This is the biggest shopping mall here in Oarai. I like it here cause the design looks so meditteranian. Its a nice view for taking pictures actually. There is Seira, Hydeout, ABC mart, grocery stores and many more. I love going here.

I just parked here to go fishing at the pier. Parking was free and plentiful. Bathrooms were clean and available. So, no complaints here. From checking briefly, I think the selection of stores was so-so.

It wasn't the outlet that I expected (I think they were badly affected by the 2011 tsunami), but I enjoyed the "fish therapy" foot massage!
