Mum and me are both disabled but didn’t need to worry as access was great. Mum hadn’t been to the cinema for years so we’re a bit concerned. The staff were very Friendly and helpful. Seats were comfy and toilets accessible. Good price as we booked in advance. We are planning another visit in a couple of weeks πŸ‘

Went to see Topgun Maverick, booked online at home, really easy, walked straight into screen showing on arrival, lovely spacious comfortable seating area, busy, but not packed. Parking spaces available, also have Greggs/McDonald's close-by. Back again soon to watch the Westlife Live Tour on the big screen, exciting πŸ˜€.

My daughters have gone to watch a 15 film one being 22 and the other 16. My 16 year old has took her college I'd badge and this wasn't accepted. I think this is appalling that you can't get into watch a film being this age. Everyone knows you have to be over 16 to go to college and this should be enough proof. I am fuming that 2 young females get this sort of behaviour infront of other people when it's clearly your staff that can't do there job properly.. my daughter looks older than 16 and for the fact that she's had this behaviour from your staff is completely unacceptable. This is why you get bad ratings and people will not want to come to your cinema again.

One of the smaller Vue cinemas, decent enough but was really cold inside, making it quite uncomfortable. Really expensive to get drinks, nearly Β£7.50 for a coke and a bottle of water, but was expecting these sort of prices. However, a nice cinema with plenty of parking. Have been back recently to see a late night film, it wasn't too busy but it was comfortably warm this time!

Went last night as I had booked the tickets for the wrong night!! Spoke to staff member called Erin who was extremely helpful. She sorted everything out for us and rearranged for us to come on Monday. Very polite and helpful. :)

Ordered VIP seats online as it was our son's birthday treat. He chose Fantastic Beasts, The Secrets of Dumbledore. Plenty of staff on arrival. Asked what deals they had for popcorn and drinks. Was told they did popcorn, drink and a choice of treats from a rack full of goodies. Turned out to be a small tray of popcorn, drink and a small chocolate, in this case, a Maltesers bunny. Our son was quite disappointed as, like us, he thought he'd get a 'tub' of popcorn to last a long film. Ended up having to go back for an extra serving. Once into our theatre, the room was cold and we all ended up sat with our coats on for the whole film. Overall, the film was amazing, but the visit was a little let down with the little niggles.

Its Β£4.99 per person if you book online, or Β£5.99 for 3d. Coming from another town i was surprised because other vues are far more expensive. The screen rooms are of a good size and seats are perfectly reasonable and comfy. The food is obviously expensive as it is at every cinema, but the staff are nice, it never gets too busy so they dont notice you. Overall very very good value for money. Great to take the kids for a really cheap day if you purchase food off site. Its got a mcdonalds right next door and free parking. There was one slightly wobbly seat on my last visit and the visit before i made the mistake of sitting next to the aircon outlet, Top left and i was hot then cold then hot then cold, so try to avoid that one place. Otherwise great value for money

Very conveniently situated on the edge of Accrington Town Centre, the cinema is a good place to spend a few spare hours in, with major films periodically on show. Film tickets are relatively cheap (Β£6.0 at the counter for a single Adult ticket), but add on some drinks / refreshments, and the final bill can be quite alarming (Β£25.0+ for 2 tickets, 2 medium slushes, & 2 ice cream cones in July 2022). The complex is generally clean & tidy, plus the seats are quite comfortable (& wider than their Odeon counterparts). On the down side, the staff are OK, but seemed to struggle to raise a smile (unlike their more enthusiastic Odeon counterparts). Budgets also seem to be tight - when I asked for some napkins, I got ... just one single tissue (none are given out / are on display for taking).

Staff were really friendly. The cinema was very clean. The only thing that ruined it for me was that it was freezing watching the movie. If I would of known it would of been that cold I would of took a duvet.

Dirty, broken chairs, sticky floors, expensive food. Only come here for the kids club cinemas or one offs at the last minute. Would rather pay a bit more and go somewhere nicer

Clean, comfortable and loud. Perfect for the film we went to see. A tad cool but probably down the the screen having very few people in it. Well worth the money, with excellent and attentive staff.

Me and my friends had a fantastic experience at this cinema, where tickets are given for reserved seats and these are very comfortable! The Super Mario Bros. Movie was shown in high quality and a complimentary snacks sharebox of popcorn, a Maltesers bar and Tango Ice Blast slush was available for only Β£7.

Absolutely disgusting place, carpets are black and sticky to the point you need to actually wipe your feet on the way out, sound quality really bad,cup holders minging, chairs felt damp and a musty dirty smell in screen 3... I dread to think what the toilets are like! Most of the staff seem miserable like they don't even want to be there and they're actually getting paid to be there, only one staff member put the effort in to be polite..... I wouldn't recommend this place, in need of a decent renovation! Better paying a little more and travelling further afield

Went to see Barbie and Oppenheimer within a few days of each other - such a lovely experience. The seats were comfy, the temperature spot on, and the staff were an absolute treat. Always feels like such a steal with the price of tickets too! Thank you so much for having us and we'll definitely be back again soon.

It's cheap but certainly not cheerful. There is no clear pricing for the popcorn or drinks and the staff member serving was rude and has no customer service skills. Although the ticket was cheap be prepared to pay nearly Β£5 for a drink when booking it appears there's a few seats sold but that isn't the case they are the seats that are damaged and out of order. This cinema is very run down and dirty and really needs a refurbishment which I doubt it'll get I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed down soon

The staff were very helpful, everything is clean and tidy, you can buy alcohol at the desk, cans or bottles, and snacks. The seats were comfortable.

Compered to other Vue's I've been too the Accrington one always feels run down and tired, but my overall experience last night was, the Staff were helpful and welcoming, the screen (4) was clean but like walking into a fridge, half way through the film people started to put there coats back on, was freezing! Thought maybe there saving on energy cos of the rising costs until we walked back into the foyer after the film and it was lovely and warm, overall great staff 🌟 clean screen 🌟 great film 🌟 the venue let it down slightly πŸ˜”

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming but the film Barbie was worth it. Toilets very smelly and so not clean. Thanks

Quiet which was a shame, but the air conditioning in the cinema was Baltic which would be fine on a summers day. πŸ˜‰

I've just taken myself and 8 kids to Vue Accrinton. Thanks so much to the manager James and staff for helping me organise it for my daughters birthday. You made it really easy and took the stress out of the day. Hats off to you all!!

The cost of the tickets were very reasonable but the snacks??? Β£20 on pop and popcorn. I know why people don't visit like they used to. If cinemas got the balance right ie, a film and snacks at a reasonable price instead of making people feel like they are being screwed over Im sure people will go back! Just something to think about. All those empty seats.

Today I visited this branch of Vue with 4 kids, I booked online and got v v cheap deal. I was very happy with price but the guy who gave us tickets on the reception was v rude, despite I said good morning he doesn't show any interest if he was happy to deal us, no hello no hi. Then I asked for pop corn deal and he offered us a sharing deal of 10 pounds and 40 pence. Because it was before 10 am and very early so I didn't wanted anything for myself and only wanted to buy for kids. He could have offered kids meal which was 3.99 each but he didn't offer us or inform us about that deal. He has his nails paint to identify him as an individual and he was not welcoming towards us. I believe VUE has good deals and reasonable prices so why not VUE offer pop corn deals when booking online. This way if one employee is not offering or informing about deals, people will still get best deals happily.

I guess you get what you pay for. The screen we went to was a complete mess and one of the strips on the stairs was coming off the floor and tripped my mum up. I'm pretty sure someone was messing with the thermostat too.

Good location and plenty of parking. Expensive good and drinks on sale though and the sound during the film was very loud.

Our local cinema is a pleasure to visit. Nice managers and helpful polite staff. They offer a good quality coffee which is hot and I like the hot dogs as well. Popcorn if good and the digital film presentation is 4K quality excellent. We went to the Bond film 3 times and others towards Christmas all memorable visits. Thank you for keeping us entertained Perhaps a few older seats could be replaced when we get back to normal.

Staff are always helpful, polite. My partner and I have some really good chats with the Staff whilst we are being served. Venue is clean and the sound is just right! Love this Vue!

A good cinema but a bit limited by its size. Only 4 screens I think.

Film was fine but was like sitting in a fridge! Should have said something when we went in but figured it would get warmer. Spoiled the experience.

Staff very helpful. Car park - hard to access and needs painting the spaces again. Cinema itself, while observing covid safety measures - might be a good idea to block the end seats off and enforce mask usage.
