I got admitted to this Hospital as it was near to my place , I was undergoing Dengue treatment here.One of the worst Hospitality ever encountered . Supporting staff are negligible and do not perform their duties. Infrastructure is very bad , No Hygiene , No Maintenance, Their room charge is equal to a 5star Hospital but service is very poor. There is neither a calling bell nor any sister arrives to attend on time . I don’t this this hospital deserves any rating or any certifications . I recommend the quality council to audit this hospital and check and if they are maintaining the right level of infrastructures for the service being offered

In general very good. I am very pleased by the overall positive communication with all staff. Everybody is most helpful. No problems with this practice. Generally good, polite service and confident in GPs, nurses and receptionists. All the staff and doctors are very good. I’ve felt so ill over the past 12-18 months and been looked after so well by everyone at the surgery. A lovely, friendly practice. Entirely satisfied with all aspects of the practice. It’s fab! I always find the reception/admin staff very friendly, helpful and understanding. Receptionist have always been able to book an appointment, which is usually urgent. Thank you. X

Excellent team of Doctors and Staff. Took my father on extreme emergency situation where we are praying to God to save my father and having doubts on corporate hospitals but they proved me wrong they really took my father's case very seriously and saved him from the emergency situation. I recommend highly this hospital for people who are looking for a better treatment.

Because of close location we preferred, but I think little high on financial side. They charge two different rates for same test in hours gap. If they found no problem in diagnosis also, they will write minimum 10000 rupees medicines. They charge 25% more than MRP. whoever visits them check the rates of tests, if done twice, MRP and everything or otherwise you will have a big hole in your pocket. If they get a patient, they do investigations with all the machines to the patients whether he suffers with that problem or not. Every equipment is checked with every patient hard earned money. After treatment in ICU also there will not be any improvement like platelet count and you can notice decrease in the figures. If you ask why there is no improvement, they will say miracles won't happen in a day or two. May be improvement happens after months treatment. Insurance department is hopeless, they can't communicate with Insurance companies in any language perfectly.

Excellent management and well experienced doctors. I was admitted in TX Hospital, Uppal recently for a surgery (done by Dr.Jagdeesh Pusa sir - Orthopaedist). The hospital infrastructure is very good and clean. Must mention the nursing staff as well as other assisting staff members... They were very supportive and helpful. Before I came to this hospital, I went to two hospitals but couldn't get a better treatment there so I came from very far to get treated here. My stone has removed. And thank God so far I haven’t found any problem. After taking services one get to learn that there is a great difference between low cost services and cheap services. No coordination among the staff. No one know what exactly is happening. The hospital can use some serious streamlining. Especially the lab that does the blood work, it takes 90 minutes for them to do simple blood sugar test. While people wait for the test results, doctor goes for rounds. Total chaos.

Patients attendent washrooms is not sufficient only one washroom is available which is common for IPD and OPD, availability of space for ICU attendent is not sufficient. For common people it's costly and can't be bared, those who had no financial problem for them is the best as doctors are very diversified expertise and good excellence
