Usually a good shopping experience for little bits I need throughout the weeks and would get a 5* but last time I was in a staff member was coughing saying to another member of staff "I'm not taking any more tests for covid, I'd know if I had it, they can do one" this quote did not instill any confidence in shopping here as we should all be as safe as we can

No longer a pounshop with half the products a lot more now. The older £1 items are mostly still a good buy but almost all other priced items are much cheaper elsewhere or the quality is absolutely rubbish & you wouldn't buy even if they charged you a pound. Please someone open some new real pound shops like this used to be

Not to crowded.I didn't need to queue to get served has there was enough self service tills empty. I got what I wanted.

Good but don't always have everything you want

I love poundland I go in for a couple of things and go out with 20 things staff are really friendly and happy to help if they can.Dont take your kids in there though I took mine and come out skint lol

The variety of choice is better now that the £1 only items are not the only thing you can purchase although the self check out system is a pain waiting for confirmation of bag and age verification

Absolutely appalling after picking up a milkshake to realise it’s open and also not the flavour of my fancy disgusting customer service after being spoken about thinking I’d opened it myself shout out to Linda the Karen on the till will not be returning to your dump of a shop and wonder why everywhere is shutting no one wants to fund someone like that Linda wages

Really enjoy having a look round Poundland, although it's ironic that not everything is £1 anymore. It used to be a running joke when someone asked "How much is this?" the answer was always "Errrr, a pound" said with sarcasm, not anymore though! It's still very inexpensive, and you can sometimes find some little gems.

Very clean store, staff are always friendly and yet professional, large selection of items and most if not all things available that I've ever needed. Would recommend over other stores I've visited.

yes a find it a better shopping experience than what it was 18 years ago, particularly since the major revamp since Covid and all the new freezers and branded frozen products and before that pepp and co, they have changed for the better, but they really need to get their act together for the cashing out process, they need to look closely at this because at times it's very annoying to be waiting in queues, if they can sort that out, it be a great store and can we have more space in the isles please, hope you reading this directors of Pounland.

Bargains galore! And tat. Great for the essentials and you can save a fortune. Don't understand the snobbery (and there's plenty around this shop and shops of the like), just good old fashioned bargains. Great customer service (lovely girl on the till), all spotlessly clean.
