👍👍 A must visit place to every single one. The collection is soo good. There's a lot of collection that it literally takes your whole day. It just amazes me how hard the artists have worked to make these amazing pieces of artifacts in those times. All the artwork is so fine and accurate. And remember ,... A must visit place to every single one. The collection is soo good. There's a lot of collection that it literally takes your whole day. It just amazes me how hard the artists have worked to make these amazing pieces of artifacts in those times. All the artwork is so fine and accurate. And remember , this is during that time where not even telephone was invented. Now we are having 3d printers. The only thing I was disappointed here was due to food. It takes lot of time to get your order ready. And it is so much crowded at food area. After all the collection is amazing.

Such a beautiful place ever i was visited. Many things and arts available in this museum. Ticket cost is low Rs 20 for adults and free for children. Rs 50 for mobile phone or camera. Good collection of Salarjung. I cannot express my feelings how much i enjoyed here. Different types of art galleries, guns, swords, silver plates, double statue, different clocks, etc. spend at least five hours to see all things in this museum. Some items are available to purchase in this museum, separate room is there to sell items.

Even if you aren't a big fan of visiting museums, trust me, this one is worth visiting. Some of the pieces are so beautiful and magnificent, that anyone who appreciates art would stare for hours. There is a clock people wait every hour to see something happening (let me not reveal what 😂😂). Moreover, the enitre museum is filled with collections of a single person. Highly recommended.

Salary Jung museum was the palace of sultan. After his era which was taken over by government and converted into a museum. All of here are collections Sultan himself. Lot of photos available of the Sultan and his family. You can see from stone statues, old manuscripts to jewels. And their old dresses. Lot of foreign collections. Worthy of visit. But you need one whole day to see everything.

One of the best museum to visit in Hyderabad. You should have atleast Four hours to visit properly. As an art lover , you will love this place. Ancient, modern, Every art you will find here. History of salarjung and of hyderabad will be in front of your eyes. Nataraj Pose of Shiva Shankar will be most loved art and statues are eye catching. Arms, and many more. You will have full day course to enjoy if you are an art lover. Must visit this place.

Amazing place with lots of art collected by Salar Jung. It is located next to a small river and it looks stunning. Attraction here is unveiled Rebecca. I fell in love with the artists and this guy's is a gem. The collection are from across globe, varies from different cultures.

One of the best museums in India but sadly it has not been maintained. The three-storeyed musuem houses the collection from the Salar Jung family which is authentic and reminds you of the glorious times of the Nizams of Hyderabad. Some of the other artefacts were claimed and bought, but the current status of those items shows the sad state of affairs.

The place is excellent.. but the ratings is purely as the sheer crowd doesnot allow you to truly enjoy this place... if you are with kids, DO NOT LET THEM WANDER OFF!!! Tip: do not drive to this place as parking poses a huge challange, hire a Ola or uber instead. Spend time is about 2-3 hrs..

Timings: 10am - 5pm Entry fee for one: Rs. 20 + Rs. 50 (if you want to take pictures from your phone/camera) Parking for two wheelers & four wheelers is available at some additional token cost. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Salar Jung Museum is one of the three national museums of India. The collections of the museum were sourced from Salar Jung Family. The sculpture room and Ivory room are very beautiful. The musical clock is a major attraction of the museum, many people gather just to see the hourly gong. Reserve a minimum of 3 hours for this if you want to see the whole museum. The museum is very well maintained and clean. It is a MUST visit for the people who are very much interested in history. It can be a good learning experience for children. There is a food court inside the museum which serves a good number of options to choose from if you get hungry. ------------------------------------------------------------------- I got to see the old age weapons for the first time which I've seen only in movies and shows so far. It was intriguing. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't miss to check out these: 1. The Musical Clock 2. Male-Female Wooden Statue 3. Marble Statue of Veiled Rebecca 4. Antique Coins Collection 5. Antique Walking Sticks Collection 6. Royal Armory Collection
