Went to the drive through for 2 breakfast boxes. Told they had no omelettes. Bought 2 bacon sandwiches instead. There were 3 gormless looking young men all stood about. No one greeted us. We got our bacon sandwich and pulled up opposite. I have never seen a bacon buttie with so much fat on it. It took me over 5 minutes to rip all the fat off it. By this time I was up to my elbows in grease and what bacon was left was cold. Total waste of money. I wouldn't serve that up to my dog! I dont know about reducing plastic...they need to reduce fat from their sandwiches 😡😡

£2.55 for a single steak pasty. If a price of a pastry is so high that is puts a Wiganer off buying one, that speaks volumes.

We went on the drive thru to order our food. The staff seemed slightly grumpy but were fine. The food hygiene rating is 4 which is ok but I hope it improves. The food was good and worth the money. Cheer up people! Thanks!

I wouldn’t purchase at this Greggs again. I was spoken too very dismissively this morning by a member of the team. There’s a Starbucks drive through across the road, or a Cinnabon/chai wala inside the petrol station that does just as nice coffee and you get a better service.

Rip Off. 4 Suasage rolls, 1 cheese pizza slice & a cheese & onion pasty cost £10.70. They don't honour the 4 sausage rolls for £3.45 so cost you £4.80 but they charge over £5. As Greg's stores all have the same prices & offers the staff must be personally minting it in. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE & use any other Gregg's store

Shocking paid £5.70 for a cold pasty and sausage roll asked to warm them up and they said they can’t!

Didn't like the fact they were making your food with bare hands after going on the till. No hygiene at all. Didn't wash hands before handling food. Staff polite but hygiene standards lacking. Sure that can't be allowed. Plus staff were walking past on there mobile phones.

Often they forget to add sauce to breakfast barm, its so disappointing. Too much hassle to go back and get it added.

Very Clean, Good Coffee, Drinks, Food selections, for vegan & meat eaters 👍😀

Only go mid morning for breakfast, great bacon and sausage breakfast roll very cheap coffee on breakfast offer. Proper bacon and sausages on proper rolls

Had an issue with my order , didn't get a receipt but the guys including manager was very helpful in sorting the issue out and confirming the order , very helpful,friendly and humble team , my son even got a free cookie to top things off,well done guys an almost bad experience turned around into a fantastic experience for us all, will definitely use again 👍👍👍

Served by an Asian woman, can’t remember her name, but her badge said she was “supervisor”. She was so busy chatting to the other member of staff behind her she forgot what I’d ordered twice and had to read it off the screen (only two things). When I paid she set the card machine up then turned around to carry on her conversation. The machine said accepted and printed the receipt and I waited a while for her to turn back to me, until another member of staff who was serving someone else took the receipt and thanked me. She still didn’t turn around, just chatting.

This particular branch of Greggs seems to always be limited on what food they have in. 3 times I've been now and all 3 times they didn't have what I wanted. I was looking for Steak Bake or Cheese and onion bake but all they had was veggie rolls and sausage rolls.. and that was it! Nothing else in hot food. Can you imagine going to McDonald's and they say they have run out of burgers? Terrible service, sort it out!

I love the bacon roll at Greggs. End of story really! This was a nice one in an EG.
