with foreign debit/credit cards.

Nice, except for too much waiting at the billing high counter which makes it impossible to sit since no chairs either. For Hindus GOLD is extremely auspicious and it is not like buying steel or aluminum. The delivery station next to the cash counter tucked under stairs is atrociously distasteful design.

I taken monthly scheme with khazana. After my scheme complete I went to purchase gold. After process complete. Last minute they refuse to purchase the order. We traveled from long distance to purchase gold here due to the goodwill they have. I very much disappointed with khazana sales team.they have least concern about the customer .

Khajana Panjagutta Staff is Worst behaviour, they won't value the customers.A couple who dressed very normal came yesterday around 7:30 pm and the Khajana staff didn't care about them. Instead of assisting some one to them,asked to wait for 10mins even though many are just standing chit chatting. The Couple walked out sadly.

Upto any scheme joining they are saying like every thing will be ok but after joining they didn't give atleast free gift yet it's almost 3 months, think onnce again for the same ,they didn't call but you need to follow up one day you get result, but making charge is bit high, while showing sales persons are good may be, after that if any issue you need to follow up and need to have patience

No upi or net banking, only cards & cash are allowed. Nowadays with government's restrictions on cards it has been difficult to make the payment. Should include upi for hassle free experience. Ample designs to choose from. Outlet is big compared to Kukatpally. They've told that this is the main branch. Overall, a pleasant experience.

They say it is the main branch of khazana in Hyderabad, however we found very limited products with minimal staff and no one to assist on time ... I have seen they hired new staff who are under training who can't help. Overall we need to wait a long time to get help

I wish i could give 0 star for this store. Its not about jewellery. I have faced worst thing at this store yesterday (18/02/2024).An employee from store misbehaved with me. What wrong i did was approaching the management team, they supported their employee and didn't even bother to listen to my complaint. I even asked to check the cctv, they said they will check but they didn't I wish i could have directly slapped that staff member rather going to management team. Please ladies be safe at this store and gentlemen please take care of your ladies or girls.
