One of the worst store i have ever visited in Hyderabad. Worst taste not at all worth for the money they wont clean the tables and they won't turn on the AC. Staff behavior is also not upto the mark they are even rude with the customers. Whatever you may ask whether it may be ketchup or even the items they are simply saying we don't have then better to shutdown the store if you wont provide the basic necessities and the taste. Not at all worth for the money and i wont recommend this store.

The person giving the order was so lazy that he gave the fries which are at the bottom of the frier totally over fried and hard to eat. Mayonnaise was added to the order and not given until I asked, why charge if you can’t give the order. Chicken pieces have become so much tiny, now will compare the quality by having the same thing in some other big branch, if LHS= RHS then time to ignore KFC.

I ordered via whats app and it was the fastest and one of the best customer service i ever received. Upon Check out I was contacted by a staff member in less than a minute to inform me that one of the sides i selected was unavailable and i was given the available options. Thank you! Upon reaching home My additional side was missing and I Contacted the branch and spoke with Miss.Jackie. Although They Were Closed She Ensured It Was Delivered To Me And Followed Up With Me To Ensure It Was Received. She Went Beyond And Above Giving Great Customer Service And Excellent Customer Satisfaction!! THANK YOU

I have visited this KFC outlet 4 to 5 times. I have ordered many buckets and the combos here. The food was really very good as they prepare well. The service is really very good. They take care of the order very well and they serve on time. The maintenance of this outlet was also good. I recommend this outlet who is looking for a good kfc outlet nearby. I had a good experience in this outlet. The chicken was yummy yummy good.

One of the worst outlet of KFC. For ultimate saver bucket just they are doing malpracticing. As per there commitment for pieces that's not at all same . For me the experience is horrible. I am suggesting to all customers, whenever you are ordering ultimate saver kindly check piece as per the internal board. Checking should not be the shame, After all it's our hard earning money.
