My experience in short I booked a long stay from 1st April and paid ₹62720 for it with confirmation, on reaching the property they said the room is unavailable for the month and ₹31360 is non refundable and I'm free to use it in the next 4 months (based on their availability) or it'll be lapsed. I don't have plans to stay in Hyderabad, hope no one finds themselves in the same situation, be careful ask them beforehand if you pay for a booking and they can't provide a room what is there policy. The rooms, services and location are good

PROS: Great location. Good rooms and amenities (gym, cafe, turf, zumba). (DO NOT trust the photos here, some rooms are in bad conditions as well, especially the ones in B block on ladies floor) Great ambience and 24x7 security. Good co-living facilities for all residents. CONS: Worst service and management. Exorbitantly high priced for mediocre service. Unprofessional staff and strange rules and regulations. It's very easy to get conned by them! They never stick to their words. Increase the rent without any specific reason/justification whenever they want. They don't even stand by their own documented terms and conditions. In fact, they didn't even return my security deposit.

I have been staying since October 2022. It's a perfect place where you feel home.

Expect utter disappointment for refunds while checking out. Staff will come up with some or other charges and claims that don’t exist. I had been charged for a bed sheet stain that didn’t exist, comes up with some random sheet and says 750 rupees for the stains on bed sheet. Akhil the staff person speaks in Telugu and expects the other person isn’t aware of the language. Train your staff how to behave will help you with service down the line.

I stayed here for around 2 years. The new management is too much Arrogant. They didn't care about customers they simply care about money. Earlier the price is $ now it's like $$$$$+ 12% GST. No matter whether you are staying for the long term or short term. Even quality of service is also decreased. Housekeeping is not that regular. The gym area and the playing area are also not good nowadays. People start understanding and leaving property ASAP. Simple words don't stay there it's the worst experience ever. Wonderful location, great ambience and fantastic views from the room's balcony. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. All amenities like gym, laundry, table tennis and pool are hosted in house which makes this place ideal for working professionals.

Mine was a company provided complementary accommodation and trust me it is the best one. I had a very pleasant time here, also the services are amazing, on time and professional. They are available to help 24×7 and it is safe as well. A happy customer 😊😊

Depends upon your requirements but still its expensive. For simply staying you might not feel okay with its pricing. At the moment, Hyderabad is full of Migrants and people especially Bachelors are hardly getting anything to live in apart from poorly build options. So, in that case you can live here but still better options are available at a much better price with equal services.

I stayed at Boston Living for almost a year and it's been really great. It's a lively and happening place where you can meet many people from different backgrounds. The management organizes a lot of events for you to take part in and enjoy. Food is really nice and other amenities like gym and games room offer a complete package. Although at the pricier end, it's worth it if you want to cut down travel time and costs near Hitech City

Perfect place for corporate employees to stay in. Wifi, cafe's, you name it... you have everything available

I've had a great trip to Hyderabad and all the credit goes to the Boston Living Team, it is just not an another place for accomodation but an environment which gives you a feeling of home away from home. From cozy, comfy well equipped rooms to a great mess which offers a delicious range of preparations in their menu. This place has everything that you would need to call it a best stay...Also, the location is pretty amazing if you are a foodie like me then you have a bunch of amazing restaurants around walkable distance (airport is almost 30mins away), Boston living team also arranges engagement activities on frequent basis, I celebrated my first ever ganesh chaturthi festival with BL team. I'm very happy with their services and would 100% recommend this place for short and long stays, Special thanks to Ms Sheela for making my stay very delightful. Good job BL Team.

Boston Living provides great services to its residents. The environment leaves you wanting to come again and experience it all over again. Cleanliness has been their top priority and they live up to what the expectations they have set. The Management staffs are cordial and very understanding as well.

This is one of best co-living space i have ever stayed. The turf,Gym and the workspace are the highlights of Boston living. All the rooms are apartment style so that one can have a home away from home. Boston Living also has a cafe and the pizza over there is one the best i have ever had(would highly recommend).The stay wasn’t costly either and comparatively much lesser than any other place with these kind of amenities.

Room which was provided me was big one, but issue with towels and bedsheets, these were having bad smell and it was not clean. Even first three I have found Cockroaches in washroom and changing room, it was horrible. Food was not good. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Came down to the city for business meeting. Must say the place was outstanding and very comfortable. Very youthful experience of being around people finally after the pandemic. The in house food truck the spectacular and getting a vending machine WOW! And the ease of getting work done with the community app in the rooms very well done . Have to the say the people and environmental standards of the place was beyond expectations helping me personally to be Around people with small community gathering they had. Must say the most viable option to stay. Brilliant job

I have been staying here since Jan 2022. Very convenient. Pros - Good location, Vibes, Good community of people, Good Facilities and Security and the weekly events on Friday And Saturday. Also, the housekeeping and Front desk are very responsive and helpful when it comes to resolving any issue. Even top management is very receptive when it comes to feedback and suggestions for improvement. Cons - Pricing can be a bit more reasonable (Cheaper). Compared to other Hostels/Co-living in the area, they are way more premium. Overall, best co-living/hostel option in Hyderabad.

This place is one of the best for IT people to live during their work period in high-tech city.The rooms were neat and the bathrooms could be a bit more clean.The Wifi is free.The laundry was complementary. This place has a cafe, restaurant, gym, play area, yoga room and conference hall. For food you have to pay separate on meal basis.This place is highly recommended and i considered it a bit costly. Overall a very good place with lot of amenities

From outside the place seems to be nice and my friend who stays here also claimed that the place is good for working professionals or people who want a workspace for their online works. At the ground floor there is a cafe which serves food till midnight and ample parking also available in the basement. But I think the prices are expensive ad double sharing it's 16k+ I guess. Neighborhood ud good. and town area is really close

Have been in Boston from past 2 years and everything is good, felt like a second home. Service is top notch and management is very much responsible in resolving issues. It’s very clean and tidy cleaning staff keeps the property like their home. Especially Lucky and Vijay are kind of a people from the Cleaning Staff who never compromised in their work.

Boston Living provides a homely environment to live. The crowd living here is very good. Cleanliness is always taken into consideration .There is prompt response in case of any query regarding amenities or otherwise. Staffs are helpful. Overall 5/5

In a nutshell my new favorite spot in India. I landed straight to Boston Living from New York City. I spend quite a bit of time here. I loved every minute of it. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, informative, and did their jobs with big smiles. The place has family atmosphere at the same time the quality of a star hotel. Management absolutely blew my mind with instant responsiveness to all of my obnoxious requests and delivered on a timely manner. I stayed there basically during COVID time, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy all of their usual amenities. They followed all COVID protocols almost precisely. I must in particular thank Sheetal in the office for all her help. Thank you, Boston Living, I will be staying here every time I am in Hyderabad.

I’m generally a person who travels a lot , but this place had some type of comfort which mesmerized me in so many ways . First of all , the whole place maintained its hygiene and everything was neat and tidy. Secondly, the cafes are over there has some marvelous food and at the same time affordable. It also has other amazing amenities in the hostel like gym and guess what it even has a football turf for your friends to come and hang out and play a game of football . With all things considered, you’d expect this living to be expensive but it’s purely affordable and delivery excellence at the same time.

My stay here was amazing, the amenities are really outstanding. Even the gym had personal trainers. There was a turf for playing and exercise. The food in the cafe was also good, especially the pizzas. Highly recommended staying here

The complex was an amazing experience in itself! They had multiple amenities like turf, gym, cafe etc. The cafe had amazing food and for anyone who's going I would strongly recommend the pizzas. The gym also had trainers that were available to give you personal attention. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a change from home!

I have been staying in Boston Living from past 5 months, till now it has been an amazing experience, Boston Living has one of the best amenities compering to other co-living spaces. Security is always top-notch here, it's the safest place for women to live, highly recommended.

I got mislead by the Pictures in the websites, I shifted 3 rooms there and all of them are unhygienic, smelly and it is just a bed with ac room PG. They take all the money plus security in advance but do not return the security deposit (one months rent) until you follow for months. Rooms are depressing and so is the service. The charges are huge and their contracts are one sided. Response is very slow. Poor experience of stay, not for corporate professionals. Pls avoid. positives : good wifi, location nothing else.

I found this place better than lemon tree hotel where I paid 5 time of the price but pretty poor service. Location is good and room are nice and clean.. the only disadvantage is rooms don't have a study table.

Boston living was nice play to stay and very close to the hitech city, can easy travel from office to the stay and Front office Akhil is very helpful.
